My moving experience with Assurance Van Lines was better than I could've imagined. They were so professional in how they handle one's property and even more so with how the movers treat one.

The whole move took about three and a half weeks from the time I first spoke to a rep, and there was nothing to complain about in between. I was able to call and speak to customer service anytime and each time I was given updates. Great moving company.

It was quite difficult finding the right company for my long distance move. I had to think long and hard who I could trust with all my things. In my search for the right company Assurance really stood out. They were professional, courteous, and friendly through-out the entire process. I recommend them any day!

First time hiring Assurance Van Lines and they did a great job. The movers took control and didn't need any assistance. All of the movers were respectful of our things and of the apartment. When I first hired them I was a little nervous since it was over the phone but it turned out to be great the price they quoted me was the price I paid and they do everything by email which is awesome. We were relocating last month although this move was long time coming. We went for Assurance Van Lines because they gave us the lowest quote. They were very efficient at everything. The movers arrived on time and everything went really smoothly. Nothing was broken or damaged when they made the delivery. This company truly made our move easy. They are definitely worth hiring again.

After a few back and forth phone calls, I hired Assurance van lines to handle my move. The crew that consisted of four very energetic and efficient men arrived right on time. It won’t be wrong to say that they were in and out of my apartment. They were unbelievably fast. With speed usually comes inaccuracy. But these men knew what they were doing. The proof: each piece of my belongings arrived safely. I was already quite satisfied with their quote. The final bill was only slightly over that. That was because of the packing materials. They did inform me about it though while packing. Hiring them was a really good idea.

I can't give enough praise to John and Rudy who helped me move my apartment into a storage unit. Not only were their prices very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I was given, but they were very fast.

Not only did they take extreme care to wrap all of my furniture and electronics in plastic and blankets (including a 1960s Hi Fi), but when they arrived at the storage unit, they were able to re-arrange a large dining room set and boxes that were already in the unit so they could fit everything into one unit.

These guys are master jigsaw puzzle solvers - seriously there was not an inch to spare in the storage unit, and their re-arranging saved me from having to pay for another unit. I would easily give more than five stars if I could.

These guys at Assurance Van Lines are amazing. Like heroes in the movies, they saved me. I was blank, did not know how to do my move. Thinking about the long distance move made me stuck!
