Review: We had this company come out and replace two windsheilds. During the installation of one of the windows, the installer damaged two molding strips adjacent to the windshield. Since November of 2012, this company has been giving us the run around and have not fixed the problem. They have lied to us, been rude and hung up on us.Desired Settlement: They need to come out and fix the damaged molding strips and install the tint strip they were supposed to have included with the windsheid replacement along with the tint strip on our other car in which they replaced a windshield. Another option is they can pay the cost to have another company fix what they were supposed to fix.

Unfortunately what I believe we have here is a fundamental difference in opinion as to the responsibility for the tint not being applied to the other car and to the issue with the moldings on the x.b.

MOLDINGS

We have directed the customer to the web where you can find that the molding clips are an issue, on multiple occasions. In our opinion they have a week design from the manufacturer itself. That being said if we broke them we would assume responsibility for them and replace them, unfortunately there is no reason to remove them during installation of a windshield, so we don't.. Our point is if we do not touch those moldings, and they don't get removed and reinstalled to replace the window how could we damage them? Sometimes customers assume because we were the last ones to touch there vehicle we must have damaged something. That being said if the Revdex.com and the customer do there home work they will find that the moldings do not get touched in the replacement of the window and they are a known problem and have a design flaw inherent to the vehicle. Know reasons for the moldings to come off, or break.. WIND, CARWASHES, DRIVING AT HIGH SPEEDS, BRITTLE DUE TO SUN EXSPOSURE.

TINT

As to the tint there is a secondary approval process that the customer needs to respond to from his insurance company or they will deny the ability for us to bill for and apply the tint.. In this case our customers insurance company attempted to contact the customer multiple times to get the tint approved and they never received a phone call back from him to allow us the authorization to continue with the tint work.. Again there is documentation from the insurance company stating that the tint was denied for billing because the customer would not confirm it was preexisting..

We could have tried a little harder to get the tint approved on our end and we could have done a better job with the tint so we can eat that expense and satisfy that request.. We can either send the customer a check for $25 and he can go to a shop of choice for tint or we can send a mobile tinter to him to take care of this problem..

I recently used Anytime Auto for my windshield replacement. The rep [redacted] took my information and handled the ins. claim as well as schedualing my apt around my schedual. The service was great and the work was done properly on time. I highly recomend using their service and was impressed by [redacted]s costomer service skills.

I just wanted to say that Jolene was very professional when I called her to handle my windshield, She took care of making the call to the insurance company with me on the phone , it was fast and easy and then she scheduled the service. I recently had damage to my 2014 vehicle windshield and Anytime glass came to my rescue. [redacted] was very courteous and caring. He was on top of everything he handled the insurance company with ease. My car was done very professional it looks like new again. Thank you Anytime glass!

I have used this buisness twice and they are great my tech al c got my keys to my car from my work then did the work at my apartment for me in under an hour and bryan g and alicia s handled all the paperwork and its a great company I will only use them for auto glass.

I have been using anytime autoglass for many years. They are attentive to my needs and always get a technician out as soon as possible. In november my car was broken into in my driveway. I was in total distress I called anytime in a panic and they were able to help me right away. Not only did they replace my window they had a technician out the next morning before work and due to my car getting broken into I was short on christmas money. Anytime paid me 100 dollars for my window .

It took a bit to replace my windshield because I was a cash customer. But in the very beginning I was searching other companies for a better quote.[redacted] was awesome. He had me a quote within 5 minutes but also made sure that I knew that not all companies used the right material in the windshield.I was very pleased in his knowledge and to let me know so I won't have to have it replaced in 6 months because other windshields might not be same thickness etc. But most of all I liked how the company made confirmation calls and when the installer showed up at my house he was extremely pleasant. I had a very good experience and would recommend to family and friends.

Ive used this company on numerous occasions and they always make it easy and satisfactory.

I recently used Anytime Auto Glass to replace my windshield in my 2005 Toyota Rav 4. I had the most welcoming and positive experience from my inital call taken by Bonnie in the sales department to the gentleman who came to my home and replaced my glass in a most timely manner. I have had to get 2 windshields replaced in the last 2 months and both times I worked with Jolene G[redacted]. She was very professional and attentive. Both times the employee was on time and very professional as well. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them in the future. I have also referred them to all my family and friends.

I used Anytime Auto Glass in March. They were quick and did a great job. I always like to use local businesses when possible and I was pleased with their work.

I had my windshield repaired by them and the tech that came out was very helpful and knowledgable in what he was doing.

