I knew that Kinetico made quality products I was reminded that great service from the distributor is just as important When I had a small failure in my water filtration system, I called Acquarius They send Service Pro the next morning Everything was repaired on the spot Wade and his associate were very conscientious with laying out mats before they entered and overshoes They went above and beyond mounting the unit to the inside of the cabinet that is an improvement They also checked the water softener and retested water quality No charge for anything except a nominal service fee to make the mile trip to our home We were very pleasantly surprised

Always a good experience when I have my K-club visits. They were on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. Appreciate the reminders on how long to wait before using the drinking system. Shawn is a great teacher and nice to visit with. This water system has been wonderful!

Told us what they were going to do, when they were going to do it and how much it would cost. Then did what they said, when they said and for what they quoted. The installation was outstanding and the system works great!

Trevor S[redacted] came out for Aquarius Water Conditioning /Kinetico Company and spent 45 minutes testing and analyzing my existing water treatment system and water. We have a 130 ft well that has very hard water and we have a Water Boss softener.
Trevor was polite and very professional. After he completed his testing and analysis he showed me why my water wasn't getting treated properly and corrected the problem. There was no charge for his fixing my problem! He also reviewed the difference between Kinetico water treatment systems and others, including mine.
I have some life remaining in my present system, but plan to convert to Kinetico when it ceases to function, as Kinetico doesn't require electricity and is a better system that has few if any moving parts & will use less water.
I would give Trevor and this company an A+ rating and I will be a future customer!!

The Aquarius Water Conditioning Company was great. Made the appointment, they called the day before to remind me and the service person called before he arrived. Upon arrival Dave S. Presented his business card reviewed what duties he was there to perform and then asked me what questions I had. Dave S. w great, polite, informative and kept everthing clean. Overall an excellent experience!!

The old saying is you get what you pay for and it is definitely true with Aquarius. Yes it is more expensive than the others out there but they make up for it in service and quality. We had a K5 system placed in our home and have had no trouble with it. Install was quick and well communicated. Follow up quality calls and visits have been appreciated. I would suggest them to anyone!

Very positive experience with all staff and the products purchased and installed. Would highly recommend to anyone with water issues. Staff were knowledgeable, personable, reasonable to work with and met our needs 100% at two of our residences.
