I contacted this company through personal referral, when I needed my windshield replaced from rock damage. I own a Chrysler Town and Country with a big windshield so I know it's not a pleasant task. I talked to Danette on the phone. She not only is friendly and helpful, but she also is very efficient at her job and she quickly had me taken care with my insurance claim and the work scheduling. I didn't have to do any leg work with the insurance. The morning of my scheduled windshield replacement, I was notified I could have an earlier time than was scheduled and within 45 minutes of the call, the technician, Ernie, was there to do the work at my home. He also was very friendly and we visited for a quick minute. Then he expertly replaced the windshield in a timely fashion. I scrutinized his work and it was all nice and clean. He definitely knew his craft! Overall the whole experience was good! My thanks to them!

Our company had a recent situation of random vandalism. The vandals shattered all the windows out in 5 of the company’s fleet vehicles. This incident happened on a Saturday night. Sunday morning I called numerous national glass companies who were specifically advertising 24/7 emergency glass repair. I explained to them that our fleet needed to be up and running for business Monday morning. All of the companies I called advised they only take calls on Sunday but did not perform any glass repair. Then I came across Any Time Auto Glass. [redacted] returned my call on Sunday evening, took all of the vehicle information. Ordered all of the glass replacement for all of the vehicles late Sunday evening. He was at our office at 6:45 am Monday morning working to get all of our vehicles completed.
Any Time Auto Glass did a first class job and fulfilled every promise we discussed. His staff were professional and accommodating to our schedules. He truly empathized with our situation and went far above and beyond to get our company back on track. As a company, we were able to resume business Monday morning and the situation was seamless to our valued customers.

Two gentlemen replaced my Mustamg's windshield at my home. Anibal was the team lead. From the time I answered the door, to shaking hands and thanking them for a job well done, Anibal's team was awesome. Customer service & workmanship were/are A+ in my opinion. He even noted a few items that weren't exactly reinstalled correctly from the last time my windshield was replaced a few years ago. Didn't bad mouth the other company (which is a refreshing professional courtesy) & he made sure everything was reinstalled correctly. Anytime Auto Glass replaced a windshield on two of my cars on the same day and did a beautiful job. They later came out to install a molding that my insurance company wouldn't cover. They had good customer service and professional, respectful installers.

I had my windshield replaced about a week ago. I saw them advertised on a Maricopa page and decided to try them out. I have to say, I am really impressed with their service. They were on top of things the whole time with the insurance and scheduling. I haven't had any problems with it at all so far. Also, the customer service was awesome! They came to my house to replace it and they were very fast and convenient! I highly recommend them! They even gave me a choice between 4 movie tickets or a $50 check as a bonus.
