Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: If you read my complaint and what happened with their employee you will see it is NOT simply a case of me being upset that someone knocked on my door. The employee asked my name and used it to give my neighbors false information about me to scare them into signing contracts. I am not a customer because before I ever had a chance to decide on their service the employee had already gone to my neighbors with false statements about me, my family and my house. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After reviewing the response from the business I find myself a little puzzled by their statement regarding their “standard” response.  When I spoke with the two representatives on the phone neither one suggested such a remedy. If that is the company’s “standard” response why was this solution not suggested, or hinted at, by either of the two representatives that I spoke with?  If it had been suggested, I don’t know that I would have agreed since we only have scorpions in the house after one of their “treatments.”  I cannot understand why they think I would be willing to take the chance that we would have even more scorpions in our home after multiple applications their treatment.  I do not wish to do business with a company that does not keep their part of the contract and then assumes that I have lied to them.  They were to have a technician come in December but no one came until January.  They say they return calls but I called twice and left messages with no response, so I stopped calling. However, when this was mentioned, I was told it was “impossible” for them to have missed a call—in other words they believe I lied.  I also noticed that two of the three receipts said I was unavailable to sign when I have been home the entire time the technicians were here.I do not know what is going on with this company.  After these experiences, I am asking why it is necessary that I continue to do business with this company or pay for them not to bother me any more.  Why is it they will cancel the account after three more treatments, if unsuccessful, but not before they spend the monies necessary for these treatments? Who will determine the “success” of these treatments?  The account is current and I am simply asking for nothing but a cancellation of the contract with no additional fees and to be left alone by this company.

I'm not sure why you weren't able to contact the office. Responding to voicemails is the first thing that is done every morning and we have a call que for customers so people are transferred to the first available customer service rep as they're able to take calls. I'm sorry you had trouble getting in contact with the office. I have attached below a copy of a portion of what the technician went over before starting the service and you will notice [redacted] initials stating that she understood what was going on with the service. I want to apologize for the customer service staff being discourteous with you. We do not record the calls so I am unable to go back and listen to the conversation but i'll make sure the CSR that you spoke with knows how you feel about how you were treated.

The process that our office takes in a case like this is if we do 3 or more treatments in a 30 day period and are unable to take care of the pest then the customer receives their last monthly payment back. At that point we continue to treat the home and take care of the problem at no cost to the...

I am rejecting this response because: I no longer want your services and I would just like all my money back due to the fact that in your contract it says "satisfaction gaurentee". I'm not satisfied, so I want a complete refund.

sending my wife text messages saying that our account is past due. She has received a message everyday for the past three days and todays message stated that our account is 3 days past due and it needs to be taken care of immediately. The way the service works is you have a monthly payment of $35 every month and receive service a minimum of every 60-90 days. you can call for free reservices at no additional cost any time you are having a bug problem. If you want to cancel a written letter needs to be sent to the office 30 days...

before you want to cancel. You are still liable for the payment due during the 30 day period. So whether you called yesterday or today the cancel fee and the payment due are still going to be charged the same. I'm sorry for any inconvenience the policy has caused.Thanks
