We contacted the manufacturer (Carolina Carports Inc.) to find out what happened and the scheduler told me that the first time they went out they could not get up her drivewayThe driveway was steep and narrow, so the installer needed 4wheel drive and a smaller trailerThe second time they went
out due to the weather where it had snowed the ground was too wet to installThe third time the installers were running a little behind at their first job, so they called her to let her knowWe understand she was probably a little frustrated but she hung up on the installers. We will be contacting the scheduling department again to get the new dateWe would like to get this resolved for the customer as soon as possible and we apologize for the delay

I am rejecting this response because: It was not just times this has been delayedActually came to my house time and left because of the narrow roadAfter that it was phone call only to schedule and then called day of installation to say they were not going to make itThis happen numerous times between September and FebruaryI just got tired of excuse after excuseI asked for refund of down payment and just to go somewhere else for carportI can't keep playing there gamesI am years of age I needed this carport so I don't have to be in the weather to get to my car

reason not installed in that time frame is the fact they did not sell enough in this area ti make a trip For one carport

Mr*** called Carport Central on March 8th, and informed us that the building Eagle Carports installed was leaking severely I informed Mr*** that I would call Eagle and submit a repair order and call him back I submitted the repair order with Eagle and was told it would
be about 2-weeks before the repair could be done I called Mr*** back and informed him of the lead time which Mr*** agreed was okay The following week on March 15th Mr*** called to get an update on the repair We contacted Eagle to see if they could give us an update and the current info they provided has an opening for the following week (week of March 21st) I called Mr*** twice on March 15th to give him an update and his voicemail was full and could not leave a message Eagle has also informed us they would be calling Mr*** with an update Providing Eagle Carports handles the repair by next week as promised, it will have been handled in the estimated time originally given to Mr*** Carport Central has attempted to keep in touch with Mr*** as much as possible as well as pushing Eagle Carports to finish the repair Lastly, all building carry a year workmanship warranty.*** ***Carport Central980-321-

Here at Carport Central our main concern are our customers, we were notified of the issue with MrBundy on October 31st and soon as Paul Moore got the information he contacted the manufacturer who installed the building to try to get the issues resolvedHe has multiple emails throughout that day
he was sending back and forth with the customer and the manufacturerThen on November 1st Paul Moore followed up with the customer to let him know that the manufacturer had been notified and they would contact him to work to get the issue resolvedCarport Central is an online sales company we do not install or schedule the buildings, we do work with our customers to make sure they are taken care of and if an issue arises we do work for the customer to help in getting the customer taken care ofHowever we do not have control over the scheduling or installing the buildingsThen on November 2nd Paul sent another email to the customer to let him know he was working with all the managers at Carport Central to get this resolvedOn November 6th Paul Moore emailed the manufacturer again to find out the status of the repairNovember 21st Paul Moore also emailed the manufacturer again checking with the statusNovember 27th Paul Moore emailed the manufacturer again checking on the status he had not been getting responsesSo during the whole time not only emails but Paul relentlessly called the customer and manufacturer as wellThen on December 7th Paul is checking on the status and the manufacturer responds that they would send someone out that following Tuesday to fix the issues, Paul then informs the customer as he has the entire time keeping them up to date with what Carport Central was doing to helpOn December 12th Paul emails the manufacturer again to make sure they are still going to get the repair finished on December 12th as the manufacturer had promisedHowever he did not get a response but later found out the manufacturer did not showPaul followed up with the customer and tried reaching out to the manufacturer again and did not get an answer or response on emailCarport Central got a list of materials needed to fix the issue for the customer even if they had to hire another manufacturerHowever American Custom Carports promised they would get it fixed they just ran into issuesCarport Central found out from the inspector that the customer had to have a certified door to pass inspection and windowsThe door is an extra $but Carport Central did not even ask the customer to pay for that they want to get the customers building fixed so they are paying for an $certified doorWe have never had to have a certified door before but now that we know Carport Central is going to make it right and get the correct doorCarport Central was told multiple times the doors were in stock and certified but on December 13th we found out the door had to be special ordered and Carport Central paid to get the door orderedAlso Carport Central has to pay for the trim for the door as wellAmerican Customs told Carport Central they would get the customer took care of the week of ChristmasHowever that week came and they did not show up again, Paul kept trying to get in touch with American Custom Carports and at this point they let us know now they have decided to close for the week of ChristmasPaul has followed up with American Customs right after Christmas on December 26th to find out when they were going out to fix the issues and American Customs did not respond until December 28thWhen we got in touch with American Custom ON January 2nd they let us know the wrong door had been ordered, Carport Central called and ordered the door from a different company and we are waiting on the correct door and as soon as the door comes in American Custom Carports promised us to get the issue resolvedThe door took 7-business days to get inWe have followed up with MrBundy and the manufacturer on a consistent basis trying to get MrBundys issues resolvedMost of these issues are out of Carport Centrals control but we care for our customers and go the extra mile to work with the manufacturers like we have in this case. Please let us know what else we can do.

I purchased a metal barn from Carport Central and was not told that they were going to subcontract my barn to Eagle Carport who has a horrible reputation and is not an accredited business with Revdex.comEverything was a huge nightmare and I received a lot of run around from the sales representative ZachHe said he would help with all the major issues and he flat out liedWhen I told him I was going to have to get a lawyer involved to get Eagle Carport to fix all the huge building issues, he stopped calling me backI would never do business with this company again and want to warn others

Mr*** purchased a metal building from our company on 9-20-Our Company sells single level clear-span metal buildingsApplications of our buildings are used for garages, barns, workshops and sometimes even residential purposesAny customization to the building by the customer is entirely
up to themOur company is not an architectural firm, we simply sell pre-engineered metal buildings for the private use of our customer's applicationWe certainly do our best to discuss and suggest certain sizes and designs based on what the customer is using the building for but at the end it is up the customer to make a decision on what works best for themIt has been approximately months since Mr*** ordered his building and we have not rushed or forced deliveryRecently Mr*** contacted his sales rep (Cameron) and informed him that he would like to increase the height of his buildingIt was a fairly costly increase but it is what the customer said he needed to change it toCameron requested a price from one of our manufactures for the change and called Mr*** with the price changeMr *** agreed to the revisionThe following day Mr*** called and had a change of heart and did not want to make the change because it was too expensiveWe refunded the additional deposit needed for the revision that we processed the day beforeNow Mr*** is wanting to cancel his entire order and get a full refund of his depositWe have held the building for months and will continue to work with Mr*** but a refund at this point is out of the question and against policyWe will gladly install his order when he is ready

I was very pleased with my repair experienceThe repairman was prompt, courteous and knowledgeableTheir office manager was polite and efficient and their price was reasonableI would definitely call them again for repair of any of my home appliances He came the next day, not in two weeks like the nationally known appliance repair service and he had the necessary part with him so an extra trip to get part was not required

Good afternoon MrBundy,We are regretful for the issues with your building but Carport Central wants to helpWe have already purchased one 10xcertified door that did not fitWe also have added Z trim that does not come with our buildings out of our pocket just to try to get you the building the way you want itHowever the z trim is leaking so we are going to fix thatAlso now the roof is leaking and the building does have a workmanship warranty and we are going to fix that leaking on the roofWe have offered you to get your quotes for a local door company and you did that and the quote for the door is $1,we are going to take care of that for you and getting them installed and to make sure the building passes inspectionSend me the quote for the local door company and we will get that taken care of for youWe want to come to a resolution with you and we are addressing the issues and agreeing to the above statement.
