Absolutely wonderful experience. I called Neal at Authentic Watches on 8/25/15 around 12 noon.....By 9 am on 8/26 I was wearing my new customized watch! They are located in California and I am in Michigan! Excellent customer service and wonderful products. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money on top quality luxury watches.

Best watch buying experience ever. I will always buy from them from now on

I have purchased at least 5 time pieces from AuthenticWatches going back to 2009 (they've only been Revdex.com accredited since 2014). My purchases ranged in prices from $2000 up to $20,000+. Aside from a minor issue of them not accepting paypal or credit card payments for amounts in excess of $5,000 (understandable, given their prices and high credit card fees), my experience with the company has generally been very good. Items arrive very fast and in great condition, all as described. You need to know what it is you are purchasing (can be either new, old stock, or grey market watches, depending on the item), but since watch company warranties are crap anyway, there is nothing wrong with a good grey item watch - especially when you're getting it thousands of dollars below MSRP. For an educated buyer, this is a very credible and respectable company to be dealing with.

Review: I bought a watch on 8/31/14, I initially had problems with the watch as early as November 2014, I sent the watch for repair and it was sent back to me saying it was a minor thing, Again, I had problems with the watch again this September and I sent it back for repair, the seller is telling me that they know for a fact that it has physical damage ( I do not know how they know this and they also tell me is not from shipping) so they have to wait several weeks for an estimate from a different provider they use when their website says 4 weeks for the watch to be fixedI sent a check for the watch to be shipped back once is fixed and the check has already been cashed, the watch is under warranty and I expect this problem to be fixed promptlyDesired Settlement: I want the item to be repaired promptly

This client returned his watch, citing it just stopped working. Upon receipt, the timepiece is full of impact points and scratches, and loose parts from impact can be clearly observed through the clear case-back of his timepiece.

Shop here is you want a low price watch. Do NOT shop here if you want horrible watch buying experience. My watch stopped working after one year. Sent in for warranty. After a month with them, the diagnosis is routine watch movement maintenance, which is conveniently not covered under warranty. Basically cost $200 to get a repair on a $700 watch that is a year old. So if routine movement maintenance is needed after a year and it takes between 1 and 2 months to get the maintenance done, you get to wear your low price watch for 10 months every year and pay $200 every year to service it. What a rip off of a company.

I've bought several watches from them in the $10k range. They have great prices and excellent service. The watches ship fast and they are the genuine thing. I will buy more from them in the future.

AuthenticWatches.com was the only place in the US I could find a genuine TAG watch strap set for my Targa Florio "Juan Fangio" watch. The price was reasonable when compared to sites in the EU for this product. Shipping was included and I received the item two days after ordering it. AuthenticWatches.com did a great job of communicating during the ordering and shipping process so I knew what to expect. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I received my Tag Link watch and LOVE it. It came with all packaging, manual, warranty card....etc.....exactly as described. I would have no problem ordering from this company -- its a VERY expensive purchase but you get exactly what is described!!!

I just purchased this for my wife for her birthday. It took AW three

business days to verify my address as I live outside USA before they would

process. I guess this is proof how authentic they are. AW were very helpful

trying to give me options to complete the purchase, in the end they called

me at work to verify my address. The only problem is that it took so long

that I thought it wouldn’t arrive in time. I upgraded the postage and from

when they approved the purchase it took just three business days to deliver

to my work in New Zealand. Unbelievable, I am so happy that I can surprise

my wife for her birthday. Fed Ex called me so I could pay the relevant taxes

two days before it arrived in the country. Really happy with the service.

The watch is fantastic just as described and a whole lot cheaper than if I

purchased here in NZ. I will be purchasing myself a watch from AW latter

this year and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks. [redacted].

