Mike did a great job cleaning our water system and giving us advice for existing water pipes.

We bought a new system to replace 20 year old unit. Service from Anderson is & has always been very professional. Mike, who has been to our house in the past, installed our new system. He’s very informative & very polite. It was a cold day & he made a point to close our garage door after he had what he needed out of his truck!
We are looking forward to many years with our new system.

Great customer service.

I was a little skeptical at first about having a complete water system put in to help with our extremely iron, hard water, but decided, after speaking with Brian G. the sales rep, we were convinced we couldn't go wrong. We did not go wrong and after 3 months I can't tell you how satisfied I am with this life time warranted system. Their immediate response to any questions I had were met in a very timely manner. Great people, great company.

Prompt, professional service. Accommodated to my work schedule. Have been a customer of Anderson for many years now. They have always provided top service.

My technician Mike was very good and explained everything that was done with the bill.

Excellent customer service from sales rep Brian and excellent installation by Mike for our water softening system.

Mike was great! Took the time to explain everything and even let me make a few small video tutorials to have on hand when we forget what to do. Thanks Mike!!!

I was able to get service promptly and they arrived on time. The representative was courteous, friendly and was able to help me understand everything to do with my water system.

Mike from Anderson Water was very thorough! He took the time to be sure we understood how to work our system. Highly recommend this company!

Nick was great -he answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with -got our system up and running right away.

Excellent customer service

Mike from Anderson Water & Power installed my water filtration system and he was 100% spot on from calling 30 minutes prior arrival to quick installation. Ismail the sales representative was great also. Thanks

THE EXPERIENCE WAS A GREAT ONE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL ASPECTS OF OUR QUESTIONS. PERFORMED VERY POLITELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HE HAS TAKEN GREAT CARE OF OUR SYSTEM FOR MANY YEARS.
I WOULD RECOMMEND ANDERSON WATER TO ALL WHO HAVE WATER PROBLEMS.

I purchased a water filtration system from Anderson Water Systems in July and have had nothing but trouble since then. We had it installed in July prior to leaving for a 3 week trip and when we came back, we found that the filtration tube had come undone and about 50+ gallons of water had destroyed our basement. It was due to the faulty installation by their staff members. It was not because of anything that we had done. Due to this happening, I would have expected the company to work with us to resolve this immediately since it was the company that was completely at fault. The first person I was working with was very nice. Then all of a sudden, he wasn't on my claim anymore and I was working with another individual (Director of Operations at Anderson). She has given me nothing but anxiety over the past few months. When I call her, she's never there and then doesn't return my calls until I have left 2-3 messages. At first, the company was going to pay us directly rather than file a claim. When *** pulled up our moldy carpet, they had discovered asbestos tiles underneath the moldy pad (we were not told these were there when we purchased the house). We had a specialist come to look at it and were told that they would need to be removed due to the fact they would be disturbed upon removing the pad. After this was discussed, it was then decided by Anderson to put in a claim to *** (their insurance carrier). This was another several weeks due to having to set up a person to come to our house to review the damage. Our lives have been turned upside down due to this damage. We needed to remove everything from our finished side of the basement and move it to the unfinished side. Our kids can no longer go downstairs due to the mold. I need to climb over furniture on the unfinished side to get to anything. We've been living like this since July, which to me is completely unacceptable. I realize that when you're not directly affected by something, you have a hard time understanding the severity of it. I have expressed my frustration and have described how this has affected us more than once to the Director of Operations. Still, nothing happens. My and my daughter’s *** were completely destroyed with mold. We had holiday items and personal items that have to be thrown away due to mold. A majority of my toddler’s toys need to be thrown away due to mold. This has completely turned our lives upside down and no one seems to care. I have been extremely patient, but that is now coming to an end and I’m prepared to bring my lawyer into the picture. The holidays are coming up and we’re due to have them at our house. We can’t even use a portion of our house due to this company destroying it. The asbestos appointment was going to be set up, but then we were thrown for a loop when Anderson said they wanted to get a 2nd quote from a different company. The person never came to our house to look at the damage. The first company called us to say to be careful of the person they wanted to use because they don’t follow protocol. Now, I don’t know the first company, but how should I react when this person calls me to "warn" me about another company and I already don't trust Anderson? Asbestos removal is very serious and I’m afraid who to believe since this could affect my family and my home. They have a multi-million dollar company, but they are doing this over a couple of thousand dollars when it’s a situation they created. I would think they would be bending over backwards since it was their company that was completely at fault. It has been nearly 6 months and the situation is still the same. The customer service I was promised when I purchased this very expensive system has not been delivered. I am reporting this because this company promises the best product and service, but then delivers on neither of them and you're left with an empty wallet and frustration. The fact that I'm working with "2nd in command" and nothing has happened is very disturbing to me. People should be aware what kind of company they are working with prior to purchasing this expensive product from Anderson. I'm not impressed with how this company conducts business, especially to customers that they have wronged. They don't accept consequences for actions made by their company or move quickly to assist in repairing those issues.

