Dear ***,I understand that you are in a dispute with [redacted] *'s Auctions in Geneva, NY in regards to items that you consigned to this auction companyAuctionZip is not involved in consignment agreements between auctioneers and their consigners, and there is no financial compensation that we can offer for the items that [redacted] *'s Auctions sold on your behalfAfter reviewing [redacted] *'s account, I can confirm that this auction company is not one of our online auction house partners, so the sale your items were in was not available for bidding through our platform - because of this we are not able to offer any further information about the price items were sold for eitherIt does appear that [redacted] *'s offers online bidding though another platform, ***, and they may be able to provide more details about sales results if that would assist you in any way.If you have a contract that was signed by yourself and the auction company which outlines the terms of your agreement, we would recommend you pursue this avenue in whichever way you see fitWhile we do offer tools on AuctionZip to find auctioneers and auctions near you, consignment agreements are solely between the consignor and the auctioneer.Sincerely,Customer CareAuctionZip [redacted]

it is easy for Invaluable to write what they have written in their response, which is...they do not accept any responsability...they pass IT to The auction houses they work with....I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN CONTACT BEFORE WITH ANY OF THEIR AUCTIONS HOUSES NEVER, do not know what their are, What record do they have, If THEIR are real or not, If their reputación is good or not....That is and have to be their work, when INVALUABLE sends me an email or to any one, IT is INVALUABLE, no john Doe, who does....IT is them, The one that sends The mails, with copies of their catalogues, their are The one that pushes every day The AUCTIONS, IT is them who offer The items, IT is them who write at least to me, that I have been approved to bad in xs, auction house, with The dates, and The catalogue I do not go around asking AUCTIONS houses, a dirt would be crazy, to buy something from a house that You do not know anything, IT is their work, they, INVALUABLE, that charges an extra commission to buyers, and I suppouse to The auction houses, to do that, they can not be showing and they should not, items without knowing their provenance, OR If their are real or not.they do know that people all around are complaining, that can be seen in The media, in internet, people have send them hundreds of COMPLAINTS on articles bought that are fakes, and they do not care This is not a moral way to do business, IT is robbery, when someone offers through The media, or in whichever way items that are not what they say to be, is FRAUD. Revdex.com, should look INTO This company, see in internet what they are offering, I receive from them at least three mails per day with offers, of AUCTIONS, approvals, course a on how to buy at AUCTIONS, good that are been sold....Their are so many that I do not know how to forward them to yours....... as as a gente a , I will call them, as they say, BUT I know This is to no avail, and just a delaying motion, an estrategem. you and I can expect The worry from This company and management. best regards, *** ***

Dear ***,I apologize for the delayed response in regards to the emails you have sent, I can see that someone on our Customer Care team replied earlier this morning to confirm that your credit card details had been removed from your AuctionZip accountNote that we were unable to locate an
account registered to the email address you provided hereThe email address on the account that we've taken action on is ***In addition to removing the card entered, we have unsubscribed you from all emails and deactivated your account, should you wish to participate in any further sales on AuctionZip please don't hesitate to contact us to reactivate.Thank you,Customer CareInvalubale | AuctionZip###-###-####[email protected]

Dear ***, I again apologize that you feel you were misguided during the process of coming onboard with us and posting your first sale As your account manager and/or advertising representative may have expressed to you, new auction houses do gain more traction as additional auctions are posted and their bidder base on our platform continues to growWhile they may have offered suggestions as to the pros and cons of a running a live or timed auction, it is at the discretion of each auction house which type of auction they feel confident runningSome auction houses may not be in a position to run live auctions due to the additional work required to clerk the auction on sale day and run only timed auctions, while some opt to run a mix of bothI understand that you are frustrated with the results of *** ***’ first auction, but as previously expressed, we are not in a position to offer compensation for the listing fee or advertising which was purchased, as these are fees for services which were providedRegards,Customer CareInvaluable | AuctionZip***

