There is Leak in Air-condition system which known but sure where its leaking so I have requested Extensive check I was told amount will be $89 to do the check.

Technician came he did some check and said coil is leaking and asked to change the coil and other stuff which did not agree and prepared to do. He said he spent 3 hours doing this other wise he not close the system if don't pay $300 and leave as its which I told customer care that he is pushing us to pay more

after that doing all I paid $89 they said they provide the report and invoice when tried submit report to excel energy they told they did not any check it was to visit technician at home we charged in report and providing report

Aquarius Water Conditioning is the best & only real choice for soft water! This company and team all are outstanding. K Club is the best service that is being offered, they call you to remind you of your 6mo check - what a service! Tech's all knowledgeable and friendly while still being professional and thorough. Jordan was here this morning, we couldn't be happier with him and Aquarius!

Shawn did a great job, completing the service quickly while answering all my questions.

Noah and RJ were great. In and out service and left no trace they were ever even here other than the water system working great again. Fast and easy. They explained everything I was curious about and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I even could settle up the bill right on the spot and got a receipt via email 3 minutes later. I wish every home service could be this simple.

Everyone at Freedom was really great to work with - from the techs that came to do my install, to office staff, to the owner. They were ALL incredibly professional, courteous, patient and respectful. I shopped several companies before making the decision to go with Freedom for my new AC and furnace. All were right around the same as far as cost comparison for similar units, but the customer service is what really stood out at Freedom, which is why I chose to go with them, and I am really glad I did. David and Amy took the time to answer every question I had along the way, and were very transparent and honest when giving information. There were no surprises during installation or when it came to the final bill. Installation was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Freedom and look forward to working with them again!

If you want excellent service, a knowledgeable technician, then Joe is the person for you. He has been to the house before to provide maintenance for our water system, and we were very satisfied. This past Friday was no exception. He is the absolute best - changed our drinking faucet - gave me excellent advise, and the faucet no longer leaks!!! Thank you Joe. 10 stars as far as I'm concerned!!!

I am a K club member who gets 6 month maintenance checks on my Kinetico water system (softener, filter, and drinking water filtration). Today Eric *** provided my service and we discussed solutions for my well water smelling like sulfur. I was very pleased with his promptness, professionalism and knowledge.

Just got our new water softening and drinking water system install. This is our 2nd install since we needed to leave our old system behind when we moved. It was a no brain-er to go with Aquarius again. The system worked great in our old home and we expect it will be great again. The install team of Matt and RJ were personable, honest, and fun to work with. They were complete and thorough and a great representation of the company as we know it. Offered options for service but no pressure at all. I'd recommend this company to any friends or family. I"ll note that our sales person Bryan was also awesome and every communication with their office is positive and productive. Great work!

Wade W. was great! We were surprise that he was able to move up the appointment to a earlier timeslot. He replaced or filter and reinstalled our reverse drinking water reverse faucet.
Wade very neat work. We will ask for him again...

Overall great experience! David as great walking me through options and suggestions, install scheduled quickly and everything was timely, and everything looks great! Thanks!!

Dave S. has been servicing my Kinetico water softener for years. He also flushes the hot water heater which I purchased through Kinetico..
Dave is very prompt, kind and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about our system and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I love our Kinetico system and wouldn't have any other kind.

I AM VERY, WHICH WAS WORKING VERY WELL. DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE! WE CALLED BECAUSE WE HAD TOTALLY RUSTY WATER A MONTH AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. WE WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT GET SERVICE FOR 2 WEEKS. WE WERE TOLD TO GO BUY SALT AND PUT IT IN THE TANK OURSELVES UNTIL WE COULD GET SERVICE. WE CONTINUED TO HAVE VERY RUSTY WATER AND CALLED BUT COULD NOT GET SERVICE FOR 2 WEEKS! I CLEANED THE SHOWER, TOILET AND SINKS EVERY DAY, BUT COULDN'T GET THEM CLEAN. IT ALSO RUINED MY NEW SHOWER CURTAIN AND ETCHED MY GLASSES AND DAMGED OUR WASHER AND DISHWASHER. I ASKED FOR SOME COMPENSATION BUT THE SERVICE MAN SAID NO.WE HAVE PAID EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING BUT DAMAGED PROPERTY!. THE SERVICE MAN SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING CAUGHT IN THE MECHANISM. ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED IF THEY WOULD HAVE SERVICED IT RIGHT AWAY.THEY HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT IF THEY WOULD SERVICE IT WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK!!

Joe was fabulous! Joe was very knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend Aquarius Water Conditioning because of it's great products and service.

We found the employees of Aquarius to be very knowledgeable and professional.

These guys are great, they do a fantastic job of keeping everything working like new, #1

They performed an annual tune up of the furnish, and also recommended some repairs before it could become a problem (it was not a hard sell effort). The job was very through and the service technician was polite and informative.
