Tom V did a great job on our water system and delivery of supplies. He was polite and efficient and double checked that all was working properly before he left.

Tom was very professional and completely informed me of his findings and outcomes as well as directed me on the future maintenance. Thanks again Tom!

Very high pressure sales approach for a home generator. We were so uncomfortable during the presentation we ended up signing and then canceling by calling the office. We made sure our bank wouldn’t process the payment. Our salesperson would not leave until we signed. Very uncomfortable for us. We bought from another company.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I got the help I needed very quickly.

Mike completed the yearly check, including some replacements, in a professional and informative manner. Great system.

We had the head upgraded on our water softener from mechanical one from *** Silver series to a *** head. Mike was professional and thorough. He did a great job.

Quick and on time service on existing equipment. Mike was extremely polite.

Aderson installed a 14 k generator about 6 years ago and did a great job. I called them for annual maintenance after not getting it done the year prior because of a death in the family. The tech that showed up used a 3/8 impact to remove the 1/4" bolts that retain the rocker cover. He broke the head casting. He said it was like that, that he didnt do it. The part was clearly broke by the tech, no oil, the oil level was on the high side. Anyone that looks at it can clearly see the tech broke it. They have refused to repair it thus far, I have been in contact daily with email and phone calls I can not believe they wont stand by there service....

I met with the owner today and explained the situation. He responded the the tech said the part was laying in the lower part of the generator housing. The tech at the time told me it fell apart upon removal. What it comes down to is no other company or any person has performed any maintainence ln the unit other than Anderson.
The fact is " Anderson is the only ones to have worked on the unit and someone that work on the unit broke it" The part that broke isnt a wear part or serviceable.

The techs were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their service

Mike did a great job! He called to let me know when his arrival time would be, explained what he was doing and left the area clean. Great experience!

It should have been easier. We needed to replace our original 23 year old Anderson Water System with a new one. The salesperson sold us the wrong system resulting in a very bad taste in our water. It took 2 technicians, several calls to the office, 4 visits by those technicians over 3 weeks to get the right system in place. There is definitely room for improvement in communications within all levels of the company. The 2nd technician came out with only paperwork of where we lived and no knowledge that our complaint was the water tasted bad. Then after he replaced the filter tank, he left the valves in the “off” position, so that our water still tasted bad. We, ourselves, discovered that incorrect position 48 hours later and finally after 3 weeks have a system that softens and filters our water to our satisfaction.

In March of 2019 we had an Anderson water consultant come to the house and test our water, he said our water had outrageous numbers and even showed us water from their system with dirt in it that didn't test as badly as ours. We were scared and immediately paid the 6000 for the water system so our family had safe drinking water. We have had issues ever since. It drained the well on a daily basis, as it was not tested to see if it could handle the gallons per minute the system needed. Then we dug a new well with a 5 thousand dollar price tag to help the situation. I had Anderson come out twice to make sure the system was working properly. Sent my water from the drinking system out to be tested for my in home daycare and to find out it has e coli and coliform! I spent 6000 dollars on a system that hasn't been helping but making more of a mess!

Revdex.com spoke to Santina at business and the following was relayed: We have been and are currently working with the customer to the best of our ability to resolve the issue.

We purchased a generator for $9844 and put down a $5000 deposit. Before it was installed we were told it would cost another $4500 for a gas line. We then called to cancel the generator because we certainly could not afford another $4500. Their suggestion was to get a propane tank which was totally unacceptable.0 Even though our house wasn’t built at the time of signing we were told the 3 day cancellation policy had expired. After many, many phone calls we were given a refund minus 15% but that was on the total amount $9844 that we had not paid instead of on the $5000! They charged us 15% on money we had not yet paid. On the check that came was printed 15% of deposit! Which it was not! We don’t feel we should be charged a penalty on money we had not paid especially since the paper work with the check and on the check it stated 15% of deposit. How can you charge a penalty on money you weren’t paid? It was a complete hassle dealing with this company especially since their employees should know what is required to install a generator.

Attached is the contract for the *** residence. I did advise Mrs. that we were not obligated to refund her ANY monetary amount, as she cancelled well after her three day right of recision and we had begun the work and pulled the permit. The customer was responsible for having the gas source installed on their addition and we did not quote her the price for the gas line. In fact, we researched less expensive options for her, when we were told the cost.

Very happy with the service I received today from Mike. He was very polite and informative about the water treatment system we had installed. Overall a great experience from Anderson Water and Power. Thank you!

Mike did a great job, and he explained everything to me. And very efficient and neat, Thanks again Mike for a job well done!!!!!!

Mike did a great job with the annual
Maintenance. He tested the water and let me know the membrane on my reverse osmosis system didn’t need to be changed which saved me over a hundred dollars. He was very professional and well trained.

On time, friendly, efficient. Also gave me advice on how to save a lot of money with my system!

Horrible customer service!!!!
We are still dealing with a problem from June 2018. To make a long story short, the water system was incorrectly installed. It leaked for months, wasting 160,000+ gallons of water. We are still awaiting reimbursement. Santina - person handling the issue has stopped responding. I’m at loss at how poor the customer service is! We had spent so much money on the water system to in return get this treatment! Simply awful!!!!!!!

I highly recommend their water system.

We hired Anderson Water & Power to replace our hot water heater, install a reverse osmosis water filtration system and to convert the existing filter system in our home over to a salt filtration system. The sales person Ismail convinced us that they could do all of this for $3000 and we applied for credit only because of the deal he offered. On the contract that he completed and signed it clearly states these services would be performed. The reverse osmosis faucet was written down as brushed nickle to match our current faucet. The installers installed a chrome silver faucet and did not do anything to the existing filtration system. Upon calling Anderson we were told they could not convert it over unless we wanted to pay an additional $2700. This was not the agreement. Clearly this was a bait and switch tactic on the sales person's part. He claimed he had been working for Anderson for so long that he knew the prices and products by heart and that it would be a simple task to switch over the existing system. I spoke to Ismal on the phone and he would not agree that he goofed up and tried to blame it on us. When I said I was going to file a claim he got upset and said I was threatening him I said I was not threatening him and that it is clear on the agreement of what they would do. Ismal wanted to only deduct about $200 and said that he could service the system as it stands. This is not the agreement he signed.

Revdex.com spoke to Jeff at business and the following was relayed: This has been resolved with the customer. They did not have a softener system so we did give her a brand new softener.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
