Disclaimer: this is not a product installation/ service review per se but a review of their CompanyWe did have a defective unitAbsolutely would not recommend- Price gouging Misrepresentation of abilities and certification when asked Never, ever came on time even though we paid for a contract stating they had specific SLA Lied about availability /arrival of parts from manufacturers -said parts did not arrive and we would have to wait another day until it came Never provided service we contracted for regarding maintenance until technician came 3rd time, didn't have time because he was so late, still did not Price gouging was so high, the manufacturer of our system sent us the names of other dealers at which time we found out that they were no longer recommended by the manufacturer but Addarios didn't inform us while still charging premium pricing way over standard rates Rude, untrustworthy owners Would give a negative star rating if I couldDo not use this company unless they are a last resort and you have deep pockets

If I could give zero stars, I would We need a new hot water heater so we went to [redacted] They scheduled an installation with Addario's We were quoted $and they would be at our house between and today Their 'on time guarantee' states that they will arrive at the appointed time and call when they are close so you can anticipate their arrival When we had not heard from them, we called at 12:and were told that they were finishing their morning job We called again at 3:and were told that they were going to [redacted] to get the parts We called again at 4:and were told they were on their way They finally arrived at 5:15, told us they part they had wouldn't fit with what we have, quoted us over $3,000, and left

We hired Addarios to install central air conditioning in our farmhouse in April We paid them $26,to install two systems - one at each end of the house One of the two systems does not work Never did Scores of phone calls, no show appointments, visits from their HVAC guys who blame it on the electrician (hired by them); electrician blames it on the HVAC guys Breaker burned out and condenser fried It is now late June and I have to call them to get any response, and each time I have to re-explain the problem, and they say they will call me back, or can't get someone here, or promise they will come and no one shows We are readying to file suit in court to try to recover our money DO NOT HIRE THEM

Hi All, This people are horribleAvoid dealing with them at all costHere is my sad story with Adarios IncIn December we signed contract with Adarios for bathroom remodeling typically in days and paid 40% of the total amount as a depositOn 02/22/contractors from Adarios inchave spent whole day demolishing old contents the bathroomAfter demolishing they demanded second portion of 40% of total amount as a deposit or they would not continue work02/26/Contractors from Adarios Inchave spent all day doing plumbing - pipes have been replaced02/27/ Electrician stayed all day at our house and installed a bath fan and made a hole in the ceiling while he was doing itHe also removed all old electrical switches and lights02/28/Plumber was supposed to install a bath tab but nobody has shown up03/03/ Plumber has shown up and stayed all day doing nothingNothing was changed in the bathroom on that day03/08/ Another plumber has shown up and redid pipes from 02/26/He told us that piping has been done incorrectly03/10/ After multiple calls to the office we have scheduled another plumber but nobody has shown up03/12/Joe, Vice President of Adarios Inc., called and told me that a shower panel was wrong and new one needed to be reorderedWe got approval on everything that we were going to buy from the salesperson before signing the contract, so it was a real surprise to us that we had to buy something else03/16/Installation of a bath tab was scheduled but nobody has shown up03/17/ Installation of a bath tab was scheduledPlumber came at pm and spent hours at our houseAt pm he told me that he could not do anything today since there was a wire in his wayThis wire must be moved before installation could proceedIn a couple of hours electrician has shown up and told me that he needed a few hours to figure out where wire was connecting and that his office told him that I should pay additional dollars for moving a wireNothing was done that dayWe figured out on our own where wire was connecting to and told Joe, Vice President Adarios Inc03/19/Plumbers and electricians have shown up and finally placed tub into bathroomAfter month we got bath tub and a fan in our bathroomEverything else looks completely demolished04/10/- 04/12/Carpenters installed a cardboard for tilesWe called office another days without any luck to setup a tile installation04/20/My husband called them, and they still told him that they could not schedule anyone in near futureMy husband has threatened them with a call to a lawyer04/23/Tile installation has been scheduled, but nobody has shown up04/30/Tile contractor has come and told us that we needed to buy a cement and a tile trim and he could not start this job without us buying itIn our contract we were required to buy only tiles and a grout, however we have also bought cement and a tile trimFor another week after that we could not schedule any other tile installation since nobody was replying to our emailsVice President was not taking our calls, and we could not leave any voicemails since his voicemail box was full05/07/Vice President called us and scheduled a tile installation on 05/08/ however nobody showed up on that day05/09/- Tile contractor showed up and told us to buy more tiles even we already had more than it was written in the contractWe bought more tiles05/11/- 05/19/Tile contractor has installed tiles in our bathroom05/20/ Plaster contractor come to fill holes in the ceiling created by electrical contractor when he installed bath fan05/22/- Scheduled plumber has not shown upJoe, Vice President of Adarios Inc., called me and told me that we should paint our bathroom ourselves and hire movers to bring vanity into the bathroom otherwise Adarios Incmay damage the vanity and would not be responsible for itI told him that in our contract we have it that Adarios Incwas supposed to paint the bathroom and that Adarios agreed to install the vanity which included moving it05/23/Carpenter came to paint bathroom and stayed in the house for hours doing nothingAt the end of second hour he told my husband that he could not start the painting job since plaster did a bad job and needed to redo itAfter months we have a fan and tiles installed, bath tub dropped in without any shower valveEverything else looks completely demolished05/30/Plaster redo his plastering jobIn June Painter painted half of the bathroom and spill over a white paint on our bathroom new black tiles06/08/Joe, Vice President told us that we need to hire a contractor to cut our vanity topAfter that we completely lost our patience and fired Adarios Inc

