I'm amazed by the great customer service these guys provide, given that it's a moving brokering company. I called 4 companies, and from the get go these guys were very fine. John W[redacted] was the gentleman who assisted me in getting my job booked, in fact, he gave a pretty good discount for being a AAA member. After the move was done, I was followed up by Mark, who wanted to make sure I was serviced well throughout my experience.

I used assurance to bring my parents closer to us in Las Vegas. The trip was from South Florida and we didn't want to go the uhaul route, so we choose to hire a moving company. We spend days trying to find someone who would take good care of my parents possessions and that would be affordable. We crossed referenced a few moving companies and Assurance Van Lines was the best choice available. Good price, great reputation, great customer service. We hired them for $3700 and the relocation door to door took 8 days. My parents are happy and I'm happy I made the right choice.

Overall had a very good experience moving my apartment with Assurance Van Lines. As an older single man who can barely lift anything, I was told to contact a professional mover instead of renting a U haul. I'm glad I packed my personal belongings and didn't have to worry about the headache of moving things in and out of the house.

They were very thorough in explaining what moving long distance, my square footage and everything I needed to know about how I was being billed.

After spending $2,100, I'm very happy with the whole move.

My name is [redacted], I used assurance for my relocation to SC. I contemplated doing the move myself, but quite frankly it wasnt going to be a pleasant move as all my kids are out to college. I decided to go through a broker to get a deal on my move. So far, they've done a phenomenal job getting me booked, following up with me, picking up all my items and dropped off. There's a bike that got mixed with another move, but mover decided to reimburse me for it on the spot, I thought that was nice of him.

My move from Florida back from NY was way smoother than the it was when we moved down there. The difference was that we chose to have the pros do it instead of us saving a few hundred dollars and doing the uhaul ourselves. The price given to us was definitely within our budget, and the time frame for move was perfect. This is a good company with a great support team.

I recently did a move from New Jersey to Florida. The moving company picked me up on the second day of the pick up window. My big furniture was moved and I did not notice any scratches on them. The guys at delivery were nice and moved quickly. They worked hard in the Florida summer hot sun. I don't think i'll be moving anytime soon but I will recommend Assurance van lines to do your move.

Assurance came through at a last moment's notice. I called 4 days before I needed to get out of my place, and they had a truck around the area who was going down to Dallas which was on my route. My move ended up being $3500 for 3 rooms worth of inventory. Everything has arrived in good condition and movers did a phenomenal job.

These guys got the job done when other moving companies turned me down. I was moving from LA to Jersey City with 2 weeks notice. They were very professional, affordable and prompt to my requests. Keep up the great work.

Jeff and Rachel took care of scheduling my move. They went above and beyond when they found out I was a single mother of 3. As far as move went, it was good. Overall, very satisfactory experience.

Compared to the last moving company we used to move to Mississippi, these guys were on top of their game from the first call about booking dates, to quality assurance, to pickup and delivery. I used AVL to bring my parents closer to us in NY. They scheduled packers, movers and did the same once my parents got to their new home. Price was competitive, but deffinitely worth it since the only finger we lifted was to point boxes and furniture.

My relocation from Boston to NYC was nothing short than amazing. Movers showed up last Wednesday, right before Thanksgiving, and they arrived this morning at 11:45am. Everything has arrived in great condition, movers have placed my furniture where I instructed and even disassembled my bed frame to get it through the doors. Good company, great support, great relocation prices.

The service I received from this company is appauling. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They stated they match any accredited quote, but once you issue a lesser quote that has all the bells and whistles it becomes an argument. I simply stated to cancel the reservation probably 10 times. The salesman, Jordan P. Just continued to talk over me telling me I do not understand and that I was going to be ripped off by the other companies. The conversation that I had on speaker phone became so ill, my fiancé took the phone out of my hand and stated he did not like the way this man was talking to his fiancé and to cancel the reservation and give us our $400 deposit back. Jordan continued to do the exact same thing and talk over him. We finally were able to ask for a manager who was far worse. He stated we didn't care about our stuff and proceeded to tell us that we enjoy being ripped off and every time I even said "cancel" he would respond with "ripoff." So just imagaine a grown man who is a manager having a tantrum on the phone and saying"rippoff ripoff ripoff ripoff ripoff ripoff ripoff ripoff ripoff." You almost have to pitty someone of that nature who thinks that is the proper way to handle situations. I don't know how the phone call lasted as long as it did considering we just ended up calling the bank and retrieving our money that way. The worst part is this company is so childish they entered my information, my name and phone number, into a spam mortgage call log so I receive endless calls, voicemails, and text messages. I hope for the sake of karma this place goes out of business and the rats that scam honest people end up in jail. I highly doubt this is the worst theyve ever done in their life to people.

I wanted to leave my 2 cents and vouch wholeheartedly to Assurance Van Lines for doing a great job taking care of my move across the United States. I was quoted for $10,000 to $20,000 for a 3 bedroom home. With Assurance I was able to get my move done for $7,500 and get everything we agreed on done on budget. All our movers showed up on time, clean with a group of men who were ready to work. Everything that was sent has arrived at our new home. My job number was [redacted].

I had a great moving experience with Assurance Van Lines. The moving team called me an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if they needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away! They got everything packed and ready to go in 2 hours. They kept me informed all the way and even delivered a day early. That is what I call punctual! All my belongings were safe and sound and not a single scratch.

We had a pleasant moving with Assurance Van Lines a few weeks ago and their good and professional work made the whole moving easy and pleasant.
