This is our second time moving with Assurance Van lines,
both times cross country and both times we were very
satisfied.

Our recent move was very organized and stayed on task thanks to Assurance Van Lines. Their staff, including your own personal concierge/contact person, help to keep everything in order and keep you on task for what needs to be done with each step of the move. I knew up front what my costs would be, how to update what would be included in the move, when movers would be there, and when my belongings would be delivered.

The team that came to my home and packed my belongings were courteous, efficient, and careful packing my items. The team that came to my new location were also courteous, efficient and careful unloading an placing my items. Thanks Assurance.

The movers were very friendly but worked very fast and didn't waste any time getting everything packed up properly and protected properly. I did have to have my household belongings stored for a couple of months and when I finally found an apartment and everything was redelivered it was the same guys that had moved me to begin with and they did the same great, fast, careful job like ey had done originally.

I'm extremely satisfied with the whole process and would use Assurance Van Lines again for my next move, no question, I wouldn't even consider anybody else.

Yes I had a great moving experience with assurance. The moving team called me an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if they needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away!

They got everything packed and ready to go in 4 hours. They kept me informed all the way and even delivered a day early. That is what I call punctual! All my belongings were safe and sound and not a single scratch! It doesn’t get better than this, does it?

Assurance did a great job with my recent move. On the day of the move we were a little behind getting things ready but they took apart our beds, tables and just worked with speed and grace. The crew was awesome - very professional and cool.

We only moved a few states away but moving is moving and so glad we chose them. Once at our new home, the movers did not damage anything and they way they wrapped our dressers with blankets and how they taped things worked well. I moved our own fragile stuff like T.V. boxes with delicates but that is a common sense thing to do.

Overall good move and service. I was impressed with how good the sales rep and customer service treated us each time we called with questions. The rep did a good job of helping me choose a date that would also fit with my budget.

There were a bunch of details I needed clarifying and the rep was more than happy to, going so far as sending me an email with all the information about the move and how things work.

When the movers got to our house they wasted no time in loading our things and making the place look empty. Before they left I got a chance to look over a list of my things.

The move ended with the movers dropping everything off about a week later. All took place very smoothly, one minute they were getting there, the next everything was inside the house and they were back on their way.

I looked for about a week for a good moving company before I found assurance. I filled out a form on their site and was given a call by a rep about a day later. After speaking to the rep for awhile I felt the price was fair and the amount of service was very good for the money.

I signed up for the white glove full service move which meant the movers would pack all of my things and take care of the furniture by padding it with protective wrapping.

The day the movers came I received a call from the driver letting me know they could be to me in about a half hour. I let them inside the house and they had the place empty in no time.

Before they left I was given a list of my things for me to look over and sign. Everything was accounted for and they were on their way. I was expecting them to arrive at the new place about two weeks later.

When they got to the new place they had everything unloaded in about two hours. The movers were all very professional the entire time. I looked over my list of things again and they were back on the road.

This turned out to be a very good move for us. The rep was very helpful, the movers were pros, and customer service was very nice each time I called. I will definitly use this company in the future when I have to move again.

We contacted assurance van lines and they provided an economical quote. They turned out to be outstanding to move us from Florida to Colorado. They kept us up to date all the way. The way they worked for us, we could not be enough happier. I was concerned for the grand piano, my father presented on my birthday. But it seemed the guys were expert enough to pack and move piano especially. All parts were intact when they delivered.

They relocated our all other household items as like they moved the piano. Except a small scratch on our dining table there was no problem at all. Our staircase was not so wide in the old apartment. I can guarantee if another company would move us, they would definitely make so many scratches through the narrow stairs. I am sure to hire them again in our next move.

On the moving day, three guys came to my place to pack my belongings and move them. And I was extremely satisfied. There was not a single scratch on my furniture. Everything was packed properly in large, protective boxes and plastic wrap. At the beginning of the move, I got the precise quote and that was exactly what I paid in the end. Nothing more, not a penny! The most important thing- I arrived safely to my new home, and so did all of my belongings!

I am a technical person and I was really impressed when he came by to give us a quote and he used an iPad. Also, when paying, they used apple pay to process the payment and I receive a receipt via email. Very cool!

On the moving day, the movers were great. They were courteous, efficient honest and hardworking. Everything was handled very professional. They showed up on time and moved at a constant steady pace. I hired assurance van lines quite hastily as I needed some movers very urgently. But, on contrary to my fears, the movers turned out to be delightful. The men were all very experienced and it showed in their work. They packed up all our belongings and didn’t take a lot of time in doing so. Not only were they fast, they were also very efficient. They took such great care of our furniture while loading them onto the van. Soon they were off to the road. They made the delivery right on time as well. All our things traveled quite well. I have no words for how amazingly this crew handled my move.

I am absolutely blown away by how Assurance van lines handled my move. I understand that moving is never cheap. But there are no moving companies who charge less than these guys. Nor are they more efficient than them. By no means do I mean to undermine their performance during my move because they were absolutely fantastic. This company is the real deal.
