Aqua Finance, Inc. Reviews (84)

Review: We purchased a Rain Soft water softener system in mid-November, financing through Aqua Finance. Our first payment ($80 monthly) was to be due 1/1/15. We wanted a different financing plan that would not start until April but would be paying more per month. Our sales rep talked us out of it, stating if we started our payments Jan. 1 he would get us a lower APR. He convinced us by stating HE would pay our first 3 months as our reasoning for going the other route was to get our income tax returns back before dealing with another monthly bill. So, the sales rep stated he'd pay our January, February and March payments. $80 X 3 months was $240. We agreed after some persuasion. That was before Christmas. On Jan. 6 we still had not received the check from the sales rep and Aqua Finance began calling us about our "late payments". It took nearly 3 weeks to get in touch with our rep and get a check - which was only approx. $157, not even 2 full payments. We then made a payment of $200 to Aqua Finance. Since then, rather than the $80 monthly payments, we generally send $100 even, thinking we are paying this system off faster. We have received well over 50 calls to date, on my cell phone, my husband's cell and my WORK number. My husband gets 2-3 calls a day from them. I was threatened at WORK by one of their workers, [redacted] who told me that this would ruin my credit! And we have found that they started charging us back in December before we even completed our contract! They are telling us we are behind in payments since THEY started our billing in the beginning of December, when it was due to start Jan. 1 and therefore we are considered always behind. And paying extra towa4rd our monthly payments is apparently not helping! I feel we are being ripped off as well as harassed!Desired Settlement: I do not even get monthly bills from Aqua Finance, but I would like to know how paying $100 toward a $80 bill is keeping me behind and I want them to cease all harassment. I want them to settle my bill so I can be done with them. The stress of being harassed daily and threatened to ruin my credit after I worked so hard to recently become a homeowner, get married, has taken its toll on my health.

Response:

We would like to thank Ms. [redacted] for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the Billing issue complaint she filed with the Revdex.com. We certainly can empathize with her frustrations and wish to clarify any questions she may have so that we may assist her in moving forward. In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s statement regarding the discussion between she and the salesman; Aqua Finance, Inc. was unaware of this verbal representation and such information was not provided to us to factor in Ms. [redacted]’s perception or payment practices. At the time of the sale, the salesman may present promotional options to the customer subject to approval and based on availability and credit. The promotion extended to Ms. [redacted] offered a reduced interest rate and a reduced payment factor for one year. This is a favorable option for many customers due to the lower rate than our standard 17.99% and also a reduced payment. On November 25, 2014 Ms. [redacted] signed a Retail Installment Credit Agreement. This form indicates the date of installation and the date of sale were November 25, 2014. Ms. [redacted] also signed a certificate of completion dated November 25, 2014 certifying that the water treatment system was installed and that she was satisfied with the project. Lastly, on November 25, 2014 Ms. [redacted] signed the Promotional Credit Plan Addendum outlining the promotion program specific to her loan. I have attached these documents for her review. Ms. [redacted] was also given the Revolving Credit Agreement which details the full description of her minimum monthly payment terms and that statements will be mailed to her. On November 26, 2014 a representative from Aqua Finance contacted Ms. [redacted] to verify the terms of her loan. This is standard practice with our customers to ensure any issues are worked out prior to the loan being processed and to verify they are satisfied with the product. On this call we confirmed with Ms. [redacted] that her first payment of $80.00 was due January 1, 2015 to which she agreed. On December 4, 2014 a statement was generated and sent to Ms. [redacted] indicating the first payment due date of January 1, 2015. Ms. [redacted] is correct that she has been paying over the minimum payment when she sends her monthly payment in. She did not however make a payment in July or August. Because this is a Revolving Credit Loan, the minimum monthly payment must be made each month and while making over the minimum monthly payment may aid in reducing the balance at a higher rate than making the minimum payment, she would still need to make a payment each month to avoid becoming delinquent. Ms. [redacted] has had nine billing accruals thus far on her loan. She has made seven payments, of which six have been delinquent. We would be happy to speak with Ms. [redacted] to arrange potentially moving her payment due date to allow her to make her payments on time each month. We value Ms. [redacted] as a customer and welcome her to contact us to arrange payment on her loan. We are also agreeable to credit her account $40.00 in late charges that she has paid since the inception of her loan. She may reach me directly at 1-800-234-3663 ext. 1181.

