The Tory Burch Customer service has failed to reach out to me after several attempts by me calling their customer service lineThey keep telling me that someone will call me shortly and no one bothers, I also have an incident open with them (***) from 12/**/which seems to have gone in a black holeExtremely POOR customer relations/service, very disappointed by the brand

We purchased two shoes from Tory burch Las vegas store while there are defective items, we contact Tory burch customer service and they delay to resolve our issue for about two months, and when they finally get back to us to resolve our issue by issue full refund to our credit card, however they delay again for about one month even though we contact Tory burch customer service by email and phone over timesWhich cause $overdraft fee and we have to pay it first .It is Tory burch fault to cause thisIf Tory burch can resolve the issue on time, there will not $additional fee to be occurredIt is unbeliveable they need three months to resolve issue even though customer contact them over times
Tory burch must refund $to our credit card
