The two young men that serviced our water softener were very punctual, very profession and did a great job taking care of business.

Noah came with trainee Jordan, tested my water and filled my softener tank and left 2 extra bags of salt-- 5 bags in all. He also looked at one aerator and saw corrosion and suggested I check faucet aerators for corrosion lowering pressure and replace corroded aerators with new ones. They were perfectly efficient, expeditious, courteous and respectful of my time.

Aquarius Water Conditioning came to my home for a service call. We thought the Kinetico conditional wasn't working right because the salt didn't seem to be dropping, but it was fine. Wade checked the water quality and it's fine. It's just such an efficient system, that we don't use nearly the amount of salt as our old system. He gave us tips to loosen the salt if it hardens into a block due to low use and answered other questions we had after using the system for a number of months. Becky was also great in helping us find a time when we could meet Wade at the site. Thanks!
