Had a great experience working with Tim to set up the move and working with his team during the move. Tim was very responsive by e-mail and phone and he made sure that we were well informed with pricing and what was expected with the move. The movers arrived right on time and were extremely pleasant to work with; they handled huge, bulky loads without issue. I would definitely contact Assurance Van Lines in the future.

My family has a lot of stuffs. So when time came to move, I wanted to hire a moving company who could transfer all our stuffs without damaging them. We also wanted not to spend a fortune on moving. I contacted assurance van lines because they have a good reputation. They gave me a very reasonable quote. The men they sent were all very capable of handling fiddly objects. They wrapped everything very carefully and then loaded them onto their trucks. There were 3 vans full of stuffs and all three of them arrived in our new house right on the scheduled date. Everything was in excellent condition. Our move couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I had a wonderful moving experience with Assurance Van Lines. The did what they said they were going to do. The drivers called me a day in advance and again the morning they picked up my furniture. They arrived on time. It only took them a couple of hours to load my boxes and furniture. They carefully protected my furniture and it was delivered without any damages.

Since I put my furniture in storage for 30 days, a different crew arrived to deliver my furniture. They were just as prompt, courteous and polite as the first crew. I’ve never had such an easy and quick move. Having to carry huge furniture and making sure they transport well is a huge job. And it was a long distance moves so I hired movers from Assurance.

The moving crew sent by Assurance during our last relocation arrived on-time according to what they promised. The whole team did a mind blowing job with my move. I am extremely happy and I’m thrilled! They sent a foreman and his two helpers to move me out of a one bedroom apartment. I was impressed with their positive attitudes. The crew worked steadily, efficiently and without complaints or bugging me about everything. The whole move went very smoothly and I knew my belongings were in good hands. My initial contact was great. I spoke with Jay, who gave me a phone quote, saying if my items were less weight and volume, the price would be less. Then, miraculously, a truck was headed 2 days later to a town within 10 minutes of mine, so they could combine, since my load was small. I reduced my inventory, contacted Jay via email, since the cost would be less. No response. The movers showed up the next day and informed me after the van was loaded, that they are not moving the items, they are taking to a warehouse. My good showed up 3 weeks later, 18 days after promised. These guys are brokers, not movers. Don't believe anything they say. If you are okay with cheap liars, they do provide that.

While contacting Assurance van lines I was very precise about my requirements as I was transferring my parents from their home to ours across the state. For some reason it was not possible for me to be present there so it was crucial to have someone experienced and professional there to handle all the belongings of my parents. The team leader was a polite person. They packed very carefully and the moving was also fast. My parents were really happy by their service.

They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and everything came out fine and with no damages. The team was great! They were efficient, willing to work, friendly and effective.