Dear ***,Thank you for contacting us in regards to the item you won in ** ***'s 7/auctionWe can see that you submitted an absentee bid the day before the sale in the amount of $600, it sounds as though you may have intended to type $insteadIn the future, please note that you can
always review the absentee bids you've placed by looking at the current bids section of your account dashboardYou can get to this page by signing into your Invaluable account, hovering over your name in the top right, and clicking My BidsYou'll be able to see the maximum absentee bid amounts you've placed and can cancel or increase your bids from this pageTo place a bid for a lower amount, you would need to cancel and re-submit your bid.Invaluable is a platform for auction houses to list their sales on for online biddingWe do not possess any of the items you see on our website and we are not directly involved in any post-auction transactions, including payment, shipping, and dispute resolutionOnce the hammer falls, the winning bidder is responsible for purchasing the itemEach auction house has their own set of terms and conditions which you agree to when registering to bid, and each auction house handles disputes or refund requests differentlyIt appears that you have been communicating directly with *** from ** *** about this purchaseSince ** *** is the company that charged your card for this purchase, Invaluable is not able to offer a refund for this amount, only the auction house would be in a position to do this.Sincerely,Customer CareInvaluable | AuctionZip

Dear ***, We are unable to assist you with a resolution in this matter since you did not participate in this auction with *** *** **through our websiteSince you do not have an account with us and this transaction was not completed through *** or ***, I would recommend that you follow up with the auction house and *** directly as they would have details of your activity and transaction historyIt does appear that *** has an account on Revdex.com as well.Sincerely,Customer Care*** * ***

Dear ***,I understand that this complaint is in regards to two items that you won in *** *** ** *** ***'s 3/saleI do apologize for any confusion or frustration from your experience with this auction houseEach auction house that lists sales on Invaluable has their own set of terms
and conditions which you agree to when registering to bid in the saleIt is important to review the terms and conditions of each sale since you are agreeing to abide by these terms, and they include important details about bidding policies, payment, and shipping. You can view the terms for *** *** ** *** ***'s 3/sale at the following link: *** Section includes information about shipping, and the house states that "Shipping fees listed with each lot pertain to domestic shipping onlyInternational bidders are subject to higher shipping feesPlease inquire about shipping to a particular country before the start of the auction."As we are not directly involved in any post-auction transactions, we do ask that bidders communicate with auction houses directly to make arrangements and resolve any disputes about the saleInvaluable does not collect payment for any won items nor do we have the items in our possession, and shipping policies do vary by auction houseThis auction house's account is currently in good standing with us and it does not appear that they falsely advertised their post-sale procedure, though we will continue to monitor their activity on our platform based on this feedback.Sincerely,Customer CareInvaluable | AuctionZipNorth America ***Europe *** *** *** *** ***Australia *** ***[email protected]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowYour company is called Invaluable Auctions and the fraudulent drawing I purchased was widely listed on the Internet under Invaluable Auctions and still is listed there under your name to this dayAll the advertising I saw on the Internet for it and the emails regarding the auction I received came from Invaluable ActionsInvaluable Auctions plays a major part of the auction I participated in and collects fees for themselves coming from my purchaseYour company, Invaluable Auctions, has been involved with this transaction in every way from day one right up until the presentIn addition, when the obviously fraudulent drawing I purchased arrived your employee, *** ***, was the one who told me to pay $to receive a certificate of authenticityI never, ever, would have done that or even known how if it wasn't for your employee representing I would receive a genuine COAInstead I received a document from a company on ***'s banned list (for providing phony documentation) that only states my drawing is in the character of the artistI paid for and purchased an original drawing by *** ***, not something in the character of a *** *** drawingThat's not a certificate of authenticityA COA should state this is an original drawing by *** *** and/or provide a chain of history of the pieceThe company you represent is obviously selling fraudulent drawings without any question and providing phony COA'sFurthermore, the worthless forgery I received from the auction that was listed and advertised under Invaluable Auctions arrived with a spot of red paint on the envelope it was in and on the drawing itselfEven if the drawing were legitimate I would return it for this reason alone as it was not advertised that wayI want my money back and since I made my purchase through Invaluable Auctions your company is 100% responsible for all my costs of $In addition, I sent you two documented cases of other fraudulent drawings, *** ***, who you completely represent, has misrepresented and soldThe Internet is full of many other examples as wellThe fact that you continue to let clients become harmed through your advertised auctions and your representation of this company as well as your own actions and involvement with them and collecting fees from them makes you very much a part of this action.I have spent hours and a great many days on the phone trying to get this matter resolved with Invaluable AuctionsYour auction may have been called Invaluable but I certainly had no intention of buying and paying my hard earned money for something "Invaluable"Currently a refund to me of $would put an end to this matterI really dislike having to pursue this with the state attorney general, and of course, major litigation costs will start incurringI feel like I've been out right cheated, Invaluable without question played a significant part in this, and I will continue to not let it gYou know as well as I do how easily $in the courts can easily end up beening several hundred thousand dollarsIt's time for Invaluable to admit I bid in an Invaluable Auction, paid for the piece and what was to be a legitimate COA in a timely way as I was instructed by your company, and now for Invaluable to stand by your name and do the right thingFinally, I do not like receiving emails forwarded by your company where as a customer who has done everything right and in a timely matter is called both "stupid" and a "liar" by your *** *** partner in this auctionIf Invaluable stands for anything whatsoever it should see I'm refunded my money immediately and stop trying to pass the the buckIf you continue to let costs mount this it will become a fortune for you in the future as I'm not a person who likes to be cheated, called "stupid" or a "liar" as I try to get what I purchased, or one who lets people take my money and then step on themPlease stop with the double talk and refund my $ Regards,

