don't believe the other reviews. You can see there are several positive glowing reviews that make them sound just perfect. You can see they post these reviews in clumps on the same day. This company does fraudulent business practices! It's been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. They will give you false promises and then too bad for you once they've hooked you in and taken you're money. Please look around at other reviews trust what the Revdex.com has to say and other reputable sources instead of basic website reviews that they can just put fake reviews on. Do not trust this company with all of your possessions...! Only believe what the contract says and not what they tell you unless it's in writing...Better off just use someone else if your smart.

Assurance Van Lines did a great job with my recent move. On the day of the move we were a little behind getting things ready but they took apart our beds, tables and just worked with speed and grace. The crew was awesome - very professional and cool. We only moved a few miles away but moving is moving and so glad we chose them. Once at our new home, the movers did not damage anything and they way they wrapped our dressers with blankets and how they taped things worked well.

The sales manager was extremely helpful and cooperative to speak with. Their crews were punctual, extremely pleasant and skilled. Our move was seamless thanks to the detail oriented team at Assurance Van Lines. Everyone from the packers to the movers - a team of 4, were fast and efficient and extremely careful. We were in and out of our old space in about 2 hours and everything was off loaded into our new space just as quickly. Assurance Van Lines had us completely moved in about three hours and were willing to move around the furniture as we saw fit. Luckily I didn't have a lot of furniture so I didn't take up too much of their time with that, but I thought it was nice of them to offer. These movers seemed to be careful (with nothing broken), and asked me to look in the back of their truck to confirm everything was out. I am glad to have a great first experience and I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

From the estimate to the packing and transporting my move was done at the time they gave me from the arrival time for packing and loading to the delivery the next week. The crew were careful not to damage my furniture. They also provided a total of 5 packers including the driver to pack and load me.

Assurance Van Lines came on time and delivered my stuff on Wednesday morning. Although I packed the boxes myself they and the furniture arrived perfectly without damage. The people were all friendly and called as they got closer to the delivery time. I could not have asked for a better set of movers or a better move.

From the start it was an easy, smooth experience. Our coordinator was helpful and easy to reach. Our driver was so personable. And the loaders were great! They were so cheerful, polite and helpful and packed everything with great care. The delivery ran late but the truck had a flat tire so it was understandable. The un loaders were nice and polite.