Review: The problem is that the representative of Aqua Finance misrepresented the amount that could be payed as a minimum payment.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to be released from the contract that was signed on a false pretense that payments could be arranged with the company as explained by the representative of Aqua Finance.

my credit union paid my account in full 3/18/2016 with a refund due back from aqua finance and when I called was told they take 6-8 weeks after they get the payment to send refund.they should have to pay interest on that money if they want to hold it that long.I will never do business with them again.

Review: when I contacted this company in reference to them getting 3 air filters of theirs returned due to my dissatisfaction and my right they did nothing but give me the run around and I want them to get in contact with their squirrel road location to get these returned at their expense and credit my account back for full amount. They also I believe did not pay their person they hired to push their products a fair amount. I have not had them that long and do not like them and cannot justify paying that kind of money for product others do as well for far less. I felt pressured and did not like that tactic either.Desired settlement: for them to get these 3 filters returned at their expense and credit back the account with no negative marks because as a consumer I believe I have that right. Product was less than 30 days old and I am not satisfied with their performance.

response:

we would like to thank ms. [redacted] for bringing her concerns to our attention. Her complaint states she contacted our office and was given the "run around". Here at aqua finance, inc. We have not received any calls from ms. [redacted] regarding the dissatisfaction with her purchase. She may have contacted greater air of michigan, which is the company she purchased the air filters from. Aqua finance, inc. Is a separate company that did the financing for her loan. On december 6, 2015 a representative from greater air of michigan completed a sale of 3 sfs air cleaners. Ms. [redacted] signed a contract for this purchase on the same day - december 6, 2015. Her contract states that she had until december 10, 2015 to cancel her transaction. She signed the notice of cancellation on december 6, 2015; acknowledging that she had received a copy of this notice. I am including all paperwork signed by ms. [redacted] for her convenience. On december 11, 2015 a representative from aqua finance, inc. Contacted ms. [redacted] to verify the terms of her loan. This is a standard procedure to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and to ensure any issues have been worked out prior to processing their loan. These calls are recorded and our customers are advised of that. On that call, ms. [redacted] did verify the terms of her loan and stated she had "not received the filters yet", but that was because of her busy schedule and of no fault of greater air of michigan. We offered to call her back after the filters had been delivered and she declined saying everything was ok to proceed. A copy of this recorded verification can be provided upon request. Upon review of ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we believe her dissatisfaction lies with the actual sale of the goods, not with the financing of the product. Unfortunately ms. [redacted] is outside of her 3 day right to cancel and payments will be due june 15, 2016 based on the promotion offered to her. If ms. [redacted] has any questions regarding the financing, I welcome her to contact me directly at ###-###-####. Thank you.

Review: The Sales person representing this company misrepresented the interest charge I would be paying for the water treatment equipment installed in my home. The interest rate went from 5.9000% TO 13.9900% I was given the impression the 5.9000% interest rate would be for the life of the loan. In addition, this company wants to charge $[redacted] a year for a maintenance fee for the water system. This was not explained during the sales presentation. I am sure if I was aware of these costs I would not have purchased or agreed to have this water system installed. Finally, their customer service representatives are rude and condescending in their tone.Desired Settlement: I want them to take their equipment back and discontinue our relationship.

Response:

We wish to thank [redacted] for bringing his concerns to our attention. We value him as a customer and look forward to providing clarity to his issue. We certainly can empathize with his frustrations regarding the increase of his payment and interest rate. On April 15, 2015 [redacted] signed a contract for a Water Treatment System through A & B Marketing. The terms of his payment and interest rate are detailed on the Promotional Credit Plan Addendum that he signed the same day. I have attached a copy of this signed promotional addendum for your convenience. I am also including a copy of the billing statement generated April 2016 that states [redacted]'s interest rate and minimum monthly payment factor would be increasing as of April 16. 2016. [redacted] receives his billing statement via email and would have access to this statement at anytime. [redacted]'s main complaint is the sales tactics of his purchase. We at Aqua Finance unfortunately cannot attest to the nature of the sale as we are a separate entity. As the finance company, we have provided [redacted] with the loan documents that he signed agreeing to the terms and conditions of his loan. Lastly, I apologize that [redacted] states he was mistreated by our customer service team. We pride ourselves on having top notch customer service and look forward to serving [redacted] in the future. If he has any further questions, he may contact me directly at 1-800-234-3663 ext. 1181. I had a small loan that I wanted to pay in advance. I called the billing dept and asked if I could make a large payment that would cover my next 12 months of payments. I was told yes, no problem.
Two months later I get a call telling me that I am late on my payments. I explain that I made a large payment (equivalent to 12 months payments) and that I spoke to a representative on the phone. I had initially called to make sure this was possible. I was told it was!
They could see the large payment, but said that I still had to pay every month. I asked for a refund on my large payment so I could use the money to make my monthly payments. The rep on the phone told me she had to ask her supervisor. She later called me back and told me they would subtract the last couple months worth of payments then refund me the difference.
A day later I get a call from a different rep telling me that they can not issue a refund at all. So basically I made a very large one time payment and now I am screwed and still have to continue to make monthly payments, even though I had done the right thing and asked them before I made that very large payment.
So in summary, they have clueless people working there who have no idea what they are doing or what they are telling their customers.

Review: Aqua finance comes in and advertises this great product and all of these special items that you will recieve if you sign up and purchase there product. So you sign a contract which also includes these special soaps and items at a certain dollar amount which was like 500.00 if I remember correctly. Well first the product doesn't operate as the sails person describes and promises. Then they never deliver on the additional products as promised and gauranteed as per the contract. I made numerous phone calls in addition to the conversations I had with them when I made my payments but still got no resolution.Desired Settlement: Show the account as paid since they broke the contract and the water unit never functioned as described and is no longer installed.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s Complaint I must first say that his statement under "Complaint Involves" is "Advertising Issues".

Mr. [redacted] is confused by the fact that Aqua Finance DOES NOT sell the item he purchased. Aqua Finance is a Finance Company that

Review: My sister [redacted] and I purchased a water treatment system from Aqua Treatment Service. We never received a follow up appointment and we were unsuccessful when it came to contacting the company. We filed a complaint with Revdex.com- # [redacted]. Revdex.com was not successful with contacting the company either. Yet, we continue to receive a monthly bill from Aqua Finance, Inc who is connected to Connexus Credit Union. The warranty on the system is not beneficial if we cannot contact the company to have it serviced. Instead of just making payments or paying in full, we are asking for a refund of $3,945.00 to cover the balance of the water system. Why should we pay for something that we can not verify that it is working; and most of all, it is only designed for us to pay a bill. This is not what we signed up for.Desired Settlement: A refund of $3,945.00 will cover the balance of the water system. The total amount that was financed was $3,990.00. The new balance is $3,944.29. I believe we are due a refund because the system has not had a courtesy test as promised, we cannot contact the company for any issues, and the only option we have is to contact the finance company, who provided me with the unsuccessful contact information originally.

Response:

In response to the complaint, # [redacted], this certainly appears that it should be directed to the Dealer that sold the system to the [redacted]'. Aqua Finance, as the creditor, has paid Aqua Treatment Service in full for the system, and now has a valid contract with [redacted] and [redacted]. However, Aqua Finance Inc/Connexus Credit Union (AFI) does everything it can to resolve an issue a customer might be having with the selling Dealer. In this case, AFI received one (1) phone call looking for the number to the Dealer's office and we gave them a number to contact them at. This was back on June 25, 2013. If the customer had problems getting in contact with the Dealer at the number we gave them, they could have called back, as they have multiple offices, multiple numbers and service centers.

Aqua Finance is a separate Company from the Dealer who sold this system to the [redacted], and is not affiliated with them other than to accept credit applications to finance their products to their customers. In addition, the total payments made on this contract, to date, has been $360, so the request for a refund of $3,945 is a bit confusing, however, AFI has a valid enforceable contract with this customer. AFI will do whatever they can to help the customer get the desired service, however, the contract remains in place.

