We are a customer centric organisation and we ensure that along with the Payment all the relevant details including Fare Policies are available to customer and hence, links are available for even the Fare policies, before even making the PaymentThis is done keeping in view customer experience and transparency while doing businessThere is no rise in Fare, apart from the convenience fee, which is mentioned on the website

I already got a confirmation from airlines that on *** June they transfer the refund of amount $to *** *** *** *** card whose number ended with *** and also got a confirmation from Makemytrip that this is their account onlySo In my opinion this is very simple case of cheating from MakeMyTrip and they should take the case seriously and resolve my case asapAs a customer I need not to follow up so much and my refund should come to me with in few days onlyIf they delay the process I may need to seek legal advice on this

Dear Team @ Revdex.comAt the outset I would like to thank you for helping me resolve this casePlease find my brief response and the reason I reject the resolution proposed by Makemytrip Inc.I did receive a call from Makemytrip Inc representative (I believe her name was Arti) as 11:PM CST, and given below is what we dicussed- Firstly I requested them to check the local time where they are calling it was 11:PM CST and you really don't expect someone calling you at that time.- She told me it was a technical reason and tickets from only Air France were impacted which I fail to understand.- When I said accordingly to the law of land which clearly states tickets when full payment is made has to be respected for which she clearly stated we cannot honor this ticket under any circumstancesHence which clearly states Makemytrip Incdis-respect towards the law of the country.- She offered me INR approx USD for which I clearly refusedI am not begging my only request is respect the law and the purchase done by me.Hence if an company doesn't want to respect the law of USA from where the ticket was purchased I would not be willing to accept the current offer and would request Makemytrip Incto re-issue the ticket they cancelled without my authorization. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Makemytrip.com, Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received emails from MakeMyTrip.com stating that they apologize for the delay, but no resolution. Via phone they have admitted that...

they received the refund from [redacted], but to date they have not passed the refund on to me.

Their "MyWallet" doesn't represent the...

transactions, how convenient. Good thing I was able to archive the transaction IDs from their [redacted] page which happens to be the best grounds for customers to make their grievances. Here's the ID of the transaction; [redacted]. It was for an amount of ~Rs. 1436. And then another Rs. 700 was reportedly added to my "MyWallet" but it says my balance is Rs. 0. Another case I'd like your attention is about a bus ticket whose price fluctuated (went down) by huge value. Its transaction ID is [redacted]. I was told that a refund of the difference amount was on its way but it never happened.

As per our telecon, we are checking the details of the case. Airlines do not allow the passenger to Travel if there is any discrepancy in the First or Last name, whereas, in this case last...

name was replaced by middle name hence, a new ticket had to be purchased however, there is no need of cancellation of all the tickets. We have to check why was the same advised and the also regarding teh penalties involved.
Please allow us some time. We will keep you updated with the further proceedings.
