The pending transaction was not reversed on the date stated by Tory Burch. It took almost 30 days to fall of my credit card. Specifically, it didn't fall off until about a week ago.In addition, the e-mail story they are giving the Revdex.com is bogus. In March, I created a new e-mail address with out new service provider and stopped using my previous e-mail. When placing the order, I gave them my new e-mail address and all of the advertisements Tory Burch sends me also comes to this address. They state the e-mail was used in February. It isn't possible because the e-mail address did not exist at that time.This company has a serious problem. I'll never give their online store my credit card information again unless someone some their legal department contacts me. I will not deal with their customer service department again.

 I spoke with a rep yesterday and a was told the issue has been resolved and the package would be overnighted to me so I should get it by 6/**/17. I just got an alert from [redacted] stating the package has been iintercepted and is being sent back to the sender. This has been the worst shopping experience ever. Your company clearly does not have proper communication between employees. Now once again I am left without this gift and my money!!!