Review: Please note a request to identify the owners and their contact information went unanswered. The mainspring on an Omega watch that I purchased from the company broke on July 20, 2015. I called to confirm that the watch was covered by the extend warranty that I had purchased and was told that it was indeed covered. I mailed the watch to the address stated on the RMA form on July 21 with RMA # 111764. I received a confirmation via the USPS that the item had been received on July 29. I had been told verbally that it would take four to six weeks to have the watch repaired and returned. On September 4, I emailed to see what the status of the repair was. I was told that they should have an update on the repair status by October 4. On September 17 I received a message that the watch had been examined and the technician determined that the warranty repair could not be performed unless I paid a $448 fee for an overhaul, not covered by the warranty. I refused. I sent them an email stating that I wanted them to perform the warranty repair without the overhaul. They refused, saying that the repair could not be done without the overhaul. On September 17, I told them to return the watch immediately. They sent me a return email the same day stating that my watch had been recalled from the dealer. On September 28, I sent an email asking for confirmation that they had received my watch back from the repair dealer. They said that it would be another week before they would receive the watch. I gave them a deadline of October 2 to return the watch to me. I contacted them via email on October 2 and was told that the item would ship when they received it and that I had no legal recourse. On October 6, I received an email stating that "we are at the mercy of the authorized service center to act. . ." That email admitted that they were legally obligated to return the watch, but "meeting an arbitrary time frame is not a matter of legality." I am not sure at what point they would agree that it became a legal point -- three months, six months, one year?Desired Settlement: As a resolution, I would like the watch returned immediately. They have had more than sufficient time to act. Secondly, if I take the watch to an authorized Omega repair center and it is determined that no overhaul is required to perform what should have been a warranty repair, I want Authentic Watches to pay for the repair. Finally, I want Authentic Watches to refund the price of the extended warranty that I bought from them. This company needs to be held accountable.

This client returned a timepiece for service. The timepiece was shipped to the service center. It was determined by the service center that the timepiece required a movement maintenance service, and the client was subsequently emailed an estimate for said service, as a movement maintenance procedure is not covered under warranty.

Review: I bought on their website of a watch, but the error occurs when they are shipped, and I got an error watch, I hope they give me a correct change quickly watch.I alredy returned the wrong watch to them.Desired Settlement: I wish they can send me the right watch as soon as possible! thanks!

This client contacted us upon receipt to inform us that the incorrect item was shipped. If this is indeed the case, we apologize for any inconvenience and will, of course, ship the client the correct item. We have informed the client of this, and have issued a return authorization for replacement. We cannot provide a comprehensive response as of yet, as the item has not yet arrived at our location. Once the item does arrive, it will be inspected. If we did indeed ship the incorrect item, we will, of course, be more than happy to ship out the correct item free of charge. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to this client.

I ordered a product through authenticwatches.com with a hint of skepticism; however the ordering and sales process was phenomenal. I placed a pre-sales call and my initial questions were answered in full. After placing my order online, I received constant email confirmations throughout the process. I even received a confirmation telephone call confirming the order from a very pleasant representative. I chose to send the item back for no other reason than I found a local make and model that offered me personally more support options for warranty repairs. There is not a local shop within 250 miles that services the brand I originally ordered. I wanted to state that even though this purchase did not work out, my experience with authenticwatches.com was excellent. RMA process and refund was completed per the terms and conditions. I will note a couple important items. 1. I did not open my package when arrived and shipped back in another box preserving original state 2. The item that I ordered was IN STOCK allowing for an easier RMA process. 3. Per AW terms and conditions, my refund was complete minus shipping costs (this was expected). This vendor fulfilled every obligation written in their documentation but as a buyer, please read all the terms and conditions.

I recently bought a Tag Heuer watch from Authenticwatches.com and had an exceptional experience. We are in Canada and so the price was excellent and this was matched by the customer service.

It is hard to purchase something this expensive when there are so many disreputable companies selling fake products but fear not.

The watch is authentic, the CS and communication was smooth, freindly and knowledgable. S&H was free and very quick with FedEx.

All in all I would highly recommend dealing with this company to family, friends and anyone reading this review. A+++

Great company and great service, highly recommend to all.

