This person is not a customer of armors and their complaint has nothing to do with our service I would like the review taken off since they don't know anything about the service we provide From what I understand Revdex.com is to review a company that you have been a customer for and have had experience with their service and this person has not done that They are just upset that we knocked their doorThanks

I am sorry you feel the company was misrepresentedIf you continue to have a bug problem all you have to do is call our office and we are more then happy to send out a service technician at no additional cost to take care of the problemsince there was a contract signed for a year agreement we can't cancel the service early without an early cancellation fee but we can definitely get a tech out to your home to address the problemThanks

Products do not work
Your full of bologna you dont even spray when you leave your "we came and sprayed" notice.
Your products do not work, your entire team lies from the first knock to the point of the signature taken all to get the contract going and will lie about every part of your company to get that signature.

If it had been suggested, I don’t know that I would have agreed since we only have scorpions in the house after one of their “treatments.” I cannot understand why they think I would be willing to take the chance that we would have even more scorpions in our home after multiple applications their treatment I do not wish to do business with a company that does not keep their part of the contract and then assumes that I have lied to them They were to have a technician come in December but no one came until January They say they return calls but I called twice and left messages with no response, so I stopped callingHowever, when this was mentioned, I was told it was “impossible” for them to have missed a call—in other words they believe I lied I also noticed that two of the three receipts said I was unavailable to sign when I have been home the entire time the technicians were here.I do not know what is going on with this company After these experiences, I am asking why it is necessary that I continue to do business with this company or pay for them not to bother me any more Why is it they will cancel the account after three more treatments, if unsuccessful, but not before they spend the monies necessary for these treatments? Who will determine the “success” of these treatments? The account is current and I am simply asking for nothing but a cancellation of the contract with no additional fees and to be left alone by this company Regards, [redacted]

I'm unable to cancel the account before the year is up without the past due paid and an early cancellation feeWhen you signed up you gave us your billing information including a credit card and signed the contract stating we can charge your account from the card you providedWe are more then willing to come out and service the home and get the bugs taken care ofPlease call the office and we can schedule a time for the technician to come out to your home208-957-

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: yes my account was canceled with $charge because I was in a contract that we were unaware ofYour sales people specifically told us at our door that we were in a non-contract agreement The dispute I have is over the hundred dollars not about my account being canceledSincerely, [redacted]

The process that our office takes in a case like this is if we do or more treatments in a day period and are unable to take care of the pest then the customer receives their last monthly payment backAt that point we continue to treat the home and take care of the problem at no cost to the customerIf at that point we are still unable to get the scorpions under control then we would move toward a cancellation of the accountPlease call the office and we are more then happy to get a tech sent out to your homeThanks

***, We are very sorry for the mistake with our billingThe first quarterly billing does start months after your initial appointment but the second $payment was a mistakeWe did refund that payment on 9/25/If you have not seen that payment back into your account please call us in the at 208-957-so we can fix thatIf you are having any other problems, please let us knowHave a great day!

I am sorry you had this experience with the companyI will contact the manager in the area and he will let the rep know not to do that

Anyone that feels the service was unsatisfactory has an unlimited free retreat guarantee If the service was not completed we have no problem sending another technician out to reservice the home completely free The customer signed a contract that does have an early cancellation fee

Product does not do what you advertise
If your products do not ever work it does not matter how many times you pretend to send your technicians out, the product still does not do what you advertise it does. You are a complete waste of what could be a decent business and should all be ashamed of every person you work with and for.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I no longer want your services and I would just like all my money back due to the fact that in your contract it says "satisfaction gaurentee"I'm not satisfied, so I want a complete refund

I'm not sure why you weren't able to contact the officeResponding to voicemails is the first thing that is done every morning and we have a call que for customers so people are transferred to the first available customer service rep as they're able to take callsI'm sorry you had trouble getting in contact with the officeI have attached below a copy of a portion of what the technician went over before starting the service and you will notice [redacted] initials stating that she understood what was going on with the serviceI want to apologize for the customer service staff being discourteous with youWe do not record the calls so I am unable to go back and listen to the conversation but i'll make sure the CSR that you spoke with knows how you feel about how you were treated [redacted]

The way the service works is you have a monthly payment of $every month and receive service a minimum of every 60-daysyou can call for free reservices at no additional cost any time you are having a bug problemIf you want to cancel a written letter needs to be sent to the office days before you want to cancelYou are still liable for the payment due during the day periodSo whether you called yesterday or today the cancel fee and the payment due are still going to be charged the sameI'm sorry for any inconvenience the policy has caused.Thanks

In order to make sure all customers know exactly what they're getting into we send an email and a phone call before the initial service that explains the service. The customer received this on 7/1/16 at 3:05pm in their email and over the phone. This is word for word what is said "Welcome to Armor... Pest Defense. We are excited to offer you high quality service for your pest control needs.We like to remind our customers of a few things prior to the first appointment: This agreement is for 7/1/17, with an early cancellation fee in the amount equal to the discount given off of the regular initial service price of $169. Once the agreement is fulfilled, your service will continue on a month to month basis.Your account is set up for monthly payments of $36.00 Monthly.We will come and service your home every 60 to 90 days and we will notify you by bothphone and email before we come out for your next service.Please let us know if any problems come up before your next spray and we will gladly send a tech out and service your home at no additional charge. We have your initial appointment set up for you, Saturday July 09 2016 between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.We ask that you please give the the product at least 30 days to fully activate and work before calling for a respray.If you have any questions about this information, please call us at: 208-957-6321 to speak with a customer service representative.Thank you!" That is very straight forward so that customers will know exactly what they are getting. For that reason Armor will not be able to waive the cancel fee.

In order to receive another spray please call the office and we will gladly get you scheduled for a time that is convenient for you. I checked your account and a credit was applied. When a credit is applied we go into your account and credit the upcoming charge so you will not receive cash in the... mail but you will not pay for your next month. I am sorry about the technician. They are trained to make sure that if someone is home that they knock hard enough that the customer knows they are there. Please contact the office and we can schedule your retreat free of charge.

I have no problem taking the cancellation fee out of the recent paymentPlease contact the office and we can finish this up*** I have put notes in the account so the customer service rep can get this taken care ofThanks
