Today 10/I noticed that check #*** for $was cashed on 10/and a charge of $was added to my *** on 10/Not only did they not cash the check like indicated on the phone but they have now charged us twiceI have reached out to them via email and on the phone looking for an itemized receipt of what was performed with zero success (below are the dates)I called my credit card to dispute the charge since they will not indicated what work was performedI have also reached out to our bank but there wasn't much th
I called Addario's on April after a night without heat in my homeI had a new unit installed in September and it stopped working over nightI spoke to *** who informed me that it would be (emergency fee) just to speak with him about the problemI agreedAfter a short conversation he said he would have to send someone out to look at ithours later someone shows up at my housewe go downstairs and I tell him what's going on and he says that there is a dollar diagnostic fee! I have small children so I have no choice but to agreeAn hour later he comes up and says its a switch and the transformerHe tells me he can fix it and not to worry about the price because the plumber who installed it is responsible for the billmin later he comes up and says he fixed the transformer (40$ part) and the total bill was 1040? He assured me that the other plumber would have to pay it and to not worry about how much it wasHe then told me he didn't have the switch and had to b