Anytime auto glass is amazing! I've had 2 windshields in the past 6 months replaced by them and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. [redacted] is the best! She is very professional and walked me through the whole process as well as following up after the service. I called late and had my windshield replaced at my home the next day. I have used this company about 7 times over 2.5 years. I am amazed at the quality of work. Their service is awesome. I continue to use them because of it. It's great doing business with a company that show appreciation to the people they serve. I have never had an unpleasant dealing with them...meaning everyone that I have dealt with there. And it's been a few. I usually only contact Revdex.com about the bad however Anytime Auto Glass, [redacted] deserves to be recognized for their greatness.

We had the unfortunate experience of replacing TWO windshields on the same car in less than a week. In the first case, we went to a national vendor who installed an inferior product that was wavy and disorienting to look through. Ironically, the new (inferior) windshield was damaged on the highway and had to be replaced three days after installation! We called Bonnie Ewen at Anytime Auto Glass and immediately knew that we were in good hands. Bonnie's professional manner in which she dealt with our insurance company and the way she treated us as customers was more than refreshing. Bonnie kept tabs on our replacement process from beginning to end with a high level of proficiency and excellent customer service. We were equally pleased with our technician, as well. Bonnie and the team at Anytime Auto Glass will be the only firm my family works with moving forward. We live in AZ and I know that I will be calling Bonnie again...

This company is by fat the worst auto glass company, they say they can go anywhere, yet I couldn't even get on there schedule, so I cancelled and went with safelite they were prompt and friendly, don't ever use anytime auto glass you will regret it.

Review: While getting my car washed at [redacted] car wash, I was approcahed by an Anytime Autoglass representative regarding chips in my windshield. This person's name is [redacted]. [redacted] said I needed to have my windshield replaced since the chips were in line of sight while driving. He then offered my a free car wash if I had this performed. I told him that I was already on the Megastar monthly program, so this was of no value to me. I then conteroffered that if he gave me a free month of Megastar cas washes via a credit to me that I would accept. He discussed this offer with another Anytime Autoglass person named [redacted] who accepted my offer. I then reitterated that I would receive a month's credit of my monthly plan for the Mega star washes. He said "yes, we can do that". [redacted] then proceeded to call [redacted] my insurance carrier and tel them about my windshield. When I was on the phone with the insurabnce carrier, [redacted] said that a representative would need to look at the windshiled. At that moment, [redacted] said "Oh [redacted] why do they need to look at the windshield?" This sounded to me like [redacted] as a representative was committing fraud in his statement to me that the windshield needed repair. When I was about to sign the agreement form. I asked where my credit was that I was promissed? [redacted] then stated that he could not give me my monthly credit and that I would only receive the mimimum wash available. This was not the DEAL that was negotiated and agreeed to by both parties.

This instance is a complete misrepresentation of what was agreed to and possibly FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I believe if [redacted] has representatives working for them that they need to know what these people are doing and maybe hire respectabel employees who understand the law of a contract. Verdal or written!!

Unfortunately ** we have had some kind of confusion as to who we are, how long we have existed, and how often we have called you.

We show we have never done work for you or anyone with that phone number. We purchased 100k leads in March that contained a females name, with a vehicle listed as a 2004 V.W. Jetta with [redacted] insurance, your phone number, with a Phoenix address of [redacted]. We show we called that number one time on 4-29-14 at 11:00 a.m. and we reached an answering machine. Now there is a chance other people are sharing and selling your information but it is not us. Lots of companies make a ton of money supplying info to people in my industry, in fact [redacted] is the largest. There are hundreds of glass companies in Arizona doing the same things we do to market.. That being said, we honor the DO NOT CALL REQUESTS WE GET. Also we have only been in business since 2010. I was not in business before 2010 in this industry and therefore it is not possible for us to have worked together previous to 2010. I will be more than happy to remove you and to never call again, but I don't think its fair for you to accuse us of such things as insurance fraud, and such poor business practices without a verbal conversation with anyone in our organization. If you wold like, we would be happy to assist you to put your number on the national do not call list as well. We pride ourselves in being "THE GOOD GUYS" We are not here to harass people, especially You, and others we are trying to do business with.

Review: Salespeople from this business repeatedly cold call my work cellular on a DAILY BASIS even after they've been told to cease and have been logged in the National Do Not Call lists a total of five times. They have ignored every request to cease this incessant spamming and need to be dealt with in court. Do a simple [redacted] query on this number, [redacted] and you'll see the numerous complaints lodged against this unethical business.Desired Settlement: As stated prior, all contact via Anytime Auto Glass needs to cease effective immediately or it's court time.