Review: From the very start they were unprofessional and rude, however we had already made the decision to get the water system. I immediately found it difficult to get in contact with them and to pay my account. I attempted on over 3 occasions to set up the payments online with no success and then would have to wait for them to contact me because the lack of information to contact was not very easy to finds. I explained this multiple times to the representatives I spoke with and they continued to tell me they would reset my account. At no point did I ever ask for "late fees" to be waived or any make special requests. I continued to pay with all fees involved. Finally, 3 months later, I was able to get the issue resolved. I linked my account and began making bigger payments to get the balance down within the allotted 6 months time. Now, here it is 6 months and I see an astronomical interest charge on my account. I do not receive any paper statements because once I was able to set up online it took the option out, therefor I was unaware when 6 months would exactly be up. I called in to have the finance charge removed, due to statements no longer being sent and the many issues I have had and I would pay the balance off in full. I was told that it was not possible and it was my fault. I explained to Shawn Peterson, that I did not believe it was since I had not received a statement in well over 3 months to know when the promotion would be over. He said I signed a contract for 6 months with no interest. I agreed that I did, but that 6 months was an arbitrary time frame, because it was not specific if 6 months was from the date of install, the date of the first billing cycle or the date of first bill. Therefore, I should not be held responsible for a lack of information given. His final answer was no, the charges would remain. I feel the entire time I have had to interact with this company they are so unprofessional and truly lack customer service.Desired Settlement: The finance charges of 261 dollars removed.

Response:

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. Willis. We appreciate her bringing these concerns to our attention and wish to respond accordingly. She states she found it difficult to get in contact with our company. We apologize for this. Our phone number is located at the bottom of the contract she signed when she purchased the water treatment system and her first billing statement was generated on July 25th, prior to her first payment due date of August 22nd. Our address and phone number are on this billing statement. On August 31, 2015 a call was placed to Ms. Willis as a friendly reminder as her first payment had not been received. She stated that she would make the payment on-line and our representative emailed her the directions how to do so to her personal email address. Our company contact information is also located in our emails. We were first made aware of an issue that she had regarding our online billing system on December 29th, 2015. She did not enroll in our online billing program until the end of December 2015 or January 2016. Therefore she received five billing statements via mail that state when the Promotional end date is. Her complaint states she did not know when the six month time frame began or ended. For her reference, I am including a copy of the signed contract that states: “No interest if paid in full in six months. If the balance is not paid in full in six months, interest will be imposed from the date of purchase at a rate of 17.99% as disclosed in your Revolving Credit Agreement”. I am also including for her reference a copy of the January 2016 billing statement that also states the Promotional Due date is January 17, 2016. If Ms. Willis did not receive a billing statement in the mail, it is because she set up to receive her statements electronically through her e-mail. Due to both the Retail Installment Contract and monthly billing statements clearly stating the loan must be paid in full by January 17, 2016, we are unable to waive the accrued interest charges. We sincerely apologize for the confusion Ms. Willis feels we caused her. If she has any further questions she is welcome to contact me directly at ###-###-####.

Review: On October 24th my brother signed a contract for water service, his wife was there when the sales person [redacted] (###-###-####) insisted to my brother to sign, they told him several times we are going to think about it, but he still insisted so my brother signed. Review: Air & Water Solution, Columbia, MO

Description of Review:

I bought a new water softener for Air & Water solution, Columbia, MO.

They offered 12 months same as cash if I used this company. I set up the automatic withdraw the same day I got the system. When I called the company they they told me I would have no problems as long as I did automatic withdraw.

I got a bill last month, Sep showing I owed $200. I got a bill this month showing I owe $253.14 even though last months was paid& paid off. This amount is interest. I have no idea what has happened. I called the company, they said my payments were outside the promotion dates. I said that was crazy because I was told 12 months same as cash. That is what I signed up for, that is what I did.

They deliberately started my payment late so that I would miss the promotion dates. I really don't understand though. I set up my payments as soon as I got the system. How can they do this? The Air & Water Solution said this was a good company. They also told me that this would be 12 months same as cash.

Important fact: the company changed hands after my first payment. These people are nearly impossible to reach by phone.

How can a company cheat us like this & not be held responsible?Desired Settlement: I am being charged $253.14 in interest payments for a product that is paid off.

