Used this company for my long distance move and the whole thing went great. The rep was very friendly and had a lot of advice for my move. He went over in detail all the steps that would take place and even sent me an email with all the necessary information.

The movers were as efficient as ever. They had the apartment empty in under an hour. I looked over an invetory list I was given to review and they hit the road. When they got to the new place another week later, they had everything unloaded and inside the new place just as quick.

This was a great move for me. The folks over at Assurance made the effort to get my things to me in the time frame I set up and it all worked out as such. I will definitely use them again if I move in the future.

All four men from Assurance van lines that worked our job during our last interstate move were courteous, respectful, kind and clean. The crew arrived at the agreed upon times and got right to work. They were constantly in motion and worked well together. The leader of the moving crew was good and choreographed the process well. Each team member supported each other. They cleaned up after themselves. They were patient when we asked for a reposition of some piece and were willing to double-check and adjust the washer and dryer and make sure each was level. There is no doubt we'll be using their services next time we move and we highly recommend this amazing moving company.

But their men were all very professional and extremely efficient. They packed up everything creatively and carried all my furniture to the vans with ease. I was told that I could get up to thirty days free storage in case I needed to switch the drop off date, which was amazing.

Amazing company and service. I don't know how to better describe this company. I was very afraid of not being able to make this move because I did not have much more time before having to be at the new place. All the other moving companies I called gave me the runaround and kept saying the price could not go any lower.

There isn't a rating low enough. I was promised my belongings would be transported to my new location and when there, would be put in storage until I was ready for them. As it turns out my items are still on the east coast and I'm in Texas. No one will let me to talk to John Williams - the liar that told me all these wonderful things that never happened. I still do not have a delivery date for my goods. There's a place for him along with used car salesmen. BURN!

I was provided a binding estimate that made it so the price would not go up at all without my knowing or out of nowhere as with many other moving companies.
