I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job you did making a piece of custom jewelry for my wife for our 15th anniversaryThe ring has arrived on time and is BEAUTIFULMs*** was a wonderful help throughout the entire processExtremely quick to respond and helped me ensure everything was correct for my order

I wanted to share the very favorable experience with our last two jewelry purchases at Angara The first was about a year ago with the purchase of a tanzanite pendant (Heirloom grade AAAA-12x8mm Pear Tanzanite and Diamond Halo Claw Pendant) This was my first purchase from Angara, and the order was requested as a rush Christmas gift for my wife This was a few day notice before Christmas They kindly shipped ASAP to be received Christmas Eve via overnight Fedex (free gift included) Unfortunately, the color of the tanzanite was purple (like amethyst), and not the deep blue pictured on their website for the Heirloom Tanzanite Tanzanite (in AAAA quality) commonly has either a violet or blue hue Initially fearing there would be problems with getting this color issue resolved, I contacted Angara soon after Christmas (Barbara Stein, Ankur & Ankit Daga) They graciously accepted the return (paying shipping both ways) and eventually shipped the perfect color and quality stone This stone was ultimately hand selected, after much deliberation via email, basis our eventually agreed upon color request
So, fast forward to last Christmas (2016) Allowing weeks for delivery this time, I requested a bracelet with stones (small tanzanite stones) to match the larger pendant stone (12x8mm) Both pieces of jewelry had blue stones encircled (hallowed) by diamonds I explained in detail what we sought as to stone color, in hopes of avoiding any of the issues experienced with the pendant purchase from However, since they keenly focus on meeting customer needs, they were reluctant to fill the order because of a fear the color matching would be too great of a challenge, given the much smaller bracelet stones as compared to the larger one in the pendant Further, they shared that the tanzanite would be more likely prone to stone damage since tanzanite is a much more fragile mineral/stone Bracelets tend to be exposed to more abuse being worn around a wrist (banging against surfaces and such) as opposed to safely resting on one's neck as with the pendant They suggested a sapphire bracelet (second only to diamonds for hardness/durability) which they could also more easily match the deep blue of the Heirloom Tanzanite provided in
I was working again with Ankit on this purchase We had a rather long email dialog which included their drafting a design for a custom bracelet with larger tanzanite stones to meet our color expectations Ultimately, we opted for the sapphire halo sapphire bracelet using "best" (AAA) stones The bracelet sapphires were still an apparent challenge to match for color, but they did a fabulous job selecting stones with the right color and clarity to match the pendant tanzanite Tanzanite is especially challenging since the color observed, depends on the angle of viewing Still the deepest blue of the pendant tanzanite was used as a reference to select the sapphires for the bracelet The sapphires chosen were all "eye clear" (no visible flaws without magnification) all but two were even near flawless, basis a cursory loupe (10x) inspection These were necessarily very clear and somewhat lighter blue sapphire stones, since the bracelet setting would otherwise make the stones appear still darker
Bottom line, the sapphires in the bracelet settings, look almost identical to the tanzanite when placed side by side I feel that their effort to meet our demanding requests for these two purchases needed to be shared, so others can know the level of dependability and trust deserving of this jeweler By the way, both of these purchases included substantial online pricing discounts and a free jewelry gift They even suggested we make a wrist measurement to verify the length best suited for the bracelet The standard length is 7", but 5/8" indeed hung on her wrist a bit more graciously They added the 5/8" addition length to the bracelet (including any additional stones required) without any extra charge I could not have been more pleased I can certainly recommend Angara and felt compelled to share my experience

Ring was a piece of garbage, now they want to discuss "better" rings for more of a price
I wish I would have never even bought their "Double Claw-Set Oval Aquamarine Halo Ring with Diamonds" ring from them or found this website COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY My fiance works in a hospital and has to take her ring off daily which has even less use then wear After less then months of her owning this ring the stone started to go transparent When taken pictures to sent to the company we were told that it was most likely "dirty" After sending it to them, *** confirmed that he can see what we mean and will have it further looked into and to find us another stone Upon calls and emails I am now told that we can talk about pricing for a "Better" quality stone So now you will buy a *** stone that they know is bad, then instead of fixing the problem they want you to spend more money with them STAY AWAY FROM ANGARA, unless you want to just waste money like I did

I recently purchased a pair of sapphire hoop earrings from Angara I was amazed how quickly it was delivered to my home and tho the earrings were stunning, the post to insert into my piercing was difficult to insert it and lock it into the back of the hoop I mentioned this in my remarks I was asked to give *** *** called me the day after I sent the review and offered to repair the earrings to my comfort I even received a call from her assistant (I'm sorry I do not remember his name) and he asked many questions to get a better understanding of my complaint The earrings arrived yesterday and they fit wonderfully!
