I've had my share of mattresses over the years, being in my 50s. Having back problems all over the place, but finally I have found a mattress brand that makes my life a lot easier. Just hoping that it lasts as long as they say it will cuz Astrabeds is amazing!

I purchased the ErgoStar Evolution from Astrabeds and the results have been revolutionary on my sleep quality. I was getting so much sleep every night but waking up feeling like crap and I had no idea why. Turns out it was time for a new mattress. Came across Astrabeds, talked to a rep, and went with the ErgoStar and I am getting great sleep!

I feel like it is important to find the appropriate mattress in order to sleep better at night, where as most people are just looking into better sleeping techniques or pills. Astrabeds was the answer for me. Customizable latex mattress that feels like I am sleeping on air. I used my sleep app on my phone and compared my quality of sleep from my old mattress to my new Astrabeds and the difference is huge. Love the mattress and the sleep I am getting.

The prodigy mattress is one of a kind. I have never had an adjustable mattress like this one before. It is incredible to sleep on and you can make so many different options with it!

I have terrible sleeping issues from time to time. I found myself waking up with pains on my left shoulder because I spend a lot of time sleeping on my side. Went out and did something about it, bought an Astrabed mattress, and now I am sleeping with much more comfort.

I started out with Astrabeds on their website and saw a button that said "chat with a specialist". I clicked on it and started chatting with one of their employees asking them about their beds. After getting a lot of good info from their team and thinking it over for a bit I went in and just purchased the Serenity bed. What a wonderful purchase. I am so happy to be sleeping on a great latex mattress now and would advise anyone that is looking into this mattress to chat with them in order to get the right mattress for you.

Their website is always offering great deals. After waiting around and checking out what they had to offer, I went for the Prodigy mattress. Got a great deal and customer service was awesome. I think they are a great company and I love my new mattress.

I purchased the SerenityBed about a month ago. It has made a huge difference in how I sleep over the past 30 days. Heard about Astrabeds from a friend of mine and took his word for it. Awesome mattress.

If you are going to purchase one of their adjustable mattresses, you should go with the ErgoStar Evolution. It is the mattress that I purchased with Astrabeds and it has been life changing! I have even gone from using it as my bed to putting it in my living room when guests are over. Simply incredible!

Astrabeds.com clearly states, "If after 30 nights with your mattress, you're not satisfied, you may call us to receive donation information and instructions for you to return your mattress. Once you donate your bed and we receive a donation receipt, we will refund you in full."
Please see attached screenshot from the website. I do not see anything which states the customer has to return the mattress at their own expense.

The customer’s calls were over the weekend and not during our normal business hours. We are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm MST Monday through Friday, but on Saturday we are only open from 9:00am to 2:00pm MST and closed on Sundays. all voice-mails and called our customers, including her, back. We do sincerely apologize if the customer felt like any of our representatives did not provide her the best customer service, but I do assure you that we pride ourselves on our customer service and we will go above and beyond to make the customers experience the best one with us. Her mattress did ship on time, in 6 business days, and she were provided tracking information that same day via email. I apologize if she had to assemble the bed on her own, but all of our shipping, delivery, and set-up information is on our website, along with almost anything the customer needs to know about the products, process, and policies. The assembly instructions are not provided in the box because we are a green company and try to reduce our eco-footprint by reducing the amount of printing that we do, but we do provide all assembly instructions on our website. If the customers have any questions about any of the previously mentioned, our customer service staff will be more than happy to help. The reason that we require a signature upon delivery is because our latex mattress is considered a high-end product and we would hate for their beds to be stolen if left at their front door. We want to help her but in order to do so and better understand the situation we need to see images of the zipper. We replaced the cover the first time because the customer stated it was "impossible" for her to send us pictures of the zipper, so we made an exception. Since it happened a second time, we do want pictures, only to resolve the issue. We are willing to replace the cover and offered the sheets and pillows for the inconvenience she experienced. When we informed the customer that we would not be able to refund her $400, she stated that if we don't she "would go to the Revdex.com". We have tried resolving her issue, but we can’t do so without her cooperation. She extorted us by threatening us by going to the Revdex.com if we did not pay her $400. We have also found evidence of her writing negative reviews/comments on other websites about other companies with the intent of receiving something in return, in our case $400. We do not think that this is right, especially since we have done everything in our power to resolve her issue. Please advise on how the Revdex.com will make this right.

Latex is the new memory foam. High quality mattresses for earth conscious consumers. Astrabeds is definitely one of the best in this market. My husband and I have been sleeping on one for months now and have no reason to go back to regular mattresses, or memory foam for that matter.
