Yes, they sent the purchase already but it took them months to send itAt least they could have send something to satisfy the customer apart from the purchase because it has caused alot of problems from the customer's partOther than that, it is fine

Hello, The customer was never told that we could not assist her, the customer was told that per our policy we did need a photo of the Candy K this photo will authenticate her claim that the product was leakingSince she is not able to provide a photo we are not able to issue a replacement
package for Candy K.Per my email to the customer on 6/10, I advised, “Please return back to us the product you are stating is damaged using the return labels attachedAs advised in our Revdex.com email we do need the product back for our lab to reviewOnce we receive the product back, we will issue a new replacement package to youThe customer was specifically advised to only return damaged product back to us, and she did state that she was returning back to us an undamaged Candy K linerOnce we receive back the undamaged Candy K liner we will resend it back to the customer, as returning that product was not part of our instructions

Hello,In reviewing the cstomers' tracking number 94***9***5 it appears they have to contact USPS to arrange for deliveryThe exact verbiage on the usps.com site is attachedThe resolution that I can provide to the customer is advising them to call USPS to schedule a time for
delivery or if they can arrange to pick up their package. We attempted to deliver your item at 4:pm on June 10, in PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was availableYou may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the noticeIf this item is unclaimed by June 25, then it will be returned to sender
