In a timely manner, Dennis came by and explained the mitigation process and the system that he would install. His contract was fair and acceptable. He found the perfect, inconspicuous location for the system. The system looks great and expectedly did its job. The follow up test showed a 1.2 Level, well within the EPA standards.

Dennis *** at Aspen Radon is the best radon expert you can find. I feel very fortunate that he did my radon mitigation system. He has done an excellent job and I no longer have radon concerns. The original test yielded 12 and my new test with the radon mitigation system in place is all the way down well below 1.

It was a pleasure working with Bill. We are glad for him that the radon levels were lowered to such a low level. This low level is typically what we can accomplish with this type of radon mitigation system installation. No radon level is safe so we strive to reduce the radon levels to a very low level with our radon mitigation systems.

Dennis and his Company were very diligent the pre inspection of the property to decide what type of system would be best suited for the Home- which had some unusual challenges. Actually, another radon contractor had looked at the house first and refused to even bid on the radon mitigation system installation for this reason.