They took a deposit from me for a furnace piece (colector box) which is no longer manufactured I have been calling them to request my refund on the item that was never delivered I already made phone calls and talked to several people I always get a different excuse and that someone will get back to me The last call they agreed to refund me but they changed the numbers - now they claim that the diagnostic fee was much higher, so that would reduce my refund from $to $ I certainly did not accept this, so now they said they are looking into it, but nobody is getting back to me Very unethical and shady business practices

On 9/14/17, I scheduled Addario plumbing to look at an issue with roof drain leaking in our condo in BelmontThe person arrived on time and was very politeHe didn't have the equipment to troubleshoot the issuei.eladder and a hose He scheduled a subsequent visit for 9/21/to run the diagnostics and charged $On that scheduled date (9/21), he arrived on time and called me afterwardsHe promised to prepare two quotes one with just to fix the plumbing issue (w/ permits)Then another with fixing the issue with involving a plumber as well as a roofer Up until 09/21/17, I was very impressed with the customer service From there on everything went downhillUp until today 10/11/17, I haven't heard from Addario or the plumberI've called timesEach time the dispatcher said that the plumber will call me that day or within an hourpromises!!! My HVAC want out in the middle of winter and I paid a $emergency fee to have the come outOver the course of the next weeks and multiple calls for them to fix my machine they replaced a blower motor and a circuit boardSystem worked for days and then went stopped workingThey refused to guarantee their work or have another technician come out to check the workThey would only return if I purchased another part which wasn't necessary and I still had no heat in the winterI had to hire another company to review their workThey found screws missing that were needed to secure the motorThe vibrations were so loud and pronounced that I could feel the vibrations a floor belowThey claimed I needed a new squirrel cageAdditionally they installed the wire harnes so sloppily that the power supply wire got pinched and severed and shorted out my systemVery dangerous as there were burn marks On the metal piece that cut the wireMultiple attempts to get a manager involved led me no where and I was forced to hire another professional to fix their messTerrible company that does not stand behind their work

Excellent Service! Great crew of guys, honest and far!

I had an emergency, on the weekend from an old pipe that burst and they had a team at my house within the hour and completely fixed the same day, the cost was not over inflated either, I was very impressed and would use them again and again

I signed a contract with Addrios to install a new gas boiler system to my home and gave them a deposit requested 10/ They came as a *** referral partner ** *** from Addarios told us when writing up the contract, were able to get a rebate and qualified for a interest free loan and wrote up the contract with this in info included I was told and the contract states we can cancel within days Within an hour we were told by *** our heating system (steam) does not qualify for either a rebate or interest free loan and Addario's should have known this, also the quote did not include the needed chimney liner and hot water heater that is also required by code and for us to have any hot water! I have copies of the contracts and correspondences We immediately notified the company of the problem that day and the next day signed the forms to cancel the contract and requested a refund of our deposit We have not received our refund of - this is a lot of mone

I had the pleasure of doing business with MrAddario, and although I did pay more than I had originally expected I felt that the value was directly in line with what I paid I have been down the path of the "cheaper" guy in the past and it never seems to end well Thank you gentlemen for a job well done

Addario's is as professional as they come Their office answers the phone pleasantly, they are very clear about how to get a call scheduled, and the people they send are professional & knowledgeable It's a pleasure to know these guys and I would (and have) refer anybody I knew who needed Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, or Electrical to Addario's
