Anderson Water & Power Reviews (%countItem)

Had this company install a tankless hot water and a water filtration system. From the beginning, they were professionals. Sales and the installation techs are knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail. Addressed all my concerns and delivered a great product. I highly recommend this company.

The manager of this company went above and beyond to fix a mistake. Highly recommend. Nate was absolutely wonderful and professional and promptly fixed a previous issue. Definitely went above and beyond to resolve a issue we were having in a timely manner. Company made us feel like valued customers and we will definitely be customers for life! Thank you!

On time, very professional

Anderson Water Systems provides a fine level of professional service for its products and maintenance program. I have had my water treated by Anderson for over 16 years. It is a serious investment in my family’s health. I am grateful for Anderson’s service to local communities. 5 Star rating.

We have had our water system for almost 5 years. From day one our salesman was professional and very informative. Customer service and maintenace technicians are exactly the same as well. We love our water system and would recommend Anderson water And have always have to our friends and family.

Just had them do a test of my water. Nick was great, showed up on time, explained everything about what was in my water and even took the time to look at my hot water heater and furnace. Couldn't have asked for better service, wasn't pressured to buy anything at all.

Mike at Anderson Water serviced my water conditioner today. He did a very professional job, leaving my personal space as he found it. He was friendly and willingly answered all of my questions. He is an example of a high quality employee.

Service was thorough and everything was explained through the process.

On June 19,2018, I met with Thomas Gerstner, who claimed to be the owner of Anderson Water, and gave him a $4,000.00 deposit check for the purchase and installation of a 13KW *** generator that he said was a "great price" because it had only been used for thirty minutes. He said he had the power to secure a permit from the Town of *** for the installation of the generator on the side of my house and we agreed on the installation date of July 20, 2018.
As of today, in violation of our contract, Anderson has been unable to secure a permit or variance and there is no installation date. My attempts to contact Mr. Gerstner directly on July 18, August 5, August 14 and August 23, have gone unanswered.
The Town did not approve the location submitted by Anderson on July 16, 2018. On July 18, I sent an email conveying my disappointment with Anderson's handling of the permit process to Mr. Gerstner. An Anderson employee responded stating that the only option was a variance approval. This was also denied.
On August 5, I sent Mr. Gerstner an email requesting the return of my deposit.
On August 14, I sent him an email demanding the return of my $4,000.00 deposit by August 31, 2018.
Another Anderson employee replied that they were in the process of obtaining a variance; refused to return my deposit; and said she would let me know via email, "where the variance stands" on August 15. She never contacted me.
On August 23, I once again contacted Mr. Gerstner demanding the return of my deposit by August 31, 2018, in a final attempt to avoid the need to take an further action regarding this matter. They have not responded.

Revdex.com spoke to Santina at business and the following was relayed: This is well beyond the rescission period. We have done a lot and applied for the permit and the variance. We did inform the customer that we needed her to provide a copy of the site survey as what she sent us was not a clean copy. The customer did sign and return the variance paperwork on 7/23. We need the customer to provide the copy of the site survey so that we can proceed.

Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: We are going to return the customer's deposit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I rejected the 9/28/18 statement since I visited the *** Town Hall and learned that Anderson never applied for a permit or a variance. I did accept their 10/3/18 response: "We are going to return the customer's deposit." Regards

Great service by Mike

Mike at Anderson Water, was timely and professional. He was able to complete work as expected ans answer my questions. I recommend AW.

Mike from Anderson was extremely polite- and did his job in a very timely matter. He called me prior to his arrival, and let me know what he was doing every step of the way.

I have been extremely happy with my experience with Anderson, right from the first phone call I made to inquire about a new water system! Someone came out to the house to test my water and explain what the new water system would do. He gave me an estimate and we set up a time for the install. I was sure I wanted the system. Today was my install, which went very smoothly. Everything went just as it was predicted to go and there were no surprises when it was time to write the check. I found everyone to be very professional and friendly. I'm beyond excited to have this system in my home, and I would most definitely recommend Anderson to my family and friends! In fact, the reason I called them is because my sister and her husband have an Anderson system in their home and they love it

Service call exceeded my expectations.

Mike at Anderson Water provided fast professional service. Great job.

I bought a water system from this company with an agreement that when we moved in 2 years they would uninstall and reinstall in our new home in Florida. The salesman Brian G. agreed and wrote it on our receipt. They did disassemble the unit in Rochester but would not re-install in Florida as was the agreement. We had to pay $525.00 to their *** distributor down here to re-install it. Brian G. is saying that is not what they agreed to and will not reimburse us. I called the manager Steve because Brian would not return my call and the Manager has not gotten back to me either.

They have satisfied me with 530.00 dollars of supplies. Thanks

I am the happy owner of an Anderson Water System. Because of that relationship, I purchased a *** Water heater and a backup power generator from Anderson. This morning, Mike serviced my water heater. He was courteous and prompt. Mike took the time to exxplain how to make sure I get the most life and use from the heater which has been operating perfectly for 8 years. I am very pleased that I got rid of the tank and can get exceptional service.
Just before Mike arrived, Paul had left after servicing our generator. Just like Mike, Paul is very congenial and knowledgable. The generator was in need of maintenance beyond the routine annual work. Paul explained it so I fully understood the issue and insured that the unit will continue to operate at full efficiency if and when I need it.
Also, a thank you to Christine for being able to schedule both service appointments at a time most convenient to me. I cannot say enough about the water system. Having done research on bottled versus tap water while in grad school awhile ago, I will never regret this purchase.

installers Mike and Sam were a pleasure to have install my new *** 7.5IP system. They answered all my questions and explained future maintenance requirements.

I consider Anderson Water experts in their field. They have provided expert analysis and advice to my well water problems. Their service after the sale is also second to none, often going the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied and secure with the quality of my water. Many companies talk about customer service, but Anderson delivers. I wish every business I have to deal with could be as easy and committed to their customers.

Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous.
