Astrabeds will not stand behind what they tell you I was sold two full size beds vs one king and told by [redacted] that I would be happier and if I wasn't that they would swap them out for a full size King Each time I called to say I wasn't happier and that I thought I wanted one mattress, I was told a new thing to tryone sheet, strap the legs together, etc I called three different time complaining about failing in the crack The fourth and final time I called was outside of the time for their return policy and [redacted] "was no longer employed" there After going back and forth with management, the "gentleman" told me he would exchange them, but I had to box them up and send them back myself and not until they received them in ARIZONA, would they replace them Are you kidding me? I would not do business with them again CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!

We are currently working with our fulfillment center that is only minutes from Ms***'s house to see if they will come and pick up the mattress for herOur Account Manager is away until tomorrow so we have not heard anything back from him yetWe have emailed Ms*** with all this information, including the name of the fulfillment center, the name of our account manager and the address of the centerOnce he hear back from them, we will reach back out to Ms***

The boxes were smashed on delivery but the bed was okay until I tried sleeping on it After a week of waking up with an aching back (something I had not experienced before) I was told by customer service that I had to use the bed for days until I could exchange a layer At days I contacted them about getting a firmer layer After many emails back and forth - some of which contained erroneous information - at days I still did not have a layer exchange I am so fed up with the terrible customer service I no longer even want the bed It is going back

Hello,We have been working with MsRohland to resolve this issue. We have made attempts to repair the base however MsRohland has not been satisfied by any of these attempts. It is not our policy to accept returns on Adjustable Bases as they can be repaired in the field, however in

Astrabeds.com clearly states, "If after nights with your mattress, you're not satisfied, you may call us to receive donation information and instructions for you to return your mattressOnce you donate your bed and we receive a donation receipt, we will refund you in full."
Please see attached screenshot from the websiteI do not see anything which states the customer has to return the mattress at their own expense

I bought an Astrabed latex mattress at a cost of just over $in summer and it was the worst, most expensive mistake ever My hips and lower back hurt all night long, and in the morning, it is excruciating to roll over to get out of the bed My hips and butt sink down so far into the mattress, which I ordered as a "medium-firm" There is nothing FIRM about it If you're thinking that I probably deserve to sink into the mattress because of my weight, get this: I am 5'1" and weigh lbs I had a latex mattress before this one, which I slept on for years In the last year, I could tell it was getting older and decided to replace it with something really niceI read the Astrabeds website for hours, and compared it to other latex mattresses, choosing it because I thought they "educated" me better, and that their representations were more honest and accurate WRONG!

Astrabeds.com clearly states, "If after 30 nights with your mattress, you're not satisfied, you may call us to receive donation information and instructions for you to return your mattress. Once you donate your bed and we receive a donation receipt, we will refund you in full." Please see attached screenshot from the website. I do not see anything which states the customer has to return the mattress at their own expense.

*** is what I would recommend going into purchasing a Astrabeds mattress. It has provided me with great comfort, and trust me when I say it is extremely durable. I can see me using this mattress for a decade at least, and I hope I am right!