In that case, I would like to know why your company hosted more auctions by ***'s company Affordable Luxury, even when this issue was not resolved? That just indicated to me that you are still promoting and hosting her when there an active dispute going onAnd if you say you have taken action against Affordable Luxury, I would like to know what action has been taken by higher management to help resolve this issueAll the responses I have received in emails and by phone from your customer service representatives indicate that you keep believing her lies - asking for more tracking numbers every time, when she clearly generates a bogus number every time you askYou fail to acknowledge the fact that she is lying after providing bogus numbers three times in a row and bogus copies of checks that she has never mailedPlease educate me as to what action has been taken against her companyAnd if you really want me to get a refund, then provide me with a good address for her company as well. Thank you

Dear ***,I sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced in seeking a resolution for your transaction with Affordable Luxury AuctionsI can see the lots you've won in their February and March sales, as well as the communication you have had with our Customer Care teamWe
have spoken with *** at Affordable Luxury several times by phone and email in attempts to obtain valid tracking numbers and status updatesI apologize that we have not yet been able to bring this to resolutionIt appears that the last update we received from the auction house, which you were copied on, is that the checks she had sent initially were returned to her and that she would be sending them again after confirming availability of funds, and would share a tracking number with usI understand your frustration in this situation, and appreciate your patience as we have been working to facilitate communication between yourself and the auction house Please be assured that the feedback we receive from buyers is truly valued and considered as we review our relationships with auction housesWe are taking action on Affordable Luxury's account until this matter is resolvedWe will continue to keep you updated on any further information we receive, and encourage you to continue communicating with ourselves and the auction house.Thank you,Customer CareInvaluable | AuctionZipo *** *** ***f *** *** ***

This auction house is responsible for the inaction on their part in getting this matter resolved by nowI will give you an exampleIf *** sells an item made by *** *** *** on their website, but the item is never delivered to me, then *** is the responsible partyNot *** *** ***.I bought an item on Invaluable's website, made by Affordable LuxuryIf I am not getting my item delivered, it is the responsibility of Invaluable to get me the item or the refundWhy would you let an auction house who has a reputation of being late in delivering items sell anything through your website? And if you took the risk of hosting them, you need to be more proactive in resolving a matter that involves your customerAfter all, you do charge a premium to all your customers.I am not happy with y our answer and I hold you responsible for not getting this resolved earlierYou need to have some controls in place to avoid this headache for your customersThis is not good customer care - this is called a lax customer care - just like ***You keep accepting her lies and not taking any action against herI need my money back right now - it does not matter to me how you get it done through your vendor. The answer you have given me makes no difference in the situation you have created for your customer
