Wade W[redacted] serviced my Kinetico system on 4/1/16. He did a great job diagnosing the problems and correctly them quickly and thoroughly. Excellent job.

Received service from Trevor S[redacted] from Aquarius Water Conditioning on our Kinetico water system. He was great! Prompt,professional, friendly and efficient. He explained his work and answered my questions. We couldn't be more pleased with his work.

The plumber that was doing the install for me told me he had to leave and another plumber would finish the job. I go upstairs to finish painting and I go back down to check on how things are going and the plumber is still here. I ask him why he did not leave yet and he told me he could not because he found a carbon monoxide leak and had to fix it. Can not thank him enough for fixing that leak. That is what service is all about!
The new water system is living up to all expectations I was told about. No more rotten egg smell and great soft water. The drinking water system we had put in gives us clean drinking water and great tasting water.

Our experience was great. Mike T really answered all our questions after he installed the softener and we were satisfied with the product and labor.

This is the third summer that Trevor has reinstalled my water conditioning system, and I would be very unhappy to have anyone else do that job. He is very, very good at what he does. As I have stated before I have owned business and Trevor would be the first person I would hire to work for me. I hope he stays with Aquarius, and can continue to open my places. Dave S. installed a water heater for us on Sept 30, 2016 in our home. We had a wonderful experience. Dave provided quick and professional service. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Dave was on time and provided us with the info that we needed to use our new water heater. Great experience.

Kinetico equipment rental for our purpose is wonderful; with all the iron we have from well water their system does the job. Service is prompt, however the after hours service could use improvement.

Excellent service by Noah!! Arrived early with a phone call. Service was quick and efficient. Very nice young man!!!

We just updated our RO drinking station. Jason A. was our installer!
He gets a 10+ for customer service. Very professional, was very helpful in schooling me in my updated system. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and back in place before he and his apprentice left the project. What was really impressive was the mat he had placed outside the front door to put on and remove their shoe protectors. Class act!

Aquarius Water does a great job at being experts in the water business. I find them to be thorough and complete.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service Aquarius provided. Quick appointment when they found out my water heater stopped working, and Dave, the master plumber was professional as he could be explaining my options which resulted in me installing a new water heater.

Aquarius Water conditioning representative, Craig W. presented the detailed water analysis and conditioning options with his expertise. His presentation was done in laymen's terms so we could make the best choice of options based on the desired results we sought. Craig was at no time high pressured in his presentation or sales approach. We are more than pleased with our choice.

Master plumber, Mike I. did the installation for us. He took great care to treat our home as important and to leave it in excellent condition upon the final installation. Mike was patient to explain the installation and the process to use when replacing filters or adding salt. He was able to fit the system in a very tight location in which other conditioning companies could not.

I would recommend most highly Aquarius Water Conditioning company to those seeking to improve their water. Bob R[redacted]