I do not believe I should be paying this

Review: I have received several bills and numerous harassing phone calls to both my home and place of employment from Aqua Finance. However, I have never received any type of introductory letter, identifying account information, or anything identifying who they are or why they have been in contact with me. The only information on the bill was a payment amount and due date; no other identifying information. I do not return phone calls to companies that I am not familiar with. On 3/18/14, I received a message at my place of employment. I did return that call since I think that it is both inappropriate and unlawful for a company that I have never done business with to call my place of employment demanding that I clear up an account that I know nothing about. I have also returned previous calls and have only reached a voice recording. I left a message requesting that my place of employment not be contacted. I also have now received a letter and another phone call to my place of employment stating that a lean has been placed on my home. Since I have not received any identifying information from Aqua finance or any explanation as to why I am being contacted or billed, I do not even know if this is a legitimate place of business. I feel that my rights have been grossly violated by Aqua Finance and I demand that any adverse action taken against by this organization be corrected immediately.Desired Settlement: Since I have not received any identifying information from Aqua finance or any explanation as to why I am being contacted or billed, I do not even know if this is a legitimate place of business. Response:

Aqua Finance had purchased Ms. [redacted]'s loan from [redacted] Financial back in March of 2013. The loan was for the purchase of a WAter Refiner from Altra Clean in Land O Lakes FL.

At that time a letter of transfer was sent to all customers that were a part of this purchase. Ms. [redacted] immediately started receiving monthly statements from Aqua Finance, who was, and is, the servicing agent on the loan. The account number did not change and in fact, Ms. [redacted] sent one additional payment to [redacted] Financial, which was transferred to Aqua Finance and posted to her account on 4/5/2013.

Review: I have been disputing X40071 with the credit reporting agencies and direct to AQUA FINANCE asking them to investigate and verify what they are reporting under the FACT ACT because I believe that what they are reporting is inaccurate, erroneous and unverifiable. I understand that if I send in a written dispute they are to conduct a reasonable investigation into this account and verify that this account is reporting 100% accurately per FCRA and that they only have 30 days with a one time extension of 15 days. It has now been over 60 days. The credit reporting agencies continue to send me reports showing that AQUA FINANCE has verified the information with them to be accurate but they are ignoring me. How can this account be verified when there is different information reporting on all 3 bureaus? I need your help to get them to remove the inaccurate data on my credit report. To date, I have not received any response from AQUA FINANCE .Desired Settlement: Since they have most likely violated the FACT ACT and The Fair Credit Reporting Act. I request that this account be removed from my credit report

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] has "disputed" this debt no less than 10 times, thru the credit reporting agency, over the past several months. Each and every time Aqua Finance has responded to the credit reporting agencies, as required, with the correct information. It is currently being reported, correctly, as "Transferred to different lender/charge off/Sold to CVL"

AFI is required to respond to the credit reporting agency once they have determined the reporting is being done correctly to the Credit Bureau. AFI determined that we are transmitting the correct information and therefore is in compliance. We have not ignored the numerous and frivolous repetition of disputes that Mr. [redacted] has submitted, but AFI is also not required to respond directly to the Consumer, only to the Credit Bureau that the dispute comes thru.

This company is set up to purposely fraud customers into paying late fees and high interest rates. They do not send timely bills and they make it almost impossible to pay bills online or through online banking. If you do miss a payment, expect to be harassed constantly throughout the day. But if you try to arrange payment with them, they act like they are unfamiliar with your account. It's all incredibly fishy and I am sorry that our water softener purchase had to be financed through them. In the future, I would not use them nor would I recommend them as a finance company to any of my friends or relatives.

Review: they took a deposit of 500.00 dollars on american express but wont take payment of more then 50.00 dollars a month on american express .they told me they don't want to pay american express its fees. Business

Response:

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, Aqua Finance did not take a $500 deposit from him on his American Express Card. The selling Dealer where he bought his Water System may have, but Aqua Finance did not. The selling Merchant and Aqua Finance are two separate entities.

We took out a loan through Window Nation that was suppose to interest FREE for 1 year. We paid it off inless than 1 year and now apparently Window Nation had us sign a new contract telling us something happent to the one we signed the first time, shame on us for not reading it again. But in all honesty we didn't know we were getting scammed- SO now are loan for the interest has been sold 4 times and now its with AQUA Finance. They say we owe 5 grand in interest on a loan we paid off in less than 1 year. Now they harrass us everyday even though they have received payments every month. HORRIBLE customer service....

