Anytime Auto Glass Reviews (64)

Good morning I am the owner [redacted]. I personally took this call from Mr. [redacted] on the 6th of May. After he went to our Revdex.com and wrote this complaint and filed a bad review online he then called and we got to the truth. He and I went through his phone to find when exactly we...

had called and confirmed that our company has called him 3 times in the year 2015. One time in February, one time in March, and the 6th of May. The real frustration for the [redacted] understandably is there information was sold to a lead broker at some point and he receives numerous calls from people, [redacted] has never been our customer. Like many companies we purchase peoples information, then call and ask if we can earn their business. He now gets calls at all hours from all types of companies and we happened to be the last straw if you will, when his frustration reached a boiling point. He got a call on the 4th of May for auto glass from another company, so when we called on the 6th he assumed it was us on the 4th as well. We addressed his concerns, we offered to help him get on the national do not call registry. As well as we did clear him from our system and added him to the internal do not call list. We respect, appreciate and value any and all customers that we have, we also understand fully that harassing anyone will not lead to more opportunity or more business. Our policy is an attitude of gratitude and we must respect and prove ourselves worthy as the best family owned and operated Glass Company here in the valley. So to be clear. We have a call center, we call people between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. we call about once a month if we do not get an answer or we are told they do not have any damage. We have an automated data base that does this for us so we do not call the same people over and over again. We also can track when a number was called, how many times, and what date, what the length of the call was and what the disposition or outcome of the call is. I would like to invite anyone who receives calls from any company to go to the national do not call registry and update your info.

I have used this company about 7 times over 2.5 years. I am amazed at the quality of work. Their service is awesome. I continue to use them because of it. It's great doing business with a company that show appreciation to the people they serve. I have never had an unpleasant dealing with them...meaning everyone that I have dealt with there. And it's been a few. I usually only contact Revdex.com about the bad however Anytime Auto Glass, [redacted] deserves to be recognized for their greatness.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Just drop the case,  I think they got the point to not ever call me again. Thank you [redacted]

Regards,[redacted]

We do unfortunately show that over the course of a one month time we attempted to contacted this customer approximately 16 times. I have provided you with a screen shot of the...

dispositions from our dialer. We Unfortunately never actually spoke with any individual and where never asked to stop calling.
When our system records a voice mail, or a no answer the number gets recycled to the next day. We did however get a voice mail from the customer and then removed the number and added to our do not call list. We where asked one time to remove it and we did. We purchase leads from a number of brokers and companies that people have voluntarily provided there contact info to. Our system scrubs leads daily against the national do not call list.
sorry for the delayed response. No excuses...

Good morning, Unfortunately ** we have had some kind of confusion as to who we are, how long we have existed, and how often we have called you.

We show we have never done work for you or anyone with that phone number. We purchased 100k leads in...

March that contained a females name, with a vehicle listed as a 2004 V.W. Jetta with [redacted] insurance, your phone number, with a Phoenix address of [redacted]. We show we called that number one time on 4-29-14 at 11:00 a.m. and we reached an answering machine. Now there is a chance other people are sharing and selling your information but it is not us. Lots of companies make a ton of money supplying info to people in my industry, in fact [redacted] is the largest. There are hundreds of glass companies in Arizona doing the same things we do to market.. That being said, we honor the DO NOT CALL REQUESTS WE GET. Also we have only been in business since 2010. I was not in business before 2010 in this industry and therefore it is not possible for us to have worked together previous to 2010. I will be more than happy to remove you and to never call again, but I don't think its fair for you to accuse us of such things as insurance fraud, and such poor business practices without a verbal conversation with anyone in our organization. If you wold like, we would be happy to assist you to put your number on the national do not call list as well. We pride ourselves in being "THE GOOD GUYS" We are not here to harass people, especially You, and others we are trying to do business with.