Review: I purchased an IWC watch from "Authentic Watches" last December as a Christmas gift for my dad. I contacted them right after receiving the shipment to ask for the original box to the watch. They stated it is advertised that the watch will come in a gift box. It did NOT note that the gift box would replace the original box from the manufacturer. This is what was quoted: "- Mahagony Gift Box & PDF Copy of Manual". This is very misleading. If this is a new watch, where is the original box? After less than two months, there was moisture damage inside the watch in the middle of winter (February)! Then, the watch dial fell off two weeks later. I emailed Authentic Watches to ask for the manufacturer's authenticity card, since they told me they cannot accept this watch for any repairs without that card. You instead only issued me an authenticity card from "Authentic Watches", which is useless since the manufacturer does not recognize that card. They said all of their authentic and authorized pieces come with original authenticity cards that match the serial number on the watch. They do NOT recognize any watches without that original authenticity card. Where is that card? As a purchaser of a "new watch", I expect to also receive that card, especially if the original manufacturer confirmed that all of their brand new and authentic watches come with an authenticity card directly from IWC? Where is that card??I have a broken watch that the manufacturer will not repair unless I can produce the original authenticity card. Where is this card if the watch is new and authentic???This is what is advertised on their site: "All watches and accessories sold by AuthenticWatches.com are 100% authentic with all serial numbers intact, and any item purchased will be no different than the same watch purchased at an authorized dealer." This is clearly false advertisement since any watched purchased from an authorized dealer would be accompanied with the original manufacturer's authenticity card. I need this card.Desired Settlement: I either want the original manufacturer's authenticity card so that I could send the watch to the manufacturer for repairs (which would cost an extra $875 but fine, whatever); OR, Exchange this watch with one that is not defective + the original authenticity card.OR, Give me my money back.

This client purchased an IWC watch. As quoted in his own complaint, the item description says:

Review: I placed an order for a watch from these guys over the phone as I live in Washington State. I calle back short after to cancel the order as I decided it would be better for me to pay a little more to get it locally. I did not think it would be an issues as there web page states free returns. When I called back they lady told me the order had not been completed and processed yet but that they were going to process it anyway so that they could charge me a shipping and restocking fee. The watch never left there store. They are totally trying to rip me of out of $702. I need help with these crooksDesired Settlement: refund full amount as nothing should have been charged to my account and I never received any merchandise from them

Response:

There is no gentler way to say this; this client is not being truthful. We will be happy to address each falsehood individually:

Review: Authentic watches is a very difficult and non accommodating company if you have any problems with your watch! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! We bought a Tag watch and had problems from the start. We contacted the company. They told us to send them $30 dollars for shipping and they kept my husbands watch for 2 months to repair. We initially contacted Tag and they did not recognize the serial number at all. So we questioned it's authenticity. We finally received the so called repaired watch. Again the same problem in addition we noticed some rust on the stem of the watch. We contacted the company and they told us again to send them $30 and they would look at it. I was just not having this so I spoke to a Peter Grant who claimed to be the GM. He was awful and so rude. I will never deal with this company and I will be calling the Revdex.com to report them.Desired Settlement: Tag Heuer watched to be replaced.

Response:

This client purchased a timepiece two years ago and is experiencing issues with it. We have informed her that she is more than welcome to return it for warranty servicing, however she refuses to pay for the return shipping fee that's assessed (this is the $30 being referenced.) She informed us that she did not believe the timepiece was authentic. We informed her that she could take it to TAG Heuer, or ship it to their service center in NJ, if she had any doubts about authenticity. The client does not wish to return the timepiece for service through an RMA procedure. Regrettably, we are not able to issue any sort of refund on a watch which has been used for two years. The client is more than welcome to return the timepiece for service through our Return Merchandise Authorization procedures, as do all clients who require service of a timepiece. Thank you.

Review: Ordered a watch on a weekend evening. Immediately after ordering - realized the wrong gender of watch was purchased. The other version of the watch was not available from the retailer. Proceeded to email the company and tell them to cancel the order. They respond by saying I will now be charged a 10% restocking fee, which amounted to nearly $70. The business was actually closed on the weekend and the item never shipped (was ordered on a Saturday evening). Company would not refund total purchase price of an item that never left their store.Desired Settlement: Refund the entire purchase price of the watch ordered.

Business

Response:

This client ordered the timepiece over the weekend and did indeed ask for a cancellation. The client was advised, as he has stated, that there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This is clearly articulated in our policies posted online at:

Just what I expected. Great watch at a fantastic price.

I ordered a Longines Watch and, I must say that the customer service all through this purchase was first class. The watch is everything I wanted. Absoloutly stunning.
