Great Company to work with! They are professional, quick and do things by the bookIf you want to do things right the first time and not deal with Headaches then look no further

Had water heater installed through *** *** I feel they took advantage of my fiancé during the install as I was on business travel and unable to receive calls by her to ask if it was right, by charging her and extra $for a ball valve installation (a part that is less than $25) I have tried to contact a supervisor many times and I keep being told someone will call me back No one has and it has been ongoing for weeks now Terrible customer service I have taken the matter up with *** *** to try and settle the matter

They took a deposit from me for a furnace piece (colector box) which is no longer manufactured
I have been calling them to request my refund on the item that was never delivered I already made phone calls and talked to several people I always get a different excuse and that someone will get back to me
The last call they agreed to refund me but they changed the numbers - now they claim that the diagnostic fee was much higher, so that would reduce my refund from $to $
I certainly did not accept this, so now they said they are looking into it, but nobody is getting back to me

Boy, Wish I started here before we hired them Reading below it is totally true they make appointments and don't showWe re-did the bathroom for my disabled sister in law who lives with us The first person we made an appt with blew us offWouldn't return callsI told them to cancel my orderThey called and begged me to give them another chance My mistakeThey said they saved me money when they did the contract so I feel for it That is because they didn't add the bathroom walls I wanted (It is called Wainscotting, so you actually want 'walls' done and you want to make the mistake and go with themThey didn't set the toilet properly and had to come backIt rocked back and forth - a lot I don't see how they missed that Good thing she didn't fall over They make a contract and because the way it reads mislead me to think I was getting bathroom walls NOPE Shower walls So, in the end, they didn't save me money they didn't give me walls I held off paying because I wanted results I get a call to pay the final balance and I leave on a good note with MarkHe tells me the final balance is $ I write on the check final payment Now he tells me its a mistake, and it is not an error they usually make He said he was told to present me with a number that was remaining on the balance Then a couple weeks later he was told there was more of a balance Trying to get out of what he said previously Your a business and you call with a final balance but it's not the final balance? Going to find a news station to see if they will do something for people to see the real Addarios Also, I wanted to talk to the owner previously but Mark said the owner, Steven JAddario, Jrwould only say I signed a contract and they fulfilled it and that would be the end of it I'm going to post this where ever I can find a place to post

In May my wife and I called many different HVAC businesses to request a quote to service our mini-split ductless heating and cooling systemWe stated that the unit had a mold like smell emanating from it and we needed it to be flushed and cleaned with a mold treatmentWe stated that this was the only issue and we did not require a evaluation of the unitI have had experience with these units before, and I did not have the tools to complete the cleaning myselfWhen my wife called initially, Addarios customer service quoted us a price of $for the serviceWe then proceeded to schedule a time to complete this workAddarios arrived late and outside of the window we were promisedThe technicians went to the unit to take a look at it and confirm the issueThey then stated that the unit need to be cleanedMy wife proceeded to tell them that is the purpose of the service requestAddarios technicians then informed my wife that they were out of time in the day to perform this

Misrepresentation of abilities and certification when asked
Never, ever came on time even though we paid for a contract stating they had specific SLA
Lied about availability /arrival of parts from manufacturers -said parts did not arrive and we would have to wait another day until it came
Never provided service we contracted for regarding maintenance until technician came 3rd time, didn't have time because he was so late, still did not
Price gouging was so high, the manufacturer of our system sent us the names of other dealers at which time we found out that they were no longer recommended by the manufacturer but Addarios didn't inform us while still charging premium pricing way over standard rates
Rude, untrustworthy owners
Would give a negative star rating if I couldDo not use this company unless they are a last resort and you have deep pockets

I was quoted $for a diagnostic check - my furnace was working but I wanted to confirm why pipes had frozenThe person on the phone confirmed the price with meI was then billed $(for someone checking out the pipes for minutes)When I called, the manager said that I would not have to pay anything (even though I was more than willing to pay the $125)

