We recently had a radon mitigation system installed by Aspen Radon. The system was installed very professionally and the installation team made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly. Before Aspen Radon, we had a continuous radon monitor installed and we were getting readings in the 3+ range. Our short term test after the installation was 1.3 which is great. The system looks great and we recommend Aspen Radon for the excellent expertise.

I wish more people were knowledgeable and concerned about their radon levels like you were, even when they are below 4 pCi/L. As you know the EPA's recommended action level of 4.0 pCi/L or above is not a safe level. There is no known safe radon level - it is just the lower the better. So we are glad to have been able to even further reduce your radon levels for you and your family.
Absolutely loved working with Aspen Radon. Dennis was very through about what needed to be done. During the first consultation to the very end everything was done so smoothly. They brought our radon levels down significantly and would recommend them to anyone.

This is a great company. From the first phone call, which was answered the same day, to a quick appointment for an estimate, to completion of the job was less than two weeks. Dennis and his crew showed up on time and were very professional and extremely respectful while in my home. The workmen were very efficient in completing the job, they are very knowledgeable and did not waste time, I don't think they even took a break, except for lunch. I highly recommend Aspen Radon if you are looking for a reputable company to do your mitigation.

Dennis went out of his way to do a Saturday installation for us. His work was professional and the site was cleaned up before they left. The results achieved were .3 which is essentially nothing. I highly recommend Aspen Radon.

We do work Saturdays when it is best for our Clients, as we know some people may need the radon system installed ASAP due to a real estate closings. Also some people can't take a day off during the week for the system installation and Saturday is the only day that is convenient for them.
Our experience with Aspen Radon has been excellent. Aspen Radon has recently completed the installation of a Radon Mitigation System in our home. They have provided excellent customer service that began with the initial telephone call to them, a prompt return call, on-site visit and cost estimate. The installation was completed on the scheduled day and in a very professional manner. The system substantially reduced radon levels that were close to three times the EPA recommended limit to 1.1 pCi/L

Aspen Radon did a great job on the radon mitigation for my home in Pueblo. They gave a complete estimate, showed up on time, did the job according to plan and the Radon was reduced from 17 to a little over 1. Their cost was competitive with the other contractor I interviewed, but I selected them because they demonstrated higher professional standards in the interview. The prices were about the same. I recommend Aspen Radon.

I thought hiring Dennis was a good choice but was very disappointed. His crew did not clean up very well including leaving a dead mouse on the plastic. The radon level test was left with me and I did everything according to the instructions and sent it in and waited for a response from Aspen Radon. Finally I called and a few days later it came back inconclusive. I asked Dennis for another test kit and he said he would bring it by. I waited a month until closing on my home with no response from him after repeated tries of contacting him. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated and wish I could get my money back. For all I know the radon levels are still bad in the home. Choose another company.

If you are a potential customer, please read our response. A few major details are being left out of this false and incorrect review.
You complain that we left a dead mouse on the plastic. So that everyone reading this can realize how ridiculous this is - a part of a radon system installed in a crawl space consists of a plastic being laid over the entire dirt area of the crawl space. For a dead mouse to be on TOP of the plastic after we have completed the installation, would mean that the mouse died after we were finished and gone. How can this be considered our fault?
You mention that you followed the testing instructions and it came back inconclusive. The test device did not come back. The laboratory never sends test devices back. The test report from the laboratory came back with no results as it took more than 11 days for the test device to reach the lab from the stop of the test which took too long and voided any results.
You said you did everything according to the instructions. If this is true, then you sent the device soon after the stop of the test by the instructed shipping method. Again, if this is true then your complaint should be with the business that you used to ship the device to the laboratory. Once again this is something that we had no control over and should not be considered in your false review.
You mention that you repeatedly tried to contact us. We answer all emails and phone calls. This statement is absolutely obscure.
We had no control over how you did the testing and the shipping. You say that I said I would bring you another test device. I did tell you I would bring you another test device - but you are leaving out an important part of what I said. I said that although it was not our fault that the test was screwed up, I would bring you another free test device when I was in the area. You are also leaving out of your review that I also told you it might be faster if you just ordered another device from the lab. I even provided you with the 1-800 number you could call and get another device faster. You said you would just wait for me, I assume to save yourself a few dollars. Although your free device would have cost me a few dollars. Sorry if my schedule of not being in your area to give you another free device did not match your schedule.
We are sorry that you have felt the need to write such a review about a system we installed in your previously owned house in December of 2018. We are also sorry that this erroneous review has now damaged our valid 5-star listing that we were very proud of. We work hard to install a quality system to reduce the radon levels and to please our customers in every way we can, so I hope our response is read by anyone who sees your unjustified review.

Mr. was always very professional and straightforward. My initial levels were 9 PCi/L and after Mr. mitigation system was installed, it went down to 0.6 PCi/L, or basically just slightly higher than outdoor levels and way below the 4.0 PCi/L EPA threshold.
After doing some research, I quickly found out why other companies beat Mr. price. They cut corners, are not really insured, have fake online reviews and will just end up giving you a permanent headache. Then, if you want to have a professional mitigation at your home, go with Mr.. Now, if you want to save a few bucks and get a lousy system, hire the competition. Thank you Mr.!!!

We were very pleased with the work done by Dennis and his team. Our radon was 6.9 before the mitigation and is now 1.5. Dennis was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. His estimated cost was reasonable considering the possibility of cancer from radon gas . I would highly recommend having Aspen Radon work with you if you need mitigation for radon.
