Ordered a water system and a backup generator for our new home. Water system installed today. Generator in a few weeks. Thus far my experience has been very good.

I hired Anderson Water Systems to come to my house and install a whole house generator and tankless water heater. Crew of four showed up on time and did a very neat, professional job.

Anderson water systems salesman gave me a quote in righting on new furnace which was better than others given to me. Agreed to type size work to be completed and financing. Anderson installed the furnace and left. They didn't do everything, needed to come back to finish the job. Some work promised to be done was refused by the installer said was a waste of time and my money. This was done December 7 2017. Other work will be done on December 27. I have called them many times since the 7th of December telling them that my house doesnt heat up, furnace isnt blowing heat from registers like it should and is running every 5 minutes. Called salesmans keeps telling me he call the installer and that office would call me to fix problem never got called. I call them they refuse to let me speak with management keep promising they will get fixed. Woke up my house is 62 degrees and furnace has beem running for over three hours still isnt 70 degrees yet.

More then pleased with everyone connected with Anderson.
No high pressure for a sale. Installers were polite & they knew what they were doing. When the generator was installed everything was explained . I will gladly recommend Anderson & in fact already have.
