I have now done 7 different projects through Aquarius Water Conditioning, Inc. Their team of professionals is prompt, thorough, and clean. They always take the time to answer questions, schedule as conveniently as possible, and work on my behalf to make the projects affordable. I have extreme confidence in their ability to provide quality service and ongoing support. This is a great group of people and a great company. You can't go wrong working with them as they are very customer centered.

Jason A did a stellar Job in installing Kinetico water system . Very gifted in meeting customer needs . Great communicator with options for choices of adding equipment to system. I'm very please with his service. Thank you for your hard work & pointing out how water plumbing ran.Correction in the plumbing were met on west side of house so that the water system will run @ maximum performance . Jason A is a asset to the company. Jeff [redacted] CEO owner should be proud to have a employee with his best practices in service install. Service quality is huge!!! Thank you !!!! I have been totally satisfied with customer service from Aquarius. We had a couple of small, inadvertent issues with our installation and they were out immediately to fix them. The original installation was done beautifully except for a couple of small oversights. I would definitely use them again.

Such a wonderful experience with this company , Kyle explained everything to me so that I could fully understand how all my Kinetico system worked. Highly recommend this company for their customer service and professionalism.

Aquarius water conditioning aka Kineteco was very satisfying and helpful. We heard Dave M's presentation on Friday and enjoyed hearing all the knowledge about how this could change our water needs. We live in the country and have dealt with hard water and a non operating softener for years. I was tired of stained clothing and scrubbing my showers and toilets twice a week! Our water was indeed hard as the test and tea making with our water versus theirs proved easily. Dave worked with us to get our needs met for ongoing better water drinking and overall use. Jason was able to come out the following Monday and did the hard work of installing for us and cleaning up the mess that was left by our previous non reliable system. We look forward to enjoying clean, fresh cold drinking water and cleaning hard water stains much less often. Overall they are easy to work with and we feel confident in our plans to maintain this soft and drinkable water system.

We are very pleased with the customer service and the tech service we received
from Aquarius. Kim handled our call for an appointment professionally and
quickly and she answered our questions. Eric N, the tech, called to let us know
he was on his way, and he performed his job efficiently and courteously. Again,
we are happy with the service we receive from Aquarius Water Conditioning.

Personnel and service is good. We have had a problem with the water getting cloudy periodically. The "fix" has not been long term. If we have a problem between K-Plan visits it is at least a cost to us of the trip charge. We have recommended this product to neighbors but is much more expensive that what we paid.

Just had Dave S. from Aquarius Water conditioning work on the toilets in my house. I was concerned that all would need repair, but he checked them out and only found two that needed work. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant to have in my home. He answered all my questions and even expanded on a few of them. We love having Aquarius workers come help with our various problems; they all do great work and they''re all so nice!

I found my experience with Aquarius Water Conditioning' Inc., very satisfying,as far as timely service and professionalism! Their product that I purchased is top notch! I had purchased a Konetico water softener system, and A Konetico water purification system! I've used their services for the past ten years!

Jason G. was the service tech that did the work at our house. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, got here went right to work and did a great job. When he was done there was no mess and said he would be back in a couple of weeks to check things out and make sure everything was working properly.
