The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Linda *** was our sales rep and she was fantastic! She listened to our goals and gave us options based on our goals. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. She followed up with us to make sure our install date was scheduled and again after the system was installed to make sure everything went well.

We were happy with our service today. Jake was our Service Tech. We had our softner filter replaced and water checked. The guys were pleasant and thorough. All our questions were answered and we are confident our system is in tip top shape.

Absolutely best-in-class installation of an Amana 96% efficient furnace and Amana A/C. We've been buying furnaces since 1981 (38 years) and Aquarius did a clean job of removing the old furnace and air conditioner, did a really fantastic installation (best we've ever seen), plus cleaned up well after the work was done. The furnace runs very quietly and carries a very nice warranty.

Jon and Lucas are incredibly efficient, very respectful, and have great communication skills.

Mike ***, service technician, did a very professional job explaining our water issues and the equipment that would best solve those issues. We requested a visit for water analysis and we were contacted the same day and scheduled for the next day. After deciding on the proper equipment we were scheduled for next-day installation of our new Kinetico water treatment system. We are confident we will be pleased with our new system, and we know Mike is someone we can count on to stand behind the product and answer our questions in the future. We would definitely recommend contacting Aquarius for a water analysis and in-home visit.

Jake is always professional and courteous, he explains what he is testing and why. He respects my home always wearing shoe covers and not taking too much time to complete the six mo check up.

Jake ***, Aquarius' service technician, called ahead to let me know the exact arrival time. When he arrived, he carried nine 40# bags of salt into the lower level for me and set me up for an annual check for my Kinetico water softener. Jake was polite and explained everything as he was working. I am so grateful to Jake for a job well-done! Thank you!

Jake came and serviced our system today - he was outstanding! All of our service technicians have been very pleasant, professional, and through. I recommend Aquarius Water Cond., to everyone and will continue to do so.

I recently had a new Kinetico water softner and RO system installed. Mike K and his side kick did a very nice job. They went over all the details of the installation before they started working. Once everything was installed, he gave me great instructions and labeled all turn offs. Additional plumbing was needed and completed a few days later by Eric. A job well done. I would recommend Aquarius to everyone!

Very nice people and fixed our problem. We weren't sure if our water heater was leaking. Justin came in and quickly identified the problem, which was not our water heater but a pipe coming from the furnace. Even though it's not necessarily the original reason he came in, he still said he could fix it for us and did a very efficient job. Had to deal with old copper pipes that were brittle and non-standard but got the job done and made it work. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Very good experience! Technicians performed the K- Club services to the water system. Before they started they asked if I had questions or concerns and I did have a couple they took the time explain these to me and made an
adjustment that I asked for.

Both were very professional and courteous and respectful of me and my home. !