Review: This company uses deceptive sales practices targeting new home buyers in new communities with deceptive sales tactics. They leave a packet on your porch stating they are testing the water. Someone comes out and puts a tremendous amount of unwarranted pressure to buy the softener. My spouse and I asked the sales guy 3 xs to leave we would think about it, but the sales guy voice got loud and he got aggressive. Intimidating someone into a contract is illegal and deceptive. on top of that this company is using illegal practices that violates the Fair Credit reporting act (FCRA) and filing fraudulent U CC on residence as they did mine. the list goes on which should be brought to attorney general office to shut down this company all together. I mean getting contracts through Intimidation?? NO, I'M SEEKING ACTION with Lerman Law!Desired Settlement: I want out of this contract, I want you to take your product back, I want the lien off my title and I want my credit repaired!

Response:

We would like to thank Mrs. [redacted] for reaching out to us with her complaint regarding the sale of the Water Treatment System she purchased in May of 2014. Her complaint states that our company uses deceptive sales practices. This is simply incorrect. Aqua Finance, Inc. is the finance company that lent the money to Mrs. [redacted] to purchase the water treatment system. [redacted] and [redacted] signed the contract for their water treatment system on May 25, 2014. Their contract states that they had until May 29, 2014 to cancel the loan in writing. On May 29, 2014 a representative from Aqua Finance, Inc. contacted Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to verify the terms of their loan. This is a standard procedure to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase and to ensure that everything is working correctly. We spoke with both parties and confirmed they were satisfied and the system was functioning properly. Ms. [redacted]'s complaint states that we are using illegal practices that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Under Section 13 of the Revolving Credit Agreement that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] signed, it states the following: "You authorize us to furnish information about your account to credit reporting agencies and anyone else who may lawfully receive such information." The complaint also states that we fraudulently filed a UCC Fixture Filing Lien on their residence. Under Section 22 of the Revolving Credit Agreement, it states the following: "You grant us a purchase money security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code in each household good purchased on account to the full extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, you will pay all offi cial fees and taxes, and on request, take anyreasonable action requested by us to preserve the collateral or to establish, determine priority of, perfect, continue perfected, terminate or enforce our interest in it or rights under this agreement. If you do not make payments as agreed, this security interest allows us to take actions in accordance with state laws governing the enforcement of security interests in collateral. You further agree to keep the goods installed at the address on the credit application and to not remove or materially alter them without our written consent." I would like to note that no payments were made on Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]'s account for approximately nine months after signing the contract. In February 2015, Mrs. [redacted] was contacted by a representative of our office and arranged to begin making $50.00 monthly payments. During that conversation on February 18, 2015, Mrs. [redacted] stated she would try to "pay the loan in full with her tax returns" the following year. We understand Mrs. Mccraay may have been experiencing a financial hardship that caused her to fall behind on payments and appreciate her working with us to get back on track. If she would like to discuss the UCC Lien or a settlement arrangement, I would be happy to speak with her myself. She may contact me at ###-###-####. [redacted]AVP- Compliance & Recovery[redacted]

Response:

Aqua finance has been horrible! They have lost info, put my credit card expiration down wrong, and called me for late payments even though I was on auto pay!
They called me last month, saying I needed to make a payment or it would be sent to collections. I asked her why my automatic payments were being processed, and the person on the phone said hold on a minute. I waited for 5 minutes and she came back and said " Oh you are right, I don't know why we are calling you. I can see you are on automatic payments and the next one will be going through in a few days."
Well fast forward 2 months, they call back saying my payments haven't been going through. We went over it again, she said I had auto payments, and then noticed that my credit card was expired. Asked for the card number, and its my card that isn't expired until december of this year. They had put down the wrong year! They put 15 instead of 16 for the year. Not its my fault, they called my work, embarrassed me, and charged me late fee's for their mistake!
Also, while on the phone, she informed me that apperantly the promotional rate for aqua finance of 5.99% was only good for one year. Our payment is going to double and our interest rate is going up to 13.99%. It will take us 12 years to pay it off if we keep paying the minimum.
Sufficeth to say, going with aqua finance for our water softener was a HUGE mistake. costing MUCH more than it would have to get the same thing somewhere else. I'm so unhappy. If they make another mistake, that costs me money, I will respond with legal action.