Best Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]

Absolutely the best auto glass company I have gone through! On time and fast, good prices! I will be using this company in the future! Great customer service and management

Today I had my BMW windshield replaced and I had an excellent experience. The representative from the location on [redacted] was amazing “Mike H”. He understood my situation and urgency since I had travel plans and needed to get this done ASAP, he was able to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced with in an hour. The glass technician showed up on time and replaced the glass with in 30min. They did an excellent job, very clean and very professional. Mike had all the paper work accurately done and the insurance process/approval was seamless. I’ve had many windshields replace by different companies in my driving history and by far this is the best in class. I would highly recommend Mike H. and Anytime Auto Glass for any auto glass needs.

Cracked windshields are a way of life in Arizona, but thanks to Anytime Auto Glass; my experience was stress free and customer focused. The team at Anytime Auto Glass kept in touch with me through every step of the process. From scheduling to installation, I could not have asked for a more professional and friendly group of people. I would highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed.

[redacted] DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

Review: Well over a year since I have done business with these people. Somehow, they have put my phone number on a call list calls from Anytime Auto Glass from various folks and phone numbers. Callers call us usually twice to three times a week and we constantly have asked to be removed from calling list. We are sick and tired of answering the phone from these crank callers-all hours of the day and night.Desired Settlement: HAVE ANYTIME AUTO GLASS AND WHO EVER THEY GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO, TO STOP CALLING ME!

I would like to warn any customer thinking about using Anytime Auto Glass to please consider your valuable time, energy, and state of mind before opening up a conversation with this company. On April 16, 2016, I filed an auto glass claim with a representative from Anytime Auto Glass at the [redacted]. On Wednesday, April 20, 2016, Anytime Auto Glass came to my home to replace a winshield, which unfortunately resulted in damage to my vehicle. When the glass was set into my car, it cracked (or so I was told). The tech told my spouse that the glass would need to set for 4 days to minimize the risk of getting glue onto the inside of the vehicle. I was naturally upset that the glass broke, so I called the location to find a resolution. I spoke with Pat B[redacted], who advertised himself on the phone as being the boss that nobody sits above. He could tell I was upset and also explained the situation with the glue. He was very kind (initially, this quickly faded) and seemed knowledgable when explaining the importance of allowing the glue to adhere to the vehicle. This was the same explanation that the technician gave me when I talked to him about the situation as well, so I naturally believed him. I explained that the crack is large and poses a safety hazard when driving the vehicle with my young children, and we would need to find an alternate solution to my vehicle needs until the glass could be fixed. Originally, Pat Boris suggested putting me into a rental until Monday, which sounded just fine. A few minutes later, Pat called back and demanded to change out the windshield that day. He said that he agrees it is risky, but he is confident his tech can do it without causing damage. "Is it the safest option? No. Can we do it, though? Yes" were his exact words. I should not be bullied or harassed into agreeing to allow this company to run a risk on my vehicle. Why would I trust a company who already caused damage? I declined his offer, and asked for it to be handled in the original way he suggested. Pat's tone immediately changed into a hostile and threatening tone. He began insulting my intellectual ability to understand the repair needed for my own vehicle. He tried to dig for personal information by asking what I do for a living and then becoming aggressive when I would not answer his off-base questions. He then threatened to call my auto insurance company and report fraud due to me refusing to allow them to touch my vehicle on the same day, which was completely false. I simply wanted to glue to adhere for the proper number of days and did not feel comfortable running the risk of the inside of my vehicle being ruined. This was not a solution I came up with on my own, I was informed of this method from multiple people who work for anytime auto glass. I immediately called [redacted] to report the auto shop. [redacted] was very understanding and advised me that he is not a preferred shop and is under investigation for fraud. RED FLAG. [redacted] then contacted Pat B[redacted] on the phone to inform him that his business would not be getting reimbursed for the broken glass that they damaged and I would be given a rental car until my vehicle could be fixed properly. Mr. B[redacted] then began falsely accusing me of fraud, stating I did not need a rental because I could very well have my car fixed that day. He already informed that that I should not have it done, and later admitted to it being risky, but I was the one committing fraud?

