Aquarius was up front when I made the call for service about what the service call would be, what the warranty status was and that the technician would quote me a price before any service work was performed. Trevor Swanson was the tech, he was polite and did the job for the quoted price. a very good experience. Trevor took time to answer my concerns and questions. Thanks. Bryan

Aquarius was hired to replace the Kinetico chlorine filter tank based on its average life usage. We asked Aquarius if an additional plumbing work could be performed which didn't involve the Kinetico system and the scheduler left the decision to the plumber. The additional plumbing was replacing failed in-line ball valve shutoffs for our outside faucets and replace the two main water shutoffs around our water meter which were about to fail. The Aquarius plumber agreed to do this additional work. I called the city and scheduled the water shutoff. The Brooklyn Park, MN city worker and the Aquarius plumber respected each other and worked together to provide a quick repair without a long term water disruption for our home. We appreciate the cooperation of the plumber with the other tradesman in getting the job done quickly and the quality of his work. Aquarius has done a fine job in service the Kinetico system which has greatly improved our water quality and eliminated concerns about time of day softener recycling.

Shawn ***, an Aquarius Home Services service technician, conducted a review of our Kinetico system today to help resolve some issues we have been experiencing. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and he was very thorough in his explanations of the work he was doing. I was happy with the results of the work conducted.

My experience was generally positive, but I have several questions. First, how did the installer manage to drill a hole in the furnace's exhaust pipe not tell me about it? Second, why all the screws and screw holes left unsealed in the sheet metal? Third, the rebate from Excel Energy was never filed for was it? Fourth, the thermostat still doesn't work properly. Fifth, should the unit above the furnace be so loud?

Our service was excellent. Trevor was from the Bemidji, MN location and he was prompt, courteous and professional. He came to our Crosslake, MN lake cabin to service our water treatment system.

I have been a satisfied Aquarius customer since 2001, when Jeff *** explained Kinetico systems to me! I have found office staff to be truly customer-oriented, and pleasant and helpful to work with. And I have been satisfied with all the technicians, too -- most recently (4-17-18), Shawn ***, who performed system checks for water treatment / softening and RO purification. Shawn was most pleasant and friendly, and took time to answer my questions, clearly knowledgeable about the equipment and also the chemistry involved. He informed me of possible upgrades, but I felt no pressure about these, just that I was being given good information and advantages to consider.
He is a fine representative of the Aquarius "ethos" -- thanks all around!

I had an awesome customer experience with Aquarius on behalf of Trevor. It all started with an offer to get my water tested at a discounted price. I've been having a variety of iron issues in my water at my cabin and concerning as I had kidney cancer 3 years ago, so clean healthy water is top priority. Trevor was courteous, great listener, problem solver, and an expert in his field. He was very thorough on addressing my concerns and providing me options to consider. Reputable and trustworthy is key to a great customer experience.

Corey, who installed our Aquarius water softener system, returned recently for our six-month servicing and testing of the system. As with the initial installation, he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system works. Corey has also done some bathroom plumbing for us and we find him to be a genuine professional willing to make sure that the job is done right and that the customer understands what he is doing and why it is important. Thanks Corey!

The company was very prompt and reliable in communicating. They accommodated our request for a specific date of installation. The service person, Trevor, called ahead, as promised, arrived on time with all necessary equipment, and completed the installation in a neat and professional manner. He walked us through the operation and features at the end, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. so far, on day 2, we are happy with noticeably soft tap water, odor-free drinking water.

I had dealings with 3 different individuals before and after installing the water conditioning system. All of them very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The initial install exceeded my expectations. Even though the components were larger that what was replaced, the plumbing job was well thought out and I don't feel like the system crowds the limited space I have. My install required a call back, the technician was punctual and was conscientious to a fault. Great group of people to work with. Very happy with the systems performance. I had awe-full well water beforehand. Bad taste, odor, high iron content. That is all gone. :)

Trevor is a rockstar. He installed a new system for us in the time he said it would take. Very personable answered all my questions. He was also very patient with the walk thru to learn and understand it. He is a true asset to the Kinetico team.

Mike came for checkup of water treatment and reverse osmosis systems. I mentioned to him that we were experiencing low water pressure at times when line pressure was normal from the water well. He found the Iron Curtain was not working right, fixed it and all else was ok. Great Job!

Mike came and diagnosed the problem with our 12+ year old water purification system. He explained our options and we chose to upgrade to an all new system with a very fair price.
His professionalism and confidant expertise doing the work was very much appreciated. A big plus was that he is a really great, personable guy. it was a pleasure having him in our home to correct the problem.

Just had our filters changed for the drinking system and softener system we had installed one year ago. Trevor, the service pro who came was very professional, informative about the water testing he performed as well as taking the time to explain what to look for while changing the filters. Trevor also explained well the k-club service plan. I appreciated his expertise and friendly professionalism.
