TOTAL waste of money! VERY misleading! My phone slipped out of my pocket as I was running across a lane road, and got run overEven though "accidental screen crack" is covered, mine is not because the car's insurance should cover itThe car was going probably 60, and of course it didn't stopWhat a jokeI've had a cell phone for over years, and this was my first attempt at a claimWill not waste my money on this useless plan again!

It started out very positive until it came down to the quality of the product they had sent me I tried to handle this on their web site but both reply portals I tried seemed not to respond to the send icon The first replacement had several issues worst of which was the battery life The lower the battery level the hotter the phone would getToo hot to hold in my handsine the web site would not take my feedback I will do it here The defective Asurian phone is in my mail box now I will try again in a few days to get the new defective replacement you sent to me replaced again I am not excited to have to go out of town for a few days and have to rely on a defective phone Please listen to the times I called today as your first girl was illogical about the problem as I explained it The second girl insisted on talking over me even though politely she just kept going I apologize for not being like other people that have no expectations of the services they pay for but I doIt appears that this is a strategy of service companies so the customer will give up and accept defective equipment Or perhaps its your management that wants to keep service calls to two minutes and there are penalties for overages You may think I'm being an as but after going to the Revdex.com page about you I think I'm pretty close Casey N [redacted] ***-***- [redacted] @gmail.com

Horrible - on hold for close to an hour to give them credit card info to pay my deductible! It is like they want me to hangup. If you file a claim I might consider doing it online. Also, by the poor reviews and complaints I may drop this service as I have it on four lines at $40 per month total.

I file a claim to repair two separate hoses on my vacuum cleaner they replace the 1st hose with a used one and never replace or repaire the second hose also when the vacuum was shipped back to me it was much weaker then I ship it to them!!! They promised me they will reimburse me for the box that UPS Store sell it to me but they never reimbursed me they claim it was a mistake

The service was awfulI refiled the claim every day for five days and still haven't shippedThey try to tell me that my home address is not a valid address and then either kick me off the page or tell me to call customer service There they can barely speak or understand English - the language of the United States

I ordered a replacement phone on Sept 27,As of Nov 3,I still have no phoneI went to [redacted] to see about my replaent phone and they had me call This company and figure out what was going onAsurion said someone signed for the phone and it was left at my front door on oct 14,I did not sign for itAnd I did not athorize anyone other then me to sign forHow does someone sign for the phone then leave it at the front door?! They agreed to send a new phone again but not to my address or to the [redacted] store ( Asurion is the insurance company for [redacted] Was given no explination as to why they cannot sent to the [redacted] store! The nearest family I have is 1/hours away in Atlanta and I have to now drive to get this phone (13hours total)

I recently broke my phoneI paid the $to have it replaced and it was sent out quicklyProblem is my sim card didn't workAfter troubleshooting they sent me out a new phone with a new sim cardStill does not work, now its almost been weeks without a phone and I am fed up with themTheir new solution is to simply send me out ANOTHER phoneI am not impressed with their customer service as well, this has been an awful experience

Overall a good service but their website is misleading At the bottom of the front page it gives shipping time frameIt claims next day delivery after claim completed by 2:CST But it can take them two days for them to complete the claim and then they will tell you their aim is to get the replacement phone shipped in to days after that So it can be days after you complete your claim with Asurion Misleading at least, but fraudulent maybe an exaggeration

They tell me my phone is on back order I call to see what can be done I am told my phone is in stock and they are shipping it I hang up the phone and minutes later get a email saying it is still on back order I call back and the exact same thing happens I explained I have parents who are elderly and need to be able to contact me so I can assist them with daily activites They do not care They will not make an exception and provide me with a comparable phone model so I can be available to assist my parents I would think with a medical necessity such as being available to give care to a parent would be sufficient reason to make an exception They will not They are a callous uncaring company I am going to contact my lawyer as the next step I paid my deductible I expect that a company who has been paid would be willing to help someone in need They do not care about the people they serve only money

Got a replacement device that does not work and now I have to be without a phone for 5-business days, until the phone I sent back gets there, to receive a replacement for the replacementThe number I leave for this review will not be working until I receive a working device

Asurion has me convinced to give up [redacted] since they are the company handling the insurance portion for their phones [redacted] is a good service, but easy to say that their insurance carrier; not so much So far it has been days and it seems that they like to go in circles with you I have sent affidavits to them and all have been denied The first denial was because the transition date that I put down to my back up phone was not the right date (no problem, i'll call [redacted] and ask for the precise date) Second denial, because I am on my back up phone so therefore it is now considered the phone now under warranty; not the damaged phone Unbelievable! Even though the correct IMEI # which is the damaged phone has been listed on the affidavit times The third, they said they did not receive a third and that I need to start another affidavit, EVEN AFTER THEY SENT ME BACK A CLAIM NUMBER VIA EMAIL After explaining my frustrations with multiple reps, the last one (for some odd reason) began to explain to me how to upload the affidavit into the computer and send it in (AFTER I HAVE ALREADY SENT IN AFFIDAVITS, OF WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED AND DENIED THE CLAIM)ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I spoke to [redacted] after all of the mess (at least they have competent employees) decided to help me in this situation If they cannot help me, Verizon will lose me as a customer As for Asurion, they have already lost my business, and it is unfortunate that [redacted] has to stay with this scam of a company to provide insurance I'd rather save the headache and go to another phone carrier

Poor poor poor customer serviceThree day shipping turned into daysI ordered a rose gold phone and got a different color Also the process to file my claim was extremely stressful I personally would not recommend this insurance company to anyone

I broke my phone had it replaced, then lost my new phoneIt was within a short time so I understand their concernI applied for a replacement the second time which I was entitled to for an increased cost(NOTE: I switched my phone off on the first to a go-phone backup I keepThe customer repat at&t who switched my phone did it incorrectly showing an IMEI still being used by the same phone.) After submitting claim to Asurion they denied and said I need the correct dateI looked back and resubmitted thinking this to be the issueWhen they received my second fax I called back and was given no specific answer this time and told to resubmit my claim for a third timeI asked to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue obviously receiving the run-aroundI remained on the line for aprox51+ minutesDuring this time I called at&t and explained the situationThe repfor at&t attempted to conference me at which point they would not even speak with me after almost one hour of holding and not so much as letting me know they weren't going to bother dealing with meAt&t took care of it all, fixed everything and sent me a FREE phone instead of the $Asurion would have chargedI have been a customer for over years with them and used insurance claims totalLong story short Good JOB at&t and thank youPerhaps you should re-evaluate which insurance companies u do business withThanks to at&t and its willingness to take care of its customers unlike Asurion
