Amistee Air Duct Cleaning was awesome! The trucks vacuumed all of the debris outdoorsThey wore booties inside the house, and each time they went in and out, they removed and replaced them! They left the house immaculate, and thoroughly cleaned the ducts, as well as the dryer ventsThey inspected the dryer vents before cleaning, to make sure they actually needed it, and found a 2" thick wall of lintAfter cleaning the dryer vents, they cleaned the exterior vent, tooThey took before and after photos of the ducts, and the difference was night and dayThere was a thick layer of drywall dust left from the original construction, which they removed, and the ducts shined like a mirror afterwardI could tell immediately after they left that the air in the house was "crisp" and cleanMy daughter's asthma didn't bother her all night long, and for the first time in years, I woke up to NO dust on my cabinets!! Amistee was less expensive than other companies, tooI would highly recommend this company to everyone
Melvin and Greg called before coming for the appointment (which I appreciated) and they arrived promptlyThey walked through the house explaining exactly what they were going to do and how they would do itThey wore shoe covers, to keep the carpets clean They working quickly and efficiently and continually asked if I had any questions as they proceeded I mentioned that an object had been dropped down into the duct work from an upstairs bedroom, years agoBeing aware of this they took extra steps to be on the look out for it, and actually retrieved it for us while they did the duct cleaning The whole process took about 1/hours I couldn't be more pleased with there service and the care the took around my house I have already recommended Amistee to someone and will continue to pass their name along whenever I have the opportunity
Tyler Findley and another young man, unfortunately I did not get his name, were two of the best service people I have done business with in a while They were both friendly and polite, explained exactly what they were doing, how long it would take and they wore booties and spread blankets so my newly finished floors would not be ruined Also a biggie, they called me when they were coming and were very prompt I could tell the difference in my home immediately I would recommend your company to anyone that inquires about duct cleaning
Jackie and George did a fantastic job, and they were friendly and They cleaned the ducts in our fthome in just over two hoursThe company was very responsive when we set up the appointment; very easy to reach someone on the phoneThey arrived promptly the very next morning, explained the process very clearly, and explained again when they were done
It turned out that the ducts were in worse shape than most, and that they had only been superficially cleaned in the past century of the house's existenceAll sorts of things turned up, and Jackie went above and beyond to make far more holes than anticipatedDespite this, we were only charged the quoted price
A few minor issues: we were not sent the before and after photos that were promisedWe have now contacted the company and they said they would send themAll floors were swept and in very good shape, but there was some dust and dirt left on surfaces in the basement
In all, though, the quality of the service was excellent, and the tools and materials seemed very effective
