And they did not take the money off another product, you can see by my receipt, and the packing slip what I paid for and what was deliveredThe salesman advised me to buy the frame at the same time as the bed rather than my old one not fitting it, he told me just give me a call and cancel it when you get home if you're old one is adjustable, which I did because I saw my old one would fit!!! I called the exact same day, and canceled within hours of purchasing it!!! But they still haven't refunded my money.See attached receipt, and packing slip Regards, [redacted]

Hope all is well, call guest spoke with mrs and apologized for her inconveniencesGuest picked up correct table purchased and her order is satisfied.Table guest purchased comes in one color however the color may vary slightly due to the legs are wood, guest confirmed picked up the color table and is now satisfied with tableResolution, guest given $store credit and expires in one year on 9-20-

Purchased a couch, chair & ottoman from ashley in Hoover AlIn March The color is coming off of couchWe purchased a year warranty and they say it is a manufacurer defect and will not coverThis is absurdI am completely irritated with this farce of a companyI will never purchase from there again and am telling everyone I know also not toThe manager got on the phone and said well you have purchased a car before right? I wanted to strangle this man

Polk sold defective key and then took key and kept money Polk came to make a vehicle key for my carThe key he made was defectiveAfter countless times of trying to get him to return my calls and messages, he only responded once threatened with being reported to Revdex.comI asked for a refund due to the horrible customer serviceHe said no, although the reciept does not state no refundsHe tried to fix the defective key which ended in him stating that he does not know why it wasnt working and assuring he would come back with a dealer keyHe took his defective product, and never returnedDespite endless attempts at communication, no one will return calls, messages, or my money

We are attempting to reach our customerWe have left messages on 8/18/and again today 8/19/so that we may begin working toward resolution
