Greatest Experience! If it wasn't for Angara, I would have never found the engagement ring my fiance desired on my budget and time frame Her design was unique I couldn't find such a design at any of the other jewelers except one They were not willing to work out a payment plan, as where Angara makes it simple to design exactly what you want while still providing many payment options My fiancee loved the ring, and so do all her friends and family A few of her friends are a bit jealous that their rings aren't as nice They don't evolve the same wonderment and timelessness that this ring possesses I've heard of the amount these other rings is actually more expensive than the one I purchased through Angara.com I feel the price I played was well worth it all I did include the appraisal and warranty in my purchase, which I advise Angara has great customer service I needed to get my fiance's ring cleaned, but she was worried about sending it in Ankit *** put all our worries to rest He guided me on the return process, and was in quick contact with me through the whole processI recieved the ring back earlier than expected I just opened it up It looks INCREDIBLE! after lots of online searches I found angara.com . I had searched amazon but gave up on them as they really had no contact phone or email to reach them and I needed some questions answered. I just purchased through angara and they had their phone # and e mail contact right there on the home page ! awesome. I found what I wanted and called with a few questions and got lucky as Barbara the sales manager answered my call and walked me through the whole process and she made sure I got my promo discounts and info right as I filled out the online order form. Barbara also gave me her direct line at work and said please call if you have any problems and i'll help. In this age of terrible customer service this company and Barbara were a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you Barbara !!

Ordered a ring on 11/29/2016, was told it would be shipped by 12/09/2016, here it is 12/14/2016 and it still has not shipped. When contacting customer service they say "oh it will ship today" I've been hearing that for a week now. Still no ring. Will be canceling order and requesting return

So the time has come and I was looking for engagement ring. I looked at retail jewellery shops, and found out that prices are ridiculous, plus not many of them had what I was looking for: three stone ring with Natuaral Tanzanite in the center and high quality diamonds at the sides. So I started contacting online jewelery shops. It was hard to find what I wanted, most companies gave me proppsal for ring without any adjustments, like I wanted to change original quality of stones and was looking for particular clarity of diamonds and tanzanite. Also it was very hard to get decent customer service. But then I came across Angara.com and was very surprised to find exactly what I was looking for, also I could choose the type, size and quality of all stones, so I chose top quality Tanzanite and dimonds. I really liked the feature on the website of seeing how the actual ring would look on the finger. Then I went to online chat and was taking to sales manager Barbara [redacted], it was amazing and very pleasurable experince of online chat. She was very polite, informative and really made feel that she cares for me to get the best deal and make my belove happy. In process of order I decided to change quality of diamons even better that was on the website and she gave me quote in 5 minutes. The website also had great feature of engraving using two types of fonts. After having completed the order I asked Barbara for possibility of paying not online but through bank and she gladly gave me wire transfer details. I paid and was happily waiting for my order. Just before the conpleting production of my ring, Barbara contacted me and gave an advice to change the font of engraving, and it was great advice. When I got the order I was extremely happy with the result. Ring was fantastic and engraving looked amazing. All stones was perfectly fited. As a complete surprise I found a gift from Angara nice silver studs with red stones. Also I saw a certificate from [redacted] to show that estimated retail value of my ring was 30% higher then amount I have paid. I was very happy to work with Barbara and Angara.com and already advised this company to all my single friends. Thank you Angara.com wishing your business growth and only happy customers.

[redacted] patiently provided me guidance, grading information, and dozens of options in terms of style and settings as I wrestled with the choices. Once I settled on the ring, she personally took charge of searching Angara's inventory for the optimum stones for the setting, and the results were amazing. She also ensured I got the ring on time for the special moment I planned to propose. [redacted] accepted the ring and my proposal on Tuesday night, 3 March, in Kauai. [redacted] absolutely flipped out over the ring and has stated to anyone who would listen how perfect it is and how she couldn't have found anything she would have liked more. [redacted]'s ability to work patiently and expertly to help me arrive at the selection and subsequently make sure it had the right stones - to include such a brilliant diamond - made the critical difference both in my confidence in the ring, and I'm sure in how it was received by [redacted].

Purchased an item and returned it for an upgrade to a bigger stone. The customer service was excellent. They handled my request quickly and with a pleasant attitude. Quality of the Tanzanite was beautiful. It's a valuable thing to feel like you can trust a group of people to exchange in a fair way with the consumer. Angara goes above and beyond! I will return for future purchases!
