There are multiple discrepancies associated with the documentation I received from ATS: 1)   The [redacted] Department of Transportation (the tolling authority) does not support the claims for the unpaid tolls indicated on the ATS documentation. 2)   The address for the [redacted] Department of Transportation indicated on the ATS documentation is incorrect. 3)   My name is incorrect on the ATS documentation.   ATS has failed to provide a copy of the original invoice from the [redacted] Department of Transportation indicating unpaid tolls.  This is unacceptable.

Our records indicate that your first email was received/responded to by our office on 2/12/14, and another on 3/4/14 – both of which you claimed to not be in the area of the tolls.  Email replies were sent on both occasions explaining Open...

Road Tolling; we apologize if you truly did not receive our responses.  Our records also indicate that on 3/8/14 we received another email from you claiming to have your own Personal Toll Tag and we also sent a reply asking for you to submit your Good To Go statement. 

 

After researching the details of your inquiry, it appears that you drove a total of 139 miles while under [redacted] rental agreement # [redacted].  To travel from your pickup location Seattle Tacoma Airport through the Video tolls accessed during your rental agreement and back to your drop-off location Downtown Seattle would only be about 35 miles. The tolls that were accessed during your rental period are video tolls, meaning a picture of your vehicle was taken when the tolls were accessed.  If you feel you were not in the area of these tolls, please feel free to submit any proof, such as bank statements, receipts, etc., to our office and we will be more than happy to review and refund as necessary.  Also, you can still send in your personal transponder statement showing activity during your rental period, and we can use that as proof of your location.  Please submit these documents to [redacted] or fax to ###-###-####.

I have submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com concerning the company ATS Processing Services, LLC.I was wondering if I could rescind the complaint for the time being.First of all I actually had personally identifiable information (my full name on the bottom of the text complaint) in the complaint and secondly I actually was hoping to give the rental agency more time in rectifying this issue with billing before I went this far. I have finally gotten some contact from the Operations Manager.If my complaint could be deleted and not be public available with my personally identifiable information that would be great, thank you.[redacted]

Extremely high prices for toll services and this should be against the law. I had my own tag to boot and theyre still billing me. Put it right onto my credit card. Ripoff. Tolls don't cost that much. With all of the negative reviews by customers, how does Revdex.com give them an A+ rating?

American Traffic Solutions partners with rental car companies to "sell" something called Plate Pass, but the details and pricing of product are not communicated to consumers in advance of rentals. Only after using the electronic toll charge payer included in the [redacted] car I rented did I get AUTOMATICALLY charged $24.75 ($4.95/day) in addition to the $5 in road tolls I incurred. This pricing is completely in appropriate for the value provided and NEVER COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE. They even charge on days when you never incur a toll. I'm not clear how they can justify charging 6X the actual cost and not tell me advance and expect that to be considered a fair practice. I called and they refused to reverse the $24.75 charge (they offer to cut it in half, which is still find inappropriate given it was never communicated to me). I'm disputing with [redacted]. This is a bad business practice and needs to change.

I rented a car in June from Hertz. I paid the Toll Fees when I received the Bill in July. In October I got a letter in the mail in October saying I owed more fees with no clear definition of the additional fees. Should I pay?
