When we built our home 18 years ago, we decided to purchase our water treatment system, not from Kinetico, but from another leading company in order to save some money. From day one, we were very unhappy with the performance and water quality from that equipment. For 17 years we kept hearing promises to fix our water while receiving a "try this, try that" costumer service. We had invested far too much money into our system which was not meeting our standards. Our water still held odor and was discoloring our fixtures and leaving hard water build-up. We decided to set up an appointment with Dave M[redacted] from Aquarius Water Conditioning, Inc. to hear about the Kinetico water treatment system. Dave met with us in our home and tested the water. He confidently stated that he could fix all of our water problems and promised that if we were not 100% completely pleased with the Kinetico water system for a full year, he would give us a full refund. Dave was a great sport. We were the biggest nonbelievers. We kindly told him that we didn't believe that he could fulfill his claims because, after 17 years, we had heard it all from the other company. At this point though, it was either live with poor water quality or give his Kinetico system a try. IMMEDIATELY after the Kinetico installation we noticed a complete difference and, just as Dave promised, ALL of our concerns were fixed. We would recommend, without any reservations, the Kinetico system to others who desire awesome water. We have not had any problems whatsoever and have continued to be blown away by the drastic difference between the Kinetico system and other the system we used to have. The customer service from Dave, the technicians/installers (Jason G. and Mike R.), and the Aquarius Water representative (Monica S.) was outstanding; everyone we interacted with was professional, polite, and efficient. We took our sweet time to write a review (it's going on a full year). Experience is everything, and if we could do it all over again, we would have gone with Kinetico from the beginning. After all was said and done, we ended up spending more money trying to make the other company's system work, than we would have if we would have just purchased the Kinetico from the start. Dave also offers various payment plans for his water systems to make it more affordable for everyone.

Aquarius Water Conditioning installed a complete water system for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and expertise. Communication was always prompt and courteous. The sales rep, Dave, assessed our needs and made great recommendations. Jason was our installer and did an excellent job; very personable and knowledgeable. He was friendly, courteous and did not leave until he was certain that every problem had been solved to my satisfaction and I had no questions. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is an excellent serviceman and an excellent representative of the Aquarius business.

We are very happy with the Kinetico Water System. Kim was easy to work with for the sale and Justin did a wonderful job on the installation. He really knows his business and was very accommodating. The water tastes great and having soft water is heavenly.

Mike C. installed our Kinetico water softener system yesterday, and did a first rate job. He works as a craftsman rather than as an installer, and was very informative in a personal manner. I couldn't be more pleased .

All of the staff that we were in contact with were very professional and nice. We had the same water conditioning system in our home in Missouri and we know what a great job it does, so it only makes sense to get the same one at our new home. We had Trevor come to our home from Aquarius Water Conditioning to check out our 6 year old Kinetico Water Softener. He was terrific at explaining what he was doing as he went along. We had some issues with a few minutes of salty water whenever it switched from one tank to the other and he listened carefully. First he tested our water again to make sure it was working correctly. At this point we didn't have salty water, as it only lasts 5-8 min. but also had a funny smell. He timed our water pressure tank coming into our home. Then he went downstairs and immediately discovered that we had a kink in the drain line so it wasn't able to force enough salty water thru at the end of the cycles!! He added an elbow with some new line going into the drain at a 45 degree angle and was done! He also took time to explain that if it happens again it could possibly be because the water pressure drops too low before it kicks on, so we would need a plumber to come and change that setting as a little more constant in the pressure will help also. So we will keep that in mind if we have trouble again. He was very polite and knowledgable and really very nice, and said if we have any more issues to give a call again. We Thank you Trevor and thank you Aquarius for having polite and knowledgeable people on your staff. We'd like Trevor again if we ever need to call for service!

We've had a Kinetico water conditioning system in our house for over 8 years and are very pleased with it. Recently we had some questions and Wade was the service technician who came to our house to check our system. We knew him from when we had the unit installed. He answered all our questions and was very professional and knowledgeable.

I signed up for the K club maintenance program and had our first visit. Experience was excellent and really appreciated Joe's professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. Would highly recommend Aquarius to everyone.

The team I worked with were very professional all the way from the sales call, installation coordination/communications and the actual installation. All of these people new their job and where good at execution. Mike T. did a very good job on the installation. He knew what he had to do and had the parts and tools to get it done. I was impressed.

Super Company. They have a good product, it works flawlessly, and they are always willing to answer your questions and provide assistance if needed. Recently, they helped me reattach the filter system when the original location for attachment was removed due to remodeling. They did this FREE. COURTESY. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. I recommend this company at the highest possible rating.

Jason the installer was quite knowledgeable and helpful, and was MOST accommodating. I highly recommend the Kinetico system installed by Aquarius Water Conditioning. It is expensive but worth every penny.