Anderson Water & Power Response • Feb 01, 2019

Revdex.com spoke to Santina at business and the following was relayed: To our knowledge, the asbestos removal work was done and the carpet replaced. Everything should be all set.

Nathan, the service tech, was competent and thorough. Very personable too.

Anderson water systems came to service our system to set up for the summer season on 5/18/2018. They also replaced two faucets in the bathroom that had been leaking and replaced what Jeff the service man called a "faulty main" valve. On May 23rd I returned to my summer home and saw water coming from inside the home out to the outside walls and on to the cement foundation blocks underneath the bathroom window where the faucets had been replaced. I went inside and was confronted by a horrible wet carpet smell and found that the faucets had been leaking underneath the vanity and on to the bathroom carpet floor which was totally saturated. I could not understand why there was water running as I always turn off the main valve when I leave the home. I went to the main valve to see what was going on but the water still kept running even though it was in the off position. I called Jeff and he told me to shut off all the valves to our water system in order to stop the water flow into the home. Anderson came out the next day to fix the leak. Jeff said that the main valve had failed that he replaced, and he also misdiagnosed where the leak was coming from. It was not the faucets, but a connection underneath the sink. I have been working with Kevin G, Anderson's customer service manager since this occurred and he told me to get the repairs done and that I had "no worries" as they were totally responsible for the water leaks and resulting damages to my bathroom. I told him that my son could replace the floor to keep the costs down and he told me to keep track of his time so that he could be reimbursed for that. I did not submit for my sons labor. I made several phone calls and updates to Kevin with the progress of the repairs. The carpet had to be torn out, the plywood subfloor was damaged beyond repair and had to be torn out and replaced, the vanity was totally ruined with water damage, the insulation under the home had to be removed due to the fact that it was still retaining water, and the walls had to be treated for mold growth. On 7/20I emailed Kevin a few pictures with the bathroom update. On 8/8 I emailed Kevin all receipts for the bathroom repairs. On 8/13 I called Kevin and he said "everything was in order "and he would forward the information to Santina who would issue a check for the total cost of the repairs - $2338.91. On 8/23 I emailed Kevin and asked him when I could expect a check. On 8/24 he called me back and said he would check with Santina to see when the check would be issued. On 8/30 I called Santina and she wanted photos of the project. On 8/31 I emailed Santina 3 emails with several photos and their explanations. On 8/31 I also called Kevin and he told me that he has a new job on the road but he was "not going to leave anyone hanging" with service issues that he had previously worked on. He said he would talk to Santina to see if she had any more questions. On 9/7 I called Kevin for an update and left a voice mail message. On 9/12 I called Kevin again and asked what was going on. I told him that I was beginning to have doubts about getting a check. He said he would call Santina right now to find out and would let me know. He asked if she had been in touch with me and I said no. 9/19 - I called Kevin and left a message. On 9/20 he called me back and told me to "start working with Santina as she is the one responsible for cutting the check". I attempted to call Santina twice on 9/24, 9/25, and 9/26. She did not return my calls. I attempted to call Tom Gerstner on 9/25 and he did not return my call. I emailed Santina on 9/27 and asked for an update. She did not respond. I contacted Kevin on 9/28 and told him that Santina and Tom have not returned my calls. He said that he is going in to the office in 1 hour and he would have a "face to face" with Santina to "find out what the "dealio" is" and he would let me know. I never heard back from him. On 10/4 I called *** (the manufacturer of my water system) and spoke with ***. I explained my failed attempts to resolve this issue. He said he would call Santina and request that she call me back. Santina called me at the end of the day. She asked for more photos as she wanted to submit this to their insurance company. I emailed the photos the next morning and asked for a reply which I never received. On 10/11 I attempted to call Santina twice and she did not call me back. I sent Santina another email on 10/11 and asked for a check to be issued for the $2,338.91 and an answer in 3 business days. I explained that I had made several attempts to collect on the damages, and that I had no other choice other than to take the next step to collect on the repair bill. On 10/22 Jeff came to winterize our home and I asked him if he could help in any way. He said he would talk to Santina and Tom and also said "this is not right. It is making me mad that my company is not paying you for the damages. that we are responsible for". He said that he would call me back. I never heard from him. I also never heard back from Santina on my 10/11 email to her.
