Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Billing is still incorrect & inconsistent from verizon so I am concerned that I will encounter the same problem moving forward The attached says I paid in full but with a $late charge??? this indicates that I still have a balace of - which looks like a credit but says to pay in full Also, I lost service for weeks due to problems with their switcing station - not see a credit for this though it was promised verbally on the phone during my discussion with verizon I had taken time to try to make sense of the past billing and fully intended to handle this today or within the time frame of days The verizon representative was not very polite and was uniformed re my billing history, unaware that I was to receive $discount for using triple play with Directv billing She said the overcharges were due to late charges but it wasn't They had billed me as much as $ I am still confused re the $creditThank you for your help but I don't know what to do to avoid further issues Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customer was contacted and she advised that she had installed the service herselfThe customer discussed her billing questions regarding her grandfather's account and her husband's account The representative explained the balances on both accounts The representative also confirmed that there were no charges for installation or activation on the account The representative noted that the customer understood and had no further questions

[redacted] ’s services were restored However, consultant spoke to [redacted] August **, who stated she was not happy with the financial services representative and how Verizon’s policy was explained The attending consultant offered a callback for clarification purposes; however, the customer declined and stated she will move forward The attending representative issued a $credit to cover the return fee and late fees for her experience

Dear Mediator, Upon receipt of this complaint, Verizon referred this matter to our Customer Service departmentAccording to our records, [redacted] expressed concern about her final bill balanceUpon review, Verizon noted [redacted] was charged for a router that she advised she did not purchaseVerizon has issued a total credit in the amount of $to out the account$was issued previously for the router and $was again issued on to close out the accountVerizon has communicated this information to [redacted] and we have assured her this account has a final balanceFurthermore, I have left my number with [redacted] should she have any additional questions or concerns

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received numerous phone messages from Verizon with no information provided, but three of them asked me to call back I returned the call on two of them, and was planning on returning the most recent call today or tomorrow (if we can communicate here on Revdex.com, it would be easier, so at this point, I may not return the 3rd call) Both attempts I made to call the number back resulted in an answering machine only I work [redacted] days a week, most days over hours So, I can not answer the phone for significant portions of the day As stated, I have tried to call back, but that has not been successful.Your statement that I was notified about the sports fee does not address my concern My concern is that I have absolutely no interest in sports, and never signed up for any sports package If I need to pay a fee to receive sports content, I authorize Verizon to remove all sports-only channels from my contract Also, merely stating that I was notified about a new fee does not address the fact that my fees increased by over 3*.8% from one month to the next under the same contract Slight fluctuations in fees and taxes are one thing, but a 3*.8% increase is completely unreasonable I suppose you could charge me $100,in new fees next month, and I would be legally obliged to pay it?As far as contacting [redacted] about the e-mail issues, as stated previously, I already did so They started by dodging the question, and ended up ignoring my response I understand that Verizon owns ***, and I pay Verizon, not *** Therefore, I am directing my issues to Verizon When I signed up for Fios 10+ years ago, the agent that signed me up stated that e-mail was included So, since [redacted] was unable/unwilling to provide a response, I expect an answer from Verizon In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our records indicate, a Verizon technician visited [redacted] on November *and tested the router, from the back port of the router the speed was - 7.1mbpsHowever when the customer did a speed test from his laptop wirelessly he was only getting - 1.5mbpsThe technician changed the router, disconnected all the peripherals the customer had attached to it and had him checkThis time the test showed and aboveThe technician discussed with the customer the fact that adding other Customer Provided Equipment into the router would eat up bandwidth [redacted] understood and will test adding one at a time and them testing the speed on his laptop to see how much it goes down and do this until he finds out which of he Customer Provided Equipment is using most of the bandwidth resources and manage its use accordinglyA Verizon representative spoke with [redacted] and confirmed that the technician was able to assist with his speed concernsCredit was previously issued for the price difference of the lower speedNo additional credit is due

I spoke to [redacted] on I advised per his previous discussion, Verizon will allow the change of the business accounts to residential accounts as he requestedI advised that Verizon would waive the early termination fee (ETF) when disconnecting the business accounts but the residential accounts will be placed in a year term agreement; or he can retain the business accounts with the two-year agreement that was originally accepted [redacted] alleges that a former employee who did not understand what he was agreeing to, authorized the term agreements and therefore, the accounts should be removed from the term agreements and placed in month to month accounts The customer was sent order confirmation emails confirming the accounts were business accounts and in two-year agreements and signed off on the orders to place the business accounts in a two-year agreement Verizon will not waive the ETFs on the accounts if placed in month o month accounts [redacted] was not satisfied with the resolution

A Verizon representative spoke with [redacted] on [redacted] advised that she had filed a property damage claim but had not heard from the adjusterThe representative contacted the Sedgwick claims adjuster and had him contact [redacted] about the damage claimThe representative spoke with *** [redacted] again on [redacted] advised that she had spoken with the claims adjuster, and has been promised payment for her claim [redacted] has the direct number of the Verizon representative to call if she has any further issues with this damage claim

A representative spoke to the customer on October **, The customer was advised that an order was issued to port telephone number xxx-xxx- [redacted] to Verizon The customer’s FiOS Triple Play bundle price of Extreme TV, Internet and telephone is being corrected to bill at the price point quoted of $ The customer was satisfied

I spoke to [redacted] and apologized for her treatment and also reached out to Fiber solution center and advised them of [redacted] concerns and that her treatment was unacceptable [redacted] was also credited for the wireless data she used when her services were down

Calls to speak with the customer to address his internet issues have been unsuccessfulThe customer has been left messages with contact information should he wish to discuss his concerns
