In review of our system we have now issued the customer the correct replacement package (order number RK4040932) that will contain the Merry Bundle and a stocking, and this order has shipped tracking 94***8***4. We also recommend that when the customer does receive

I am rejecting this response because:Not only do you have awful customer service but you are selling cheap quality product for a high priceIf I am paying over thirty dollars for a product, I expect that product to workThis same issue has happened to multiple peopleNot only did you provide me with a defective item that I can no longer use and in fact had to throw it awayBut you guys provided me with an incorrect tracking number that now says delivered and has not been delivered!! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with and I don't understand why it's so hard to work sufficiently.

When customers place an order using our website, www.kyliecosmetics.com, they will receive an order confirmation that will indicate their order numberOrder numbers will consist of a K and to digitsS***'s order confirmation, per the screenshot she has provided to the Revdex.com does not reflect this information, indicating an order number that is not placed using our URL, as her order number is inconsistent with the order numbers issued from our website. We have also provided a screenshot of our records that reflect this information, for all orders that were placed on December 4th, Our screenshot indicates that these orders will reflect our to digits with a K protocol. As this is the case, order number #was not placed with Kylie Cosmetics at www.kyliecosmetics.comWe do not authorize our products for resale anywhereHowever, we can confirm that the products sold on our website, www.kyliecosmetics.com, are the only products we stand behindThe customer will need to contact the company the order was placed with further details and assistance, as this order is not in our systems

Hello, According to tracking on usps.com the package was delivered to and signed for by the customerI have attached the tracking information showing the package was deliveredand signed forAccording to this information the customer received the package

Customer emailed in 3/stating that there was no movement with their tracking informationThe customers package was shipped 3/6/18. We responded 3/13/requesting customer verification information for precautionary measures. The customer provided the correct information on 3/19/On
3/19/our customer service team advised the customer to allow a few days for their tracking to update. The customer came back on 3/& 3/stating that the tracking did not update. We issued a replacement for their order on 3/as their packageThe replacement package shipped 3/21/

I am rejecting this response because: To be clear, you did not respond to my email that I sent on March in response to your messageIt says a lot about your company if you do not care about the quality of the product meeting customer's expectations and that you don't make an effort to correct errorsI'll stick to spending money at beauty companies who sell high quality products through honest means and make efforts to ensure that customers are happy with their products.
