Hello, We want to review the email chain, but when I tried to locate the email in Kylie Cosmetics Customer Service there were not emails form this customer, see attachedPlease provide the email address used to email us so that we can best assist and provide the customer with a resolution

Per the USPS label attached the package was delivered to the customers address, so the customer did physically receive itThe label on the outside of the box showed delivered opened to the customer, see photo attached As the customer returned the package without the product she ordered (and this was confirmed with both of our shipping leads), but instead placed in the box a product that we do not make and is actually made by a separate company in a separate facilityBased on the concrete evidence we can authenticate the customer is not providing accurate information, as this is the case we will not be sending any replacements

Our response time for emails is 24-hours, see our policy attached The customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answeredWe did receive the photos of the incorrect product and will be sending the customer a replacement package of the correct productThe replacement package has shipped, see tracking number ##190####01US

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because they make it sound as if I was the one who lost my own parcel and order in those emails they have sent meIf someone is emailing you about an issue times then you would at least check, but they are saying it as if they had not seen my emails or anything, why have they hired people for?After I reported them and then they finally see and decided to reply to me, coincidence?, I think not They have nearly taken a month now to send my order or email about my order, im not the only one they have done this toThis business is one of the worst business, and it says on their own website that it takes 10-days for international delivery, not 3-weeks Regards, S [redacted] ***

Per our policy we only issue replacement packages we do not issue refunds, see our policy attachedTherefore we issued issued a replacement package, and it shipped on 10/with tracking LN####16381USIn addition, we checked usps.com and according to tracking the package is moving, "Your item departed our USPS facility in LOS ANGELES, CA on October 5, at 1:amThe item is currently in transit to the destination."

To verify there was a one time courtesy made to this customer to replace the card, and if the customer did not receive the replacement we would not be sending another card

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because I told them multiple time in my attached emails that I did not have the product due to it leaking and I had to throw it awayThat was stated in my very first email with this company and repeated on multiple occasionsI also sent a follow up email after they sent me the return address forms clarifying that I was sending it back and they took over days to respond, AFTER I had already sent it outThey said send back all damaged productsWhich is exactly what I didAgain if you look back in ALL emails I have had to suffer through with this company because they cant pick up a phone, I couldnt have said it any other way unless they wanted it in another language! Also in my first and second email, I sent pictures off all the products I still had showing that ALL of them have the same consistency problem, hense why I was having this issue in the first place (also see attached file) How can I send something back that no longer exists because of your FAULTY PRODUCT!! As I stated before, if I do not get all products that I sent back, REPLACED, I WILL be taking legal action against this companyThere is absolutely NO reason a customer should have to jump through these hoops to get actual quality customer service and an actual fix to their problem that was the company's fault in the first placeThis is not the first complaint with this issue, there are also other Revdex.com reports I found on this page and on other social media sites regarding this company's customer service and their productsI am so disgusted with this company my next step is to request for a full refund for everything sent back and I dont even want the damn products back!
