Just wanted to express the GREAT service I received from the sale rep [redacted] that came to rescue. He came just when I was needing a repair and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Good work!!!!

I was at the [redacted] car wash on L. Buckeye between 83rd and 75th and was talking to one of gentleman who worked at at Anytime about a crack that they can replace and if they did, I would get free car washes for a month. Well of course I did it cause I liked the idea of that and went ahead and made an appointment. The installer came out and was very rude for one and was very unprofessional and just looked like he didn't want to be there. Once he was done, he called me and as soon as I got outside to sign a paper and retrieve my keys, he quickly jumped in his van and left. As I got into the car, I noticed that there was garbage everywhere in the car. Little flakes of glass, the black rubber caulking, etc all over my dash and floor. I also found that he broke the cowling on the left bottom part of the windshield and all the clips were broken and missing from the windshield wiped cowling. I was too busy that day to call up the company to tell them what had happened, but I called them and gave a quick run down of what I had found. They made the installer come back out to see what was going on and he began to tell me that those were already missing which I know was a lie cause I just had them replaced a couple weeks prior to that because it happened when another windshield installer from safelite did the same. I didn't have time to argue it so I let it go and was just gonna call up again the next day. So the next day I look at the car again before I headed to work and noticed a fine but prominent line going across my dash on the passenger side. I figured it had to have been hair or caulking from the installer the day prior, but no. As I went to wipe it away, I noticed it was a cut that is a fingernail length deep into the dash. So I drove up to the [redacted] car wash I was at when I made the appointment and talked to one of the workers about it and wanted to know who I could talk to. He inspected it himself and was in shock of the damage and immediately got someone on the phone. I spoke with [redacted], who seems to be useless other then to try to act like the company cares about what's going on. After speaking with him he tells me to send him pics over text of the damage, so I did. I was then called by the owner whose name I can not recall and we set up a meeting so he could see the damage. So when we meet in front of my place of work, he looks over the things I pointed out and he pretty much tried to blow it off like it was nothing. Showed him the broken clips, the broken fairing, the poor job of the install which included the window not even being installed correctly which he pointed out. Then he wanted to see the dash. When I showed him and smirked and kinda laughed it off and said that is was barely noticeable and wasn't that big of a deal. I then said that regardless of how he felt about it, its my car and I'm not happy about that mark on my dash. He then started to claim how there was no way that his guy could have done that damage and continued to blame me saying that I could have done it with my ring ( which I wasnt wearing at the time due to personal reasons) or other reasons, and in no way, shape or form did they do it. BUT, due to great customer service, even though he knows WITHOUT A DOUBT they didn't do it, he was gonna help me and get a upholstery guy he knows to take care of it for me. So after having this approx 35 min meeting we went out separate ways. Well for about a month I was waiting for this upholstery guy's call, but nothing even came. So I called Anytime back and spoke with [redacted] once again. He gave me the whole, "Oh man, I don't know why. Well ill let him know again. We will take care of it." So I figured ok, so it will be done. No. Couple weeks later... Nothing. So I called back again. Again, I speak with [redacted] and again, the same story. I call four more times in the next month and a half with the same excuse everytime. I even got the "Well the company is doing poorly right now due to the economy. So it might be a whike cause the owner is pretty upset about it". That's unfortunate, but not my problem. So today, the 26th of November, 2013, I call once again to see where we were at even though I already knew the answer, and sure enough I get, " Oh really? Nothing still? Well I tell him everytime we talk so I don't know what's going on." So I tell him that this is ridicules now and they are obviously dragging this out so not to fix it. I asked [redacted] if this was ever gonna get fixed or does the owner just not care about his customers, and his reply was, "Yea I don't think so." So pretty much screw his customers is what you are saying? "Yea pretty much." Then he starts saying what I already knew and how there was no way they could have done it and it was my fault for the damage. This company is very unprofessional, careless, rude and deceitful. They have made these past couple months difficult since I am a full time student and also work 30 hours a week and have a wife and child. I just wanted it fixed but they have just dragged it out way to long. I will never, EVER go back to these guys or ever tell friends or family to use them. They don't care about customer service. They just want to get paid since they are " having a rough time is todays economy".

What a wonderful business - had issues with windshield replacement from the company my insurance recommended. We were contacted by Edward at a carwash stating that he can help me with my cracked windshield. Expected a sales pitch but was immediately surprise by his response. He was totally helpful, no problems and went out of his way to help. After our insurance gave us some static, we contacted Anytime Auto Glass - my wife was greeted by Danett who promptly helped us. I will recommend this company to any one of my friends and or relatives.

I have received a number of unsolicited calls from this company. You can hear the "boiler room" buzz in the background which made me suspicious of the legitimacy of the call, especially since am on a do not call list. Each time the caller referred to me by name and said they had done repair work on my Jeep Liberty recently.... The last call today confirmed my suspicions. I asked when he showed the work being performed. He was speechless for about 10 seconds and then said 2 weeks ago. I have not owned that vehicle for at least 5 months and have NEVER done business with this company. The unscrupulous nature of this solicitation was outrageous. They are, in my opinion and based on my experience, untrustworthy!
