Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I will not accept a response until I have the actual liquid lipstick that I ordered in my handsI do not believe that "spamming" is a reliable excuse for not responding to my emailsI have heard MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS where customers have emailed customer service without hearing anything for up to daysWhat other options does a customer have than to email customer service more than once to get a response? Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This has still not been resolved I have contacted this business even sent them pictures and they are not following through I told them they sent duplicate lip colours when their was suppose to be different shades and they still have not resolvedPlus they are not taking any responsibility for the damaged boxes the items were in and how it didn’t arrive till week after Christmas There has been NO remorse or care and will never order from them again!Regards, J [redacted]

Per our policy if an international customers' order is lost in transit we do not issue a replacement package per our policyThis customers' package was lost in transit that is why no replacement package was issued, and on 5/the customer was advised via email that we are not issuing a replacement see email below:We are very sorry to hear thisHowever, we cannot issue refunds/replacements for missing international ordersThis information is available on our Shipping

Our response time for emails is within hours, and can be extended during and after launches The customer emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answeredOn 12/we advised the customer to file a claim, and they responded "The shipper which is you needs to file the claim." Today we advised the customer we will issue a replacement package of order KThe exact email verbiage the customer was advised, "Hello Monae We are so sorry for this issueWe'll have a one time courtesy replacement package sent out to youProcessing is 7-business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking." Once the customer's' order ships they will receive an email with trackingWe also recommend that when the customer does receive the tracking number that they please continue to check the tracking status periodicallyAlso if they should have any issues to email into customer service so that we can ensure their issue is resolved

Hello, As we stated our policy that is listed on our website states that we do not accept returns nor do we issue replacementsNo where on our website or at check out does it state what the customer is stating, "but that any returns would be issued an exchange or credited to my account." I will reattach our policy that states no returns or exchangesThere is no verbiage about returns or exchanges when a customer goes through our checkout

The customer was advised to, "please verify the last four digits of the card used to place your order so that we are able to assist you with your request." This request was made to ensure this customer placed this order, and once verified we can then assist the customer