On April 26th, [redacted] auto came to replace the windshield that Anytime Auto had previously failed to install. Upon pealing back the molding on the top of my car, the technician discovered that this molding was glued on, and all of the clips that were attached to the frame of my window were also broken and reglued onto the frame. This was the exact location that the crack stemmed from. Anytime Auto also installed the glass in the wrong area, which I was told was one of the reasons for the crack and for the broken clips. To cover it all up, the technician chose to glue bits and pieces back together. Fortunately, [redacted] wrote up a very detailed report and took numerous pictures that I am more than willing to share with the business when I contact them and request my insurance be reimbursed for their damages. No person should be treated this way by a man who thinks he is in power. The verbal abuse and harassment experienced that day still sits in my head and upsets me. I have never been so insulted or bullied to do something damaging to my own personal property. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

[redacted] installed my windshield today. He was on time and the whole service was finished in about 30 minutes. Plus we accidentally overpaid in cash and [redacted] came back to the door and returned the overpayment. That is old school values.

Best windshield service in town!! I've had my windshield replaced many times and always wondered why my a/c didn't work as well as it did before the replacement. To my surprise it was because the companies we had used in the previous were using low quality glass. My a/c feels 20 times better now in these hot summer days!! The technician ( [redacted]) was very professional and filled us in very helpful info.. Thank you Anytime Auto Glass..

I had a very good experience with Anytime Auto Glass, LLC. Their representatives [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful. I would recommend Anytime Auto Glass to my family and friends. Great customer service!

I had my glass replaced on 7/11/14 by Anytime Auto Glass. The company rep. who I worked with was [redacted]. He was really great to work with, very professional, yet at the same time, very friendly and caring. The install of the new windshield was a lot better experience then my prior install, done by another company. My new windshield looks great and I don't have to worry about it cracking anymore.

Review: We had this company come out and replace two windsheilds. During the installation of one of the windows, the installer damaged two molding strips adjacent to the windshield. Since November of 2012, this company has been giving us the run around and have not fixed the problem. They have lied to us, been rude and hung up on us.Desired Settlement: They need to come out and fix the damaged molding strips and install the tint strip they were supposed to have included with the windsheid replacement along with the tint strip on our other car in which they replaced a windshield. Another option is they can pay the cost to have another company fix what they were supposed to fix.

Response:

Good morning,

Unfortunately what I believe we have here is a fundamental difference in opinion as to the responsibility for the tint not being applied to the other car and to the issue with the moldings on the x.b.

MOLDINGS

We have directed the customer to the web where you can find that the molding clips are an issue, on multiple occasions. In our opinion they have a week design from the manufacturer itself. That being said if we broke them we would assume responsibility for them and replace them, unfortunately there is no reason to remove them during installation of a windshield, so we don't.. Our point is if we do not touch those moldings, and they don't get removed and reinstalled to replace the window how could we damage them? Sometimes customers assume because we were the last ones to touch there vehicle we must have damaged something. That being said if the Revdex.com and the customer do there home work they will find that the moldings do not get touched in the replacement of the window and they are a known problem and have a design flaw inherent to the vehicle. Know reasons for the moldings to come off, or break.. WIND, CARWASHES, DRIVING AT HIGH SPEEDS, BRITTLE DUE TO SUN EXSPOSURE.

TINT

As to the tint there is a secondary approval process that the customer needs to respond to from his insurance company or they will deny the ability for us to bill for and apply the tint.. In this case our customers insurance company attempted to contact the customer multiple times to get the tint approved and they never received a phone call back from him to allow us the authorization to continue with the tint work.. Again there is documentation from the insurance company stating that the tint was denied for billing because the customer would not confirm it was preexisting..

We could have tried a little harder to get the tint approved on our end and we could have done a better job with the tint so we can eat that expense and satisfy that request.. We can either send the customer a check for $25 and he can go to a shop of choice for tint or we can send a mobile tinter to him to take care of this problem..

My name is [redacted] and I would like to say how good of a job that Ernie E[redacted] did on my 2003 Toyota matrix windshield today 13/11/15. This is the second vehicle of mine that he has done in the past year. The first car he did was my 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt show car. Unbelievable job he did on my Mustang! I just wanted to say thank you and you will do all my windshield business from now on! Thanks Ernie and Anytime Auto Glass!