If I could give zero stars, I would We need a new hot water heater so we went to *** *** They scheduled an installation with Addario's We were quoted $and they would be at our house between and today Their 'on time guarantee' states that they will arrive at the appointed time and call when they are close so you can anticipate their arrival When we had not heard from them, we called at 12:and were told that they were finishing their morning job We called again at 3:and were told that they were going to *** to get the parts We called again at 4:and were told they were on their way They finally arrived at 5:15, told us they part they had wouldn't fit with what we have, quoted us over $3,000, and left

I recently (May 10, 2016) had a technician from Addario's come to my vacation home when I realized the heat wasn't coming on I had attempted to re-light the boiler myself and had found that the pilot wasn't staying lit I'd had a similar problem a couple times over the years and it turned out that the thermocouple needed replacing A relatively simple procedure, but one I didn't feel comfortable performing myself The cost in the past had been around $ I told the Addario tech I thought the thermocouple needed replacing and he told me he'd need to perform a diagnostic evaluation to determine what the problem was OK He spent about minutes doing his diagnostic and determined it was indeed an issue with the thermocouple device He replaced the item, got the heat working and closed the boiler back up He then wrote up the bill: $for the diagnostic and $to replace the thermocouple Total charge - $ I was shocked at the cost but ended up writing a check for the full amount with the caveat that I post-date it to May so I could let my brothers know how much the service visit had cost before the check was cashed That was okayed by his home office Well, it turns out that they cashed the check on May 12th (which I will take up with my bank) I called Addario's to let them know I was not happy with how much they had charged and was told by the gentleman I spoke with that performing the diagnostic and the charge for that was standard In fact, they'd even given me a 10% discount on that I told him I'd had a plumber out for the same thing and the cost had been less than 1/3rd of what his company had charged He said that $was a typical charge for such a procedure I would caution anyone considering using Addario to not do so

My unit has central air only for air conditioningso we brought this company to take a look and investigate if we can do have air handler and heating system in my condo unit w/o any any major changes to the building lines outside and insideAfter the analysis by the technician he concluded that the line is 1/inch and need to be upgraded to 3/inches to handle any new system but all the lines inside the building wallHe called his supervisor and he advised him that they will let me know in few days after they call condo associationCondo association will not approve any changes based on their rule and regulationsWe have called this company many times and I sent many emails to send my deposit/check back BUT w/o any response or feedbackMy wife tried many calls as well w/o anyone calling us back

I give this business starsI purchased a new furnace from Addario's in It is now and I have had to call them three times to fix a major flaw in the furnace they sold meDespite numerous guarantees of satisfaction regarding their products and workmanship, Addario's has been nothing but a massive pain to deal withThis third time our brand new furnace has failed, we called Addario'sDespite the urgency of the situation, no heat in the house several young children, below freezing temperatures outside, they couldn't schedule a consultation for weeksSo we called someone elseAnother company came in to assess the situation and provided a temporary fix, but Addario's sold me a furnace that apparently no one else in the area can serviceBecause my furnace is still under warranty, I was forced to call Addario's again to fix the problemDespite telling them exactly what was wrong with it and what we needed, I had to wait for an Addario's technician to come and diagnose the issueThe technician left saying he would order the part, but couldn't tell me when it might arrive or when they might come backI called the next day to find out when the part would arrive and was then told that they weren't going to schedule a service until we paid a $consultation fee for diagnosing the problem I had already diagnosedI would not even have known about this fee, or that they weren't intending to schedule an appointment, if I hadn't called backClearly they have no interest in helping customers, following through on any of their satisfaction guarantees, or providing any level of decent serviceMy furnace is still dead, I am held hostage by a company that doesn't care, and one that is trying to take advantage of me and upsell me to buy service levels that I would have expected when I signed the original contract I want nothing more than to not have to deal with this company ever again, but I am stuck because they sold me a dud furnace that only they can service
