The customer’s order was placed July 8th 2017, and shipped July 17th Domestic packages arrive within 3-business days once shipped.The customers package was delivered July 20th 2017. The customer did not make contact with our customer service department until January 17th 2018. Due
to the length of time that has passed since the customers order was placed we were not able to provide a replacement or issue a refundWe consider all customer issues that are reported within days of delivery of the package. The customer was informed of this policy twice on January 18th

The customer placed their order on 9/5, see attached screen shot showing the date their order was placedThe processing time for orders is 3-business days and once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking; and this information is listed on our site and the customer was also sent

Hello,We gave her the option to resend her package to a new address to avoid any issues.. She has a replacement order processing and it should ship within 3-5 business days.

I am rejecting this response because:I never gave permission to cancel my order. The company should have contacted me when the complaint from PayPal was received. I still want those products sent to me at no charge.

Hello,Today via email 7/14 the customer was advised that we are sending a replacement and once it ships they will receive an email with tracking.

The customer has been offered a one time courtesy package for their missing freebie. Processing on replacement orders is 7-10 business days; business days do not include weekends and holidays. Once the customer's order ships, they will receive an email with tracking. We also recommend that...

when the customer does receive the tracking number that they please continue to check the tracking status periodically. Also if they should have any issues to email into customer service so that we can ensure their issue is resolved.

Hello, Customer was advised, via email today 5/25: "Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days; it's a great idea to check with your neighbors...

Customer has reached out to customer service and has been issued a replacement package. Thank you

As the customer did respond to us rather quickly they did continue to respond 2 more times, which then put them to the front of our queue with the new emails. As previously mentioned we do answer the oldest emails first. In addition, our email response time is 24-48 hours, see policy attached, and we did respond within this time frame.

I am rejecting this response because:
My package was delivered June 30, 2016. I would be happy to provide the tracking number, but considering it is the return level that was provided by Kylie Cosmetics and I have included it in multiple emails to Customer Service, they already have it. Please let me know if I need to provide it again. Therefore, we are not still within the 7-10 business days.

Hello, The purpose of the Revdex.com is to ensure that an open issue that you have with a company is resolved, and that you are provided with a resolution. In this situation the customer is not asking for a resolution for their orders. The customer is advising in their rejection that they do not wish to provide the requested information for them to be able to move forward in our review process to see if their order can be reinstated. In addition, we did receive an email from the customer advising that they do not wish to move forward with the process, see attached. It appears based on the customers' email they are not asking for a resolution or requesting assistance with an issue.

S[redacted] did not place an order using Kylie Cosmetics. the order numbers we issue consist of a K and of 6 to 7 digits. S[redacted]'s order number, per the emails we had received in our inbox from the email associated with the issued complaint, was order number #1775. Per our order number guidelines, this...

does not match our provided order numbers. S[redacted] had also forwarded her order confirmation associated with the order number #1775. Her order confirmation was issued from the following email address, [email protected], which is not associated with our website. Our URL is www.kyliecosmetics.com, and will not be associated with any .org domains.We recommend that S[redacted] contact the website that she did make her order with as they will be able to provide the best assistance.
